This is my favorite dispencery in town. First its got great people working there and environment is goid vibes. I'd like to give an extra thanks to Ian for some of the best customer service. If you want good stuff at a great price with good people come here. Also their referal program and point program best in this state. Thank you too to Edward for helping.
Visiting Arizona from Illinois. Wanted to stop in and grab a treat while I'm on vacation Esmeralda was at the front desk. Greeted me kindly when I walked in overall great experience. She also let me know that the lollipops were buy one get one which was great. Who doesn't like free goodies I was in and out the door! Esmeralda definitely deserves to be on the team for the long run
In town on Vacation, shop was 6 mins from the resort, pre-ordered online from an amazing selection and I was in and in minutes and had amazing and super friendly service. Flew in out of Chicago and we gotta step our game up in IL. You guys are Top notch, much appreciated!
Adam was great. He was informative and explained how each option I looked at works. He found me a great deal on edibles, and I love that they’re anti inflammatory (which he took the initiative to inform me about). I always enjoy Jars’ customer service and their consistently great deals.
First time visit. Adam D, took great care of me. He explained all of the different programs you offer and also was very knowledgeable pointing out the perfect strains for what I was looking for. Prices are great and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Definitely recommend Jars. And if you get Adam D to help you, you won't be let down.
I placed an online order that was stuck in "preparing" for almost 2 hours. I decided to head to JARs because I had to be some where. When I got there they had 8 workers present and just 2 customers. They were pretty much dead. The manager was very awkward and was more focused on talking to his team than he was providing good service. He was literally dragging my checkout process just so he can talk to his team. That's probably why he still didn't have my order ready even though they were dead slow.
I love these guys! Every time I go to a dispensary I feel like a cow being hurdles through the chute, but NOT HERE! They'll slow down, speed up, take their time and make sure you've got great deals with great product. The edibles are the best here! No nasty after taste. I thought I was eating candy. Besides the daily deals, the prices are phenomenal. I am never disappointed.
Called and spoke to a woman who was extremely rude. Was experiencing issues with the app and told her and asked if I could place a pickup order. She laughed at me over the phone and said “no and no, and the reason I’m giggling is it’s Memorial Day I don’t know what you’d expect were busy” I will never go to this dispensary again. I understand if you are busy and don’t take orders over the phone but don’t tell me I’m wrong about the app not working and then laugh at a customer over the phone. Very unprofessional and you’ve lost a customer. Which I’m sure this buisness does not care about if the way the lady spoke and LAUGHED at me is the norm. Go to zen leaf. Friendlier staff and better prices. They certainly won’t mock you and be disrespectful over the phone. They actually pick their staff carefully.
I was there about a week or so and the customer service rep her name was Esme, she was very helpful with her expertise and guiding me through the different types of strains of everything, people like her make me want to come back to your shops.. thanks again JohnI came back to your store again this past Saturday may 25 , and Ian helped me out this time ,once again another person with great info for the product that I was buying, very friendly, that’s why I’ll keep coming back !! Thanks Ian for your help

The parking lot is a little dark, and there's more than a few Bud tenders (employees) need to be more knowledgeable about the different products you have especially strains and borderline rude, except for maybe 3 of them aren't like that. So I want to give a shout out to Kyle for his great attitude and willingness to help with suggestions, so anyone who reads this or if you had the pleasure of him helping you please let him know and make sure you also give him a shout out too. Kat is absolutely amazing here! She's super friendly and helpful towards the people that come in, no matter who you are, you know you'll be leaving there happy.
