I've tried three different phone numbers and can't get through to a human. I spent $230 yesterday and 7/12 of my items are wrong. Moises R helped me and this order is so messed up. I was there for 30 minutes and it should've taken 10. How do I get the items I ordered?.I don't smoke sativa or blue dream. I was very clear and what I ordered and only wanting indica. My carts are half the wrong items and 3/4 of the weed I bought is wrong.I'm so disappointed. Are you guys going to fix this? I live 80 minutes away and can't just run by.

I will drive the 20min, cause two girls that I have encountered here. when the store did not have my preferred product, they did not try and sale me garbage, they were honest and recommended similar and I dig it, unlike a few of the others that will push garbage and we waste money I wish I could remember their names..

I have always had a great experience going here but today was just awful . I went in for a usual and had Helen V help and she was so rude and dismissive . She acted as if she was put out to help me . I always tip 15 to 20 dollars when I go there . Love everyone because they are so friendly but this person slapped my change down and just walked away as if she didn’t have the time. . First time just took my change and just left . Absolutely Rude!

I have had very good visits here. I never know what strain of flower to get so I always ask for recommendations from the bud tender. The only thing I ask for is sativa dominant strains. My last visit I was given indica alien labs kryptochronic. I did not realize it until after the purchase. I was wondering why I was not getting the desired effect that I enjoy from sativa. I would have given 5 stars if not for my last visit.

The store wasn't really accommodating to the disable. Had to walk up a few stairs .The Bud Tenders were very helpful. The store isn't very big but they have a decent amount to choose from.

Would rate 10 stars if possible. Breana is the best and so amazing, every single time. Super knowledgeable about everything there and her recommendations are always great. Would recommend PCF to anyone looking for a good dispensary with awesome customer service and even better prices!

The only complaint I have is the staff is either too high or uneducated about products. They also don't pay attention to what they grab and put in the bag. I have been given the wrong product multiple times, however, when I go back in they correct it with no issue. But damn is it aggravating after spending time in line, TELLING a budtender what you want and then selling you the wrong product. It's not like the customer gets to double check the product before they ring it and bag it. It's happened multiple times or I wouldn't even mention it. I have also asked budtenders before buying tree, it's indoor right? I get the classic ya for sure. Only to discover it's mfing outdoor 😨 some of the products do not have viewing windows, so you have to rely on the word of the budtenders. Other than the mishaps with staff from time to time, they are pretty solid.

This is our favorite place. The staff is always friendly to us, we can't find anywhere cheaper and the last 420 event was awesome. It's definitely the best spot for a good deal, in my opinion.

Worst 4/20 event ever here. I’ve been coming to 4/20 events for years and never have I heard of or seen tickets passed out for goodie bags on 4/19. I drove 2 hours and arrived at 2am and waited 5 hours all to be disrespected by your staff and security. The security is way out of line and should not be working with people who bring this business money. The girl handing out tickets today was awful and also zero people skills. Worst unorganized 4/20 event!

As my bud tender and she was not helpful AT ALL I work at a dispensary myself so I was able to help myself pick something out but I asked for a backpack boyz 8th and she was quick to say “pshhh they’re gonna sell because of the brand but they’re not good”. Terrible attitudes and they still expect a tip gmfu…

Great service and products. Personal preference may change how you view consistency such as harvest dates and you might find some flowers are too dry. Just check the dates before purchase and you shall be satisfied as far as freshness goes.

Usually great service but I bought a cart the other day turns out they just slapped another sticker on it and called it something else but wasn't what I asked for. I paid close to 40$ for legit products if I wanted fake stuff I would buy off the street
