Y'all that know me, know that I am currently homeless and living under a bridge for a couple of weeks now... I don't have a driver's license or any ID that has a date of birth on it. My VA ID is supposed to work anywhere that requires an ID regardless of the date of birth. You have to be at least 18yrd to join the military and you have to be in the military for at least 3yrs for your first enlistment, into your choice of Branch of Service. Yet I can't even go in the Trulieve to buy my alternative, medication that I use along with meditation and being Spiritual. Marijuana grows from the earth that our God created for all of us and to be regulated by anyone. No one has the right to take away anything that God has given us for free. And if the VA isn't helping or any other Veteran to solve the problem of total identification such as putting the date of birth on our ID and we are allowed to use any alternative, medical and mental health management then every place that requires a ID check should be excepting a VA ID without any questions. I enjoy getting my alternative, medications from many different dispensaries bc of prices and deals. But I can't bc of a technicality and that's definitely wrong all the way around. We Veterans fought, sweat, bleed, and others gave the ultimate sacrifice for everyone in this great country of ours, for y'all to be who are and want to be, but not to leave us Veterans out of anything regardless of ID regulations... Anyone who reads this review make sure to let your government know how the Veterans are not being allowed to a lot of things just bc their VA ID doesn't work for them like it should. Trulieve get with y'all's bosses up on high, and make this right for us Veterans to be able to visit any dispensary anywhere in the United States, whether req or med it shouldn't matter and we shouldn't have to pay for every state to get our alternative, medication.

great dispensary to get all the national top shelf growers! clean and cozy, love the desert hideout location. really courteous and friendly staff, knowledgable and willing to help and make recommendations. went on a Sunday morning and walked right in and right out. will definitely be back.EDIT: been coming here regularly since! i always get MADE flower and Grow Sciences Live Rosin and it’s always the best, the harvest dates are usually just a month or two back. they have BOGOs about twice a week, so we never pay more than half price. very robust rewards program, seems like i have points to use just about everytime i visit. all the staff is professional, courteous and helpful. and the desert hideout location is cozier than ever!
Worst experience I have ever had at a trulieve thanks to the manager Nate. Submitted an order the prior day on 10/24/25. From what I was told by a trulieve employee as longest you get a confirmation number they hold your order for 24 hours from the time it was submitted and honor the discounts. Well Nate didn’t wanna honor it even tho I was told it’s a policy. SMH Nate is gonna end up costing you guys a lot of money. You guys need employees and managers like the store in Peoria off the 101. Thanks to that crew I will continue to purchase here at trulieve but only at that location from now on.
Hi there! I’ve been a loyal medical patient here for five years, and the experience left me feeling like I was picking up illegal drugs. I placed an online order the night before and seems like they canceled it, even though I received an email and text confirming and clearly states “ready for pickup” (I’m not illiterate and can read properly). When I showed the manager the messages and asked him how to avoid this issue in the future, he became quite aggressive and unfriendly very quickly and I had to ask him a few times to talk slower so I can understand why my order got cancelled because I don’t want to go through this experience again. All I was trying to do was show him my email confirmation and text messages that contradicted what he told me, so other customers wouldn’t have to go through this. It looks like there was a technical bug in their online system that they weren’t willing to fix and were instead blaming me in front of other people who were in line. The manager refused to fix the issue and acted like I was a nuisance in front of other people in line which I found very disrespectful, so I had to leave because I have cancer and don’t need extra stress like this. I get it’s a long day and you are stressed, but please don’t take it out on the customer who’s trying to show you a technical bug and trying to avoid it next time. I’m really hoping to get my order correctly with the right quantity and the price I requested, which are all in my confirmation email. It says “order is ready for pickup” in both the text and email. Could you please get your tech sorted out and treat us with respect? I’m not looking to argue with you over what’s in writing, but it’s been a bit of a nightmare for me. If you cancel an order, please give me a heads-up so I don’t have to drive and waste my time. I’ve never experienced such disrespect from a business manager before. I didn’t even care that my order was cancelled, but I do want to know why so it doesn’t happen again. Why is it so hard to place an online order and pick it up with no issues? The whole point is that online orders save time and is convenient which was not the case for me, and I left the store with nothing as a result. Sheesh!
Prices are good and I like the brands they carry but man, the budtenders cant even read from a list and grab the products on the list. Every time I give a list with pictures, and every time I get at least one item thats incorrect. Why is it so hard. They even take the list with them and still cant get it right. Ive even gotten incorrect change multiple times. And not just one of them. Smoke less on the clock bro. We're all stoners but I expect to get what I asked for.

This was the first dispensary I ever came to and the blonde lady never gave me the first time customer deal, I came another time and it was a horrible experience I waited so long unfortunately I won’t be coming back here my top 2 dispensaries i recommend is story dispensary and Jars they are good but jars has the best deals
It was our first time in the store, Gina did a great of giving us wonderful options to meet our needs and price! Daily deals were at a great price! Wonderful experience from the moment we walked!
My favorite dispensery in avondale! Amazing new deals! You have to come check them out. Always a great vibe. They are easy to get your order. Just remember to take cash. They have the best budtenders
Don't bother try to save time by ordering online. They won't have your order ready and after you wait 10 minutes on the online order line they will send you to the back of the lo e onside the shop. Was way better before they changed owners.
Try not selling customers orders that are supposed to be ready. Terrible prices with an incredibly incompetent staff. In a couple years of shopping there I've never seen the same employee twice. Sadly the west valley is in a liveability freefall so no reputable companies, much less quality people are just not coming here.
It’s over rated. The prices are ridiculous for for weed being recreational in AZ for two years now. They not even the right weight. This was supposed to be 3.5. This is 2 grams. My scale brand new. They capping.
This is now the 5th time in 2 months they've had something on their website that doesn't reflect reality. I understand it's just horrible hiring of web developers and terrible upper management, but come on. 5 times now? My fault for thinking their apologies meant they would try and do better. Long story short, call them first. Better yet, do what I did and just stop shopping here.
I've went several times and paid a lot more than what it said when I ordered it online.My points haven't been adding up after repetitive attempts to fix... But other than that I absolutely love the people that work here. You guys are the only dispensary I go to now.

This place used to be quick with online orders. I’m not sure what these new employees are doing , they’re flat out lazy and rude , probably smoking their own supply honestly. It shouldn’t take a hour to grab something out a bin and packing it in a bag for an online order. This place needs an entire new staff, the current ones are incompetent and should go work at McDonald’s. I highly recommend you don’t come here anymore and save yourself time going somewhere else. This place is not it anymore.
Came here for my first time to buy a BOGO deal on Item 9 disposables and left paying almost 90 dollars with one of the disposables leaking after it was barely used. Not worth it to come here absolute rip-off.
Wow security named Antonio was amazing! there was a little line and he was able to chop it up with us all and provide laughter to us all. Dude is truly good people and will definitely come back soon.
This store out strong and was a good location period however, over the last 4 to 6 months, this location has went from 4 stars to 1 star in my opinion. From lack of staff to staff placing wrong items in to go orders and staff being flat rude.This location is not worth the effort in opening the door. The management is aware of the issues. Unfortunately, they are handcuffed by corporate on what they can do, save yourself the hassle and visit another location.
Staff is wonderful and they have daily specials that are always decent and mostly 🔥🔥I’m always in and out in 10-15 minutes if they are busy and under 5 if they aren’t. Recommend them 100%!
Great weed, one of the only dispensaries with Abundant Organics 🙌🏽. However, ordering online is pointless. They will sell out and cancel your order and leave you in pain standing in line when you placed an order at 9am. I wish another dispensary nearby had Abundant but i’ll deal with it. The staff is nice, super patient but please fix your online system. Patients suffer.
Harvest used to be a quality place to go and get your flower. In recent months it's kind of going downhill. You used to be able to go into this place and it would be efficient and you'd be able to get your stuff and get out. Now ,even if you pre-order, it takes forever. My latest order was incorrect and when I got home and no one answers the phone here apparently. I guess I'll have to come in and wait in line all over again. Another new thing is the line system in the back. It's awful. Every time I go, people are fighting about who's first in line and how the cashiers are messing up the order of the line. Half of them are liars trying to skip ahead of people. I find myself driving further away just to not have to go here anymore.
Very indecisive on deals. They change them whenever they want, whatever future deals they promote be sure to double check on day of, because you could jus be wasting your time and the drive. Wish I could give 0 stars.
The fact that this location covertly overcharges is (low-vibrational greed) at best. Why offer discounts if you're only going to STEAL from customers?!Uh, hello! . . .The current economic state is adversely affecting ALL of us.I noticed two other locations sneakily upcharge also; but only by a few cents. Which is totally immoral as well; but, a few cents is far better than $.75! I've mentioned the overcharges, to no avail.One employee attempted to blame the impropriety on the computer. I told him a human being programmed the computer and intentionally input incorrect info or maybe the person(s) can't count. It was obviously intentional, as the issue SHOULD have been addressed and RECTIFIED immediately upon mention. Ohhh, but it wasn't. Unfortunately, this location is closest to my residence; however, I patronize two other HOC locations because they're not up charging by $.75; and they're friendlier at those locations also.~ JArmy Vet 🖤💛
I got the best customer service here. It was so clean. Everyone was fast. The person who helped me was charming and sweet. She could have sold me here panties, and I would have bought it.
The girls need training on customer service. Was talking to a budtender, had to use the restroom mid order and was replaced in line when I came back. It took 45 seconds. I found it inconsiderate and rude tbh, I feel like they just care about the sale. Plus no rewards still, it’s unfortunate everyone from buckeye has to use this dispensary. I miss JARS.
I was going to this place for the cheap pre-rolls, but they raised the price. That is the only reason I was going there. I won’t be going back there anymore. I’ve been going there for years now. Not any more though. Not worth the trip. Get greedy, and raise the prices, lose your customers. That’s how it goes. Other places have way better deals! Sorry Harvest! You won’t get any of my business anymore. Enjoy your new pricing.
I truly love this store. They always have what I want and their variety of products is notable. Plus, if there is something you haven't tried, they are helpful and can recommend new products to try.
Lower rating due to location, and overall range of products in comparison to other dispensaries. The budtenders are always great though. As an out of state medical card holder this place is not the best. I felt like my money was worthless here and the staff could care less if I purchased anything from them.i got a couple of 8ths I feel like the medical I get in Utah is 100x better. I asked the staff about state laws and they were like it's legal dude who cares. Hmmm well I do seeing as I you can still get a DUI with it.
Came in today to get some flower and wanted the last half oz of gorilla glue from abundant, budtender ends up misplacing it and proceeds to search for it. After about 5 minutes of searching the shift lead Michelle comes and offers me a different strain that I don't want and proceeds to tell me I'm holding up the line and that I need to hurry up making it seem like I was the issue. She was very unprofessional, rude, & not understanding. When your coming to spend money you should be able to leave the store with what you want and not being rushed to get just what they want to offer . Shift lead Michelle needs some serious training. I won't ever return here again.

Went there today. Stood in line for like an hour before the coos showed up. Had to get out of line then there was no parking available, so I had to just leave after spending over an hour for no reason at all. Also, not one employee came out to apologize for the wait or try to explain why medical and pre-orders were not being let in.I had been there before and didn't care for the overpriced prepackaged bud either. Both packages I got seemed like they had been shelfed for a while. Turned to powder in my grinder. I definitely shouldn't have gone back, but there was one guy that was really nice and helpful so I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Huge mistake. This place isn't managed very well at all. They all seem like they don't care whether you have a good experience or ever come back. So...I guess I'll never go back.
I go here only because it’s the closest to my house. They are always super busy. They don’t have any rewards system. If they don’t text you before close that your order is ready they expect you to show up and wait in line - totally defeating the purpose of an online order. Won’t honor anything. They finally did away with their two lines for med and rec. but it looks like that will just make the wait longer. Good job!
Really good service and great deals! The line can be pretty long at times but don't worry, it moves fast and you'll get great service for your patience. They really listen to and try to help guide you to the best choices regarding what your needs are. This is a great shop for your medicine and health needs
Nice quaint spot. Not a ton of parking. I did love the look and appeal of the place. In my experience I would have liked a better "laid back feel" it felt a tad bit more.....like I was being rushed. Hard to explain. Still would recommend.
They have great deals and post them in advance. I have had a few errors where the deals weren't applied (both in person and online), but we are all human, and Destiny and Antonio took the extra time to fix the errors and correct my orders. Great customer service, employees are kind and helpful. It's great to go on vendor days, too. Also there's extra parking in a first just east of the store.
Place isn't bad but don't use pickup order. Once ordered an Item 9 pod & got home & it was a regular pod about half the price. Have waited in line for pickup order & have a customer change his order & hold up line. Faster to go inside. They do have pretty good deals.
I've been coming to this shop for 14 months and have yet to get a promo (Freebie). It's always the same "We just ran out". Today's offer was spend $60 get free 1/8th. Well for the countless time I didn't receive it. I got to shop at 935am today how can you be out already? It's misleading and needs to be addressed, don't plaster this promo on website and sign at counter if your out. I've literally never got whatever freebie promo offered. I've spent LOTS of money here so to get a freebie now and then would be great. I find it hard to believe over last 14 months I'm just a day late or a customer short. Today I just laughed because I know I'm not getting whatever is offered I just like to hearing the excuse over and over again. Employees are kind and courteous, my only gripe is these freebie promos I somehow seem to miss EVERYTIME. I'm not the only one experiencing this.Update: 10/6/22 emailed the address provided below. 24hrs No response. Interesting 🤔. Guess it would only appear they resolve issues 🤣10/18: Still nothing???

Very nice place! I love the layout, most places hide their product but not Harvest! Also the people are friendly and great and always smiling. I always leave with a smile and some money saved. Shoutout to my man Jeremy for always hooking me up with GAS!!!!
Not only is this dispensary one of my absolute favorites, they have a great selection, deals for every day of the week, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. One staff member in particular is a very sweet guy named Jordan...he always has a huge smile on his face and genuinely seems happy to do whatever he can to make his patients and customers have the best experience possible. He always makes sure to inform me of any specials that are going on, and will even offer to help change my order to make sure I get the most for my money. He is kind, caring, helpful, knowledgeable, and in my opinion, goes above and beyond every single time!
My first visit was when I arrived Wednesday. The line was pretty long but the lady at the front desk she moved through people quickly as she could. When it was my turn to be signed in she was nice courteous quick and efficient. When I got back to the room where all the goodies are my bud tender was awesome. She took her time with me she explained everything I needed to know about all the bud that I wanted and I will be going back thanks you guys for a great experience.
For my first experience at Harvest... it was amazing and not only did I learn something new but a few other customers did too! I feel like I was making sales with Tiffany who by the way is a great botanist teacher! Definitely going back!

I understand that you may be busy for 4th of July but I have a question about my order. I should be able to call and not listen to an automated machine that can’t answer my question unlike a human. Service like that makes me want to go to a different dispensary. I should be able to call and speak to a human. A robot isn’t going to have all of the generic answers.
Every time we go in it's like going to my best friends house! Everyone from the security guards to the newest member of the team are the most fun and caring people. Kayla, Jef, Jordan, Mo, it doesn't matter when we go in we're always treated like the favored guest. The staff know us by name, they take interest in our lives, they care about what is going on and they offer the best solution for your buck! I've been to a few other very nice dispensaries but the harvest knows how to keep us coming back! And the points we earn for smoking too but more smoke doesn't hurt either! 😉
