I was physically blown away! I haven’t been to the hill since it was a Acanza Let me tell you this is amazing. I purchased my medicine and took about five minutes to sit down in the lounge area and enjoy the surroundings the aroma the vibe, it was all amazing. My BUDD tender was amazing too. Her energy lit up my day and I appreciate her help in finding me exactly what I wanted, OK enough stroke and egos, but whoever had the vision and up graded to the hill, they deserve a lot of credit.

The prices are a little higher than most. BUT it's always good quality, maybe a few dry 8ths here or there. No place is perfect, and why I gave this place a 5 star review is because of their amazing staff. I have gone several times, and not once was anyone rude in any way. Three star rating as I feel like they almost penalize you for placing your order ahead.There’s often only one person at the online pick up station vs a plethora of other service reps at the other check outs. Not the end of the world, but if you go through the normal check out you force the rep to run from one end of the building to the other.Great new location, super friendly staff, just in my opinion, not the most efficient when you’re trying to take advantage of a preorder service.

Please fix the online process. I have spent hours just trying to get an order in but their system keeps changing not only the flower but the price no matter how many times I go back through. Big difference between a 34.95 7gram and a $7 1 gram. Bigger difference between keif and flower yet their system can not tell the difference. This is a huge concern of mine as I have never had this issue with any of the other dispos in all of NWA.

Finally they built a nice dispensary but with our money..I like they have deals of the day but sometimes u can't get there in time. They could save it for a 2nd day but do not. Also They have had time to.make their Buda better but have not..Still has waterleavesAnd why aren't the one's from other vendors not sealed like PurSprit.They have fire buds just from them...PurSprit has $14.50 1/8th now and Tjerw bids always looks great. I'll keep coming to the Hill because it's so close.

They re-vamped the place and they're friendlier than ever! It's HUGE now, big open floor plan. Lots of deals when I went in for the renaming event. I had to bring my 9 year old autistic son with me and he had a little area to sit and wait, there were other little kids running around, it didn't seem untoward or scandalous like it can in some stores. The Hill is helping to normalize parents needing THIS medication and I'm here for it. It gives grocery store meets bank meets pharmacy with hometown vibes. Menus of all shapes and sizes, chalk drawn or LED screen. This is a must see for out-of-towners. Really enjoyed my visit❤️

The new atmosphere is great but there is never an employee or clear path on what line is what. No actual menu unless your getting a daily deal. I was told to just "use my phone to see it" and looked around at about 15 jumbo size screens with no menu or iPad to use.

Love the customer service that’s always a plus. One thing people should know is that when you go in this place is that you will get the nice vibe when you walk in. I can’t believe how rude of service I just got today! I have shown this business so much and support! Has always been my #1 place to go to. Management is so nice and helpful. But the African American man who was working today was terrible. I was asking him for help to help me find the right product for me and he wa so rude and refused to even look for another product for me. He told me to get my hands off the product I was purchasing and I couldn’t believe the way he talked to me. I will never go here ever again and I’m so furious that I just drove 30 minutes after a long day at work to be treated like this! The quality of flower has gone down but their in house grows are Definitely topping the charts but Whichever Cultivator is sending the dust needs to be discontinued. I drive the extra 10 minutes to Natural Root Wellness for fresher product when I literally live behind Acanza. That should say something. Figured if nobody else says anything it will continue so there ya go.

The new atmosphere is great but there is never an employee or clear path on what line is what. No actual menu unless your getting a daily deal. I was told to just "use my phone to see it" and looked around at about 15 jumbo size screens with no menu or iPad to use.

went to pick up my order after I was notified it was ready for pick up, only to find out it was never even prepped and they were out of what I ordered. I drove all the way down from Rogers for these “good deals” when they could of just notified me that my order was unavailable or sold out and saved my time/gas. Will continue to stay in Rogers and going to the Source.

So for visitors let me tell you something about this place. I loved every bit of this store when I walked in friendly and kind awesome people work there could not be any happier. Love the customer service that’s always a plus. One thing people should know is that when you go in this place is that you will get the nice vibe when you walk in. Also it’s very relaxing when you walk in and sit down. One of the best dispensaries I have been to.

I get pretty anxious going to new places. I called ahead to ask a few questions and they were answered well. When I showed up it had a really clinic waiting room vibe. New patient forms and chair lined up against the walls.They called my name, and told me which stall to go to. Billy Ray was my budtender and tbh he was great. I can’t believe how rude of service I just got today! I have shown this business so much and support! Has always been my #1 place to go to. Management is so nice and helpful. But the African American man who was working today was terrible. I was asking him for help to help me find the right product for me and he wa so rude and refused to even look for another product for me. He told me to get my hands off the product I was purchasing and I couldn’t believe the way he talked to me. I will never go here ever again and I’m so furious that I just drove 30 minutes after a long day at work to be treated like this! This was the first one here in Fayetteville and has typically been the most honest and forthcoming one around here every now and then they get a bad seed and the group but they typically stay the most truthful and the most honest out of the bunch and to be honest they are the best deal that you can find here better than pure Spirit by far and I can't speak about Osage but Arkansas does typically have the happiest people that work there

The people are great but definitely make them open your containers before you buy or you might get home with dust. The quality of flower has gone down but their in house grows are Definitely topping the charts but Whichever Cultivator is sending the dust needs to be discontinued. I drive the extra 10 minutes to Natural Root Wellness for fresher product when I literally live behind Acanza. That should say something. Figured if nobody else says anything it will continue so there ya go.
