I normally never leave reviews, but this place truly deserves every bit of praise!!! From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by such a kind, professional, and knowledgeable team. The owners are incredibly sweet and truly care about their customers, which really shows in the way the entire business is run. The shop is always spotless, well-organized, and has such a comfortable, inviting atmosphere. Every staff member is helpful, patient, and happy to answer questions, no matter your experience level. I would absolutely return again and again, and I would recommend this place to anyone. 10/10 stars if I could I truly love this place!!!If you want somewhere with excellent customer service, go here!!

Every time I come in here, and the owners son is working, he is actively smoking and it’s very off putting. even as someone who works in the industry, i would never think it’s okay to smoke in my place of work, regardless of what my job is. I do enjoy the ladies who work here, but if I walk in and see their son, i turn and leave.

I have been going to green heart for 10 years and I have never been treated the way I was treated on May 8th, 2024, in the afternoon. I can't bring myself to go back into green heart for fear that the clerkwho insulted me and treated me like I wasn't good enough to shop there, might be there again. If I owned this place I would fire that guy.

They have the best customer service and even hooked me up with a free fire joint. The prices are sooo low to compared to other dispensaries!!! Also the name is so awesome too 💚💚😍😍

I had to drive over 300 miles to find a shop that carried what I was looking for. The Green Heart Collective was it AND was willing to stay open late in order to serve me. On a Sunday even!! They were super nice when I arrived and even gave me suggestions on where to eat being that dinnertime had arrived. Great customer service hidden behind the great Mt. Shasta. They have an outstanding shop with an outstanding menu. It was a beautiful drive coming from the coast, I had a wonderful visit, and am looking forward to going back. You know it's good when there is no problem that there is 300+ miles between us and I'm still willing to go. In fact, I enjoyed the whole day so much that now I'm planning trips every 3 months to stock up. Thanks Green Heart Collective, see ya down the road eh?
