Got to go to this store for the first time. The workers were friendly and extremely helpful. Sesar was able to answer all my questions and found products I really like. I bought as many Stiiizy pods I was allowed to get, haha. I especially love the live resin pods. I also got flower, many Stiiizy brand. The atmosphere was also fun and energetic. I'll definitely go back the next time I'm in the area.

This place is awesome! Tons of quality brands and the staff is always very helpful. They have the best prices on Stiiizy products. The experience is always worth the trip and I really enjoy talking with the staff, especially Sesar who provides great recommendations and a positive attitude.

I bought a pod here that was over 2 years old , kindly tried to echange or return it within the 7 day policy stated on the receipt and the uneducated bud tender Marissa W insisted the life of said pods is good for 10 years and would not return or exchange my pod . If people choose to work in this industry they need to educate themselves and understand your customer base is everything but the fact they are even sitting on pods that are over two years old I think speaks to the brand . You can probably have a better experience at any other dispensary in Santa Rosa .

The girl who helped me was very nice however, I let her know it was my first time there and I was unfamiliar with the product. She showed me the cartridges and I bought one only to leave and find out I needed a separate battery. This would have been helpful to know and they would have made more money. I had an unusable product until I went somewhere else and bought a damn battery.

Update: These are the *nicest* most helpful folks! In person or over the phone, doesn't matter. This place is wonderful-- they even have a bargain bin (I'm calling it that-- memory isn't what it used to be🥴)! If this place ever closes, I will be heartbroken! Take good care all!😊I've heard nothing but good things about this place, going to try soon (probably this weekend-- because Friday is payday)-- looking forward to it! And I learned it's close enough for me to get there by scooter, if needed! Will update after I've made the trip! Take care all!

I purchased 2 very outdated disposable pens on 2/10/23. I didn't even know about checking dates on the back of the boxes until the employee who works there pointed it out to me when I had to return one the same day because it wasn't even working! I told him I wanted to go to my house and get the other one to return because what if it dies before I have a chance to use it all. Long story short he wouldn't let me because he said it still works ( but yet according to his words he actually had the courage to literally tell me that most of the products their store carries and sells are in fact OUTDATED! What????? Why would you even share that information with an honest paying customer?? Major red flag! Jip off the public much? I talked with someone else about my experience and they said they are pretty sure that's illegal. I have no idea but I do know that I don't want to come back and buy outdated products lol... Thank you for letting me know Stizzy...
