Im the only review on here that doesnt work or live with the enployees that are being listed in the 5 star reviews ... I dont even bother looking at the menu here anymore. Potency is horrible . Garbage flower if you ask me . Ill continue shopping elsewhere until better selection here. This place had went to hell the past year

The facility is great. Workers are great. Now peddle backwards to the growers etc. Hill fire, seed and strange, etc. All have poor quality herb. And the decent stuff they want to charge 40plus an 8th. On top of.. Get his.. Half of the 8ths Dont even weigh right! I know this first hand from workers (at hill fire) they tell me not to purchas the company's product 🤷🏻♂️ this is no way a reflection of rhe dispensary for it is out of heir hands. But just be aware of what you are buying people!

I have gone here a few times. I was mostly pleased until my last & final purchase. I used the online menu to figure out what I wanted. I was under the impression I was buying 14g of flower. I was sold 14g of pre-ground for the same price. It was clearly not labeled correctly on their online menu. I called in to try to make this right, but I was told they could only do that if the product packaging was damaged or if the quantity was shorted. It is not a cheap medication to have to purchase to begin with, but I was sold a misleading product for the same price! Please check your products thoroughly before purchasing, because good luck trying to fix it afterward.

Got some of the Amber Blue Gelato Rosin and it put the wax to shame and nice fat gram so stinky you could smell it cracking the seal on the bag not the jar just bag the jar was like a oz of Skywalker hitting the face for the first best way to explain it but it will be me go to for now on they really got a nice experience with Gocannibist they are coming back to my top two dispensaries.

As with ALL West Virginia dispensaries they didn't have a lot of variety but that will expand as the program grows. Would shop here again

It's ok. The staff that you actually interact with seem pleasant. The place looks nice and is clean. Not a whole lot of variety in flower products. Some are good, but not many. There is not enough variety to properly treat some peoples ailments & they are lacking in strong effective strains. They keep blaming it on the programs just getting started. Slow to respond to complaints. Have not yet received a response to my email letting them know that the prices they were charging for low quality product were too high and that it should not have been all sales final. Guess I'll hit up BB&B with complaints.Now they are selling those products for $30 and I had to pay $50. I'd like a refund or some money back or free product. Also, I'd like points for the previous product I bought that was inferior since they just wanted to start a point system. Hopefully when other dispensaries get started they won't have these same tasteless business practices, but I doubt it. One can only hope. Definetly will go to those instead if they end up with better products and prices. This place doesn't probably mind losing customers though based on the sales papers I saw at the counter. As long as their pockets are good it won't hurt them to lose me as a customer. Just goes to show that they don't really value returning customers. Also, I'm not really sure why the manager lady seemed so proud to open this in the news. It's kinda lame. They still overcharging which is hilarious because this is supposed to be a business not the streets lmao.

Bought some of the flash berry and really not satisfied with it at all, the bud was almost yellow in some parts, it was trimmed so poorly and was very dry. And one of my jack herer’s was trimmed poorly too. Am hoping I can get some type of refund, I was satisfied with everything else, the staff is very friendly and just feels like a safe place. I was given an educational and thorough one on one consult during my shopping/purchasing experience.The building was nice and tidy with a stylish interior that helped create a calm and comfortable environment. On top of that, the private road leading to their building was completely free of snow today right after an ice storm!I had an amazing experience. If I could give this place 415 more stars, I would.
