I am elderly and disabled and the treatment I get at this shop is incredible each and every employee has taken their time to help me with my purchases I have been to many other places here in Santa Rosa and 365 has been the best experience of all. The fact that they put the taxes right in the price is a great benefit to me

This is a very pleasant place. All the staff know their products and know what they are talking about. One nice thing, they have discount days, e.g., all edibles are discounted on a certain day. I've never had a bad experience here. Excellent shop.

I found 365 when I moved back to California in 2020, I believe around the time they first opened in Santa Rosa. I have been a faithful customer going on 5 years. The service from the staff is friendly, fun and relaxing. I really enjoy the atmosphere. Great products with good prices. I do recommend them highly.

Drove 40 minutes to get to this location, got There about 10min before 9pm & they were closed, SO JUST AN FYI IF YOU PLAN ON GOING AFTER 8:30PM don't be surprised if they are closed , I am very very disappointed. The Longest Drive Home... please update your hours to the correct ones.

I’ve visited 365 a few times but this week was unique. I had some heavies in my life and was scattered to the wind, lost all my medicine twice. I’m autistic, this can happen; but I cannot cope and wasnt coping at all.A lovely young woman helped me, both times. They were very kind and discreet even though I knew they could see me in meltdown… despite, they leaned in and told me it was okay. They were so genuine and considerate of how embarrassed I might feel and hope I am used to being treated. Not this time. This young woman maybe saved my life today… she saved the day on a million levels and I was so honored to learn that she is the owner! Top job!! From the top down, I know this business is rooted in compassion and that is everything to me.Full support! And so many thanks for the kindness and consideration as I was truly not my best.

I actually haven't shopped inside of here... I just wanted to say 5-star for the BEAUTIFUL mural and color you painted the building. It adds such fun and spirit to an otherwise dull drive on Mendocino Ave. I smile when I see the life this brings to the road and community! Great job!!
