Not sure what it is with some of the guys who are bud tenders but they be so rude at times you don’t even want to waste your money there to be honest. The attitude the guy gave me today regarding a price changed was so unprofessional I get it you work here but at least word things a bit better and with more courtesy. I’m not willing to pay $27 for something when the attitude given is so off. I’ve complained to this exact same lesson before about their security being rude and now he is acting the same exact way. I rather drive to Santa Cruz to flavors where the girls are much more pleasant and nice!! Mr I will have a talk to our staff to treat people better and yet you can’t follow that same rule yourself!!

Richard is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He’s helped me a couple of times and been able to answer all of my questions. The facility is nice and clean too which is a bonus. Definitely recommend always paying in cash if you can.

This places staff is amazing my husband's wallet was stolen by some scumbag while he was here cuz he forgot it on the counter and they went above and beyond to help us the security guard pulled up the footage of the guy stealing it on their cameras and made a report to the police for us give them his info so they could try to find him and we got it back! I also want to give a special shout out to their bud tender Alysia she also was super helpful and super sweet the first time and when we went back to thank them (and of course buy more bud lol, the prices here are amazing!!!)

I love coming here. The prices are amazing comoared to San Jose and other places. They have everything you need. And it's a unique shopping experience. You get a basket and walk around. They have slower behind the shelf. It other than that you can grab a basket and get what you need

Recently bought a Turn Pod and it was clearly old boof wax resin. I’ve bought there time and time again and after trying a certain product, the next time I seem to try to product it’s something completely lower quality or different than what I once bought.
