To 86’ a medical patient because of a negative review is beyond concerning. Instead of taking the constructive criticism regarding poor customer service at their Olathe store they decided to 86’ my husband from both locations. While waiting in line at the olathe store, a “friend” of the employee came in and was helped right away in stead of helping the current customers standing in line. Hopefully management can figure out how to properly train their staff to give the customer service we all deserve. Needless to say we don’t recommend giving this company any of your hard earned money.

Wow I have gotten horrible service at the olathe rec location and left a genuine review of how I felt. I have always gotten treated decent at the medical locations both colona and delta. And today I was told I was 86ed from there stores. Crazy to get 86ed for leaving a genuine review. Well I guess no worries I will make sure no one I know shops at any of yalls stores. Horrible way to go about a bad review. You could always take a review as constructive criticism learn and grow your business. Or you can lose out on money. Was told I was 86ed by Trevor whom I never have even had interaction with. Oh well I guess I'll take my money elsewhere. I will make sure to do a follow up complaint with the state.

Updated review: I've been a customer at this dispensary 3 years now and things have definitely changed, for the better!! A year ago I would have to call, and make sure they even had what I needed. Otherwise, I wasted a trip down there just to see empty shelves. Now anytime I go in, there's plenty of variety to choose from. Bud, dab, edibles, the shelves are stocked!! And no matter who's working I'm always treated very well. Every employee is so friendly and really make you feel welcomed.Old review:Only place I get my meds now, definitely love the staff here. Only downfall is their inventory sells out too often, makes me stress about my meds a lot. But in our area this is the best shop you'll find.

I never once got anything here that wasn't 5 star but yesterday I picked up and got the driest, weakest, and very disappointing bud for the first time here. It did not help my pain or anorexia at all. No medicinal value. Looking at this other review, I believe they are switching the jars around too. I tried to get a refund or exchange and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Great! Just what I needed with this inflation going on!!
