I shop here very frequently because it's only a stones throw away from my apartment... literally! So it's definitely the closest, however i do have transportation so i can shop elsewhere if i choose, but i come here for a few reasons. For one the staff (for the most part) are all super friendly and knowledgeable. They don't just recommend whatever is the most expensive, they try to recommend deals and sales every visit. They also throw me a free pre roll 95% of the time regardless of its happy hour or not because they know I'm a good customer. The prices here can vary sometimes but they are usually very fair. I'll cross shop prices between here and some other unnamed "cough KEY CANNABIS cough" dispo up the road (lol) and mint is always a better bargain. Friendly staff, great product, reasonably priced goodies, free pre rolls with most visits! What more could i ask for!? LOL.

Mint has seem to have gone down hill. I had issue with Buckeye location (closest to me) in which it took them 10+ hours to get my order ready so I never picked it up. They gave me a credit to use at any Mint location. Didnt want to mess around with Buckeye anymore went to this one on Northern (family gathering was near by) First they had a hard time finding my credit but it all went ok and I purchased my live resin cart. However I purchased at 11-26 where everything blasted free items no purchase necessary. However I did not get anything free (was another reason I waited to use my credit(didnt cover cost of cart so I did pay more the half the cart price)) Even inside everything said free items given.This location didnt even have the Mint branded mylar bags, i was given my cart in a brown paper bag.Sadly no matter what I will not be messing with Mint anymore. Used to be great experience. Even the employee's seemed to be in a bad mood where as before theyd be happy and talkative.

Rheaume Was so fast and patient with me! I did some no no actions (touching product before paying) and she quickly, but gently let me know the law. I did NOT feel judged by that or my purchases. She (they? I’m sorry i didn’t ask your pronouns!) was so cool, too! And the security/front desk gentleman (i forgot to get his name) was so nice to talk to and is so engaging. Disappointed.I was really excited when this dispensary opened nearby. It was just a ten-minute drive, parking was easy, and their deals looked solid. For a while, it was my go-to spot. But things started to fall apart. Half the stuff they advertise online or in their catalog is never in stock, and there are times when there’s only one person working the whole store, even with a line of six people waiting. This place could’ve been the best dispensary in the valley if they just had what they said they did.It’s frustrating to show up, check their site, and realize none of the products you wanted are actually there. Also, just a heads up: the woman with the dark glasses—she might be the manager—doesn’t seem genuine at all, and the lady with the headgear? She’s not trying to help you out. The staff rush you through, and they’re not interested in making sure you get a good deal.Today, I waited about 15 minutes in line, only to find out—again—they didn’t have what they advertised. I left and went to Jars down the street. Jars is still the best.

I highly recommend the edibles for munchie Monday BOGO! The lemon gelato flower was smooth! I don’t recommend the Leafers. It tasted like a sour diesel and was a harsh hit. We couldn’t get the smell out of the house LMAO! Every bud tender, that we had was very knowledgeable of their products! They even have a kitchen haven’t tried but will while visiting (:Milkman jeeters are good. So are the house 5 pack pre rolls.

They have a voicemail that is automated and offers a first time deal and other deals for first time patients at the store. After calling and speaking with 3 front desk people and two managers at one location, none of these employees are even aware of their voicemail and deals offered to first timers. But after listening to the voicemail and calling me back, they decided what it means even though they don’t even knew the deal existed five min ago before I called and inquired. It’s amazing how they were able to give an excuse to prevent me getting a deal from them just one time and permanently never getting my business by doing so. They are twisting words and calling patients only medical and recreational people customers. That was their only that way they did not have to honor the BOGO deal at the store. These people are uninformed and not customer oriented. No wonder my friend said it’s a waste if time to go there.

Really pissed off wish I could give 0 stars. Every time I come here and I get Jay he sucks. I asked him what was the percentage on the weed and he lied all 3 times I’ve went to him!!!! Drastically at that, then I get the weed and the bag is damn near empty!!!!!! But always waiting for a tip, you guys used to have really good deals with quality weed but the last three times has been completely trash! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!! And I will tell everyone I know not to go there!!! Very unacceptable!!!! A manager needs to re- train these employees! I’ll be spending my money else where and telling everyone else to do so as well

I'm changing my review. I don't usually come in the mornings, but the last few times i have the morning manager/lead BRYAN is so rude for no reason. Not only does he have a stank face the entire time, but he spoke so condescendingly to me I was just shocked that he, as the manager, was so rude from the jump. I didn't have any attitude nor was I rude towards him or the staff. I'll make sure to stick with the night crew 🫡🫶🏻

Just came in to get two c cell 1gram carts as I told dude but got sold two disposable half gram carts and when i immediately walked back in to see what they could do for me since it wasn’t at all what I asked for or wanted to purchase I got told by the manager there wasn’t anything he could do and I should enjoy them. Well I’ve now smoked a few hits off of one and won’t be smoking the rest. It tastes like actual garbage. Won’t be coming back y’all just lost a loyal customer that would come in to buy as well as would always tip well. Btw I left dude with a 10 dollar tip just for him to give me something I can’t be bothered to continue using. Come here if you wanna be jipped
