I’m Canadian so I didn’t know about the cash only rule and was just shy of covering the cost. With no other option, a gentleman at the register let me off with a nice discount when he didn’t have to.Much appreciated. 10/10 would come back if my trip leads me this way

Extremely rude an unaccomadating staffI walked into the store for the first time and was just expected to know how everything works. I was checked in and waited 20 minutes to to someone. That person then told me i needed to have an order made and that he couldnt help me. Even though when i had a consult with someone over the phone they assured me something would be on hold.The employees have zero customer service skills

Also, for us old guys they always seem to have a nostalgic strain like blue dream, northern lights and OG kush. I've been waiting for a store like this for 30 years, highly recommend.

Rolled too tight resulting in not only the paper burning faster than the flower inside, but also little to no smoke upon exhaling. I would assume pre-rolls from a dispensary would be perfect, but it just feels like they had an 18 year old stuff a raw cone.
