I just wont be shopping there anymore until they figure out that if they have to round prices because of penny shortage, they knew was coming, they can only legally round those prices down to the next pay point, not up.

I was going to easily give them five stars because I thought I had a great experience there and I really liked the atmosphere. But once I got home and started looking at the product , everything went downhill. I asked them specifically for sativa and a sativa leaning hybrid. The budtender said that's what I was getting but when I got home I found that their stickers and packaging don't say whether it's a sativa or indica or a hybrid or anything . After looking it up and calling the store to speak to the assistant general manager, come to find out I ended up with one sativa leaning hybrid and one straight hybrid. I didn't want anything straight hybrid and I didn't get the sativa that they said this was. It's a real trust issue when they refused to label these things properly. Then we're all depending on the budtenders personal knowledge and memory to make the right decision. And if they don't, too bad legally there's no returns. The GM did offer an exchange and tried to work with me which is why I'm at least giving two stars but, this should never happen in the first place . This stuff needs to be labeled properly and sold properly without misinformation.

The bud tenders up at the front. We're very helpful in getting my ID processed and welcome you me to the dispensary. The gentleman in the back helped me identify a deal that would work best for my budget and helped me leave the store with more than I was expecting. 10 out of 10 would visit again

I used to enjoy going here the deals were good and the staff was friendly however everything has changed recently you can only use points on one brand not to mention you don’t even get the points half the time even after the 48 hours that they say you should wait. Last time I was in there I brought it up to the staff that I was sad to see the changes and that I didn’t even get the points and they were super rude about it didn’t even mention anything until I was clearly annoyed and then they told me I could call the company if I felt like it. Not really worth it anymore With the limitations and if the staff is going to be rude.

Seems like a solid dispensary. Great selection. Being from Colorado I came for the green dot drop. But they need to get certified for medical sale in Tucson. They are the only dispensary in town selling green dot, but I cannot use my medical card here. Cannot take advantage of my allotment and must pay the wild tax even with a medical card… get certified…and I will change to 4/5 stars.

Like all dispensaries, employee turnover is common and creates uneven customer experience. My walk-in and purchase was smooth and peaceful, unlike half of the previous reviewers covering this branch of Sol Flower. This is probably the difference that really makes the difference: catching a dispensary at the right moment for a good customer service experience, not the prices, quality of products, or the size of their inventory.The wobbly state of current cannabis dispensaries is partly the bud tenders' lack of knowledge of their products, a lack of more than just basic cannabis knowledge, and the rarity of employees who care. Same issue in every retail business. Find your ideal dispensary crew, stay loyal, and you'll have a perfect high.

Drove thirty minutes for a deal they advertised on their website. 2 for 70 quarters. When I got there, they wouldn't honor the advertisement. They said it was a mistake on the website and could care less if I was a good customer or not. Every one in there is also apparently a manager. Taking my business anywhere else at this point.

Absolutely love this place! Each time I’ve been the staff has been fantastic. All the products are great and I’ve never had any issues yet with any of the things I’ve gotten from here. I’m a big fan of the way the store is set up. It’s open and not crowded like other dispensaries where u gotta wait and “go out back” like ur doing a drug deal in a hidden store front. The prices are decent also and they have great daily deals u can take advantage of! All in all I absolutely love this place and will recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable experience.
