The staff there is so knowledgeable and so helpful This is my first year with my medical card so I didn't really know a lot about it thanks to them I'm getting the correct medicine for my ailments Love this place no other place I will ever go

I was told to come to talk to owner. He was rude as normal. If you're smart stay away!!! If they can't handle customer response why ask opinions. I think freedom of speech comes in!!!

Owner tried to bully me into dealing with him after I was disappointed with a previous purchase. Extremely pushy and unprofessional. 100% would not recommend and if the owner is there beware he can turn on a dime and is a real tyrant.

This place is an absolute nightmare — run by an owner who’s more interested in power trips than patients. He tried to control who I dealt with, threatened to withhold my medication if I didn’t comply, and made my anxiety spiral into a full-blown attack. No compassion, no professionalism, just manipulation and cruelty. If you value your health, sanity, or dignity, avoid this dispensary at all costs.

Would not sell to me in the nutter for location due to a bad review I left at the Kingwood location. Told me I would have to remove the review. This is considered discrimination and I will be contacting an attorney due to this matter.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Other locations like clarksburg seem fine. However I have had issues in the past with rude employees here, and this time was even worse. Not only did they give me an open 8th bag yesterday, resulting in an extra trip back to the dispensary, when I got home last night I found one of the carts was defective and product had leaked out of the cart into the plastic piece on the bottom and into the box itself. When I called this morning to inform them of what happened, the women who answered the phone told me they would not replace it. An entire Gram cart from seed and strain that can’t be used due to no fault of my own, that I won’t be compensated for?! Absolutely will not be back, I’d rather drive to Fairmont or Weston. AVOID the NUTTERFORT dispensary and save yourself the headache!

Just watch the hours of the location because I noticed Google Maps says 11-7pm Sunday & that’s not the case. They close at 6pm Sunday. Also the phone number when you call says 7 days a week open until 7pm. That is also wrong & its 8pm weekdays & 6pm Sunday

found an item online for a great price on sale. it was highlighted in orange and so i ordered multiple. However, when I got there they told me it was a glitch and they wouldn't honor the deal after I traveled for it. I've never had a place not honor a mistake made by them. That won't happen again!

So I made my first visit to the Kingwood location today and man was it a breeze plus 20% off. I ordered online through “dutchie” which is an awesome way to order all of your medicinal needs and have them ready. When I got there I was greeted by Dave we had spoke many times on the phone but never face to face he was cool and laid back and got me checked in fast. Next I went back into the bud tending room and my order was waiting for me back there.. I also checked out some other products while I was there. Awesome selection, decent prices and the best live rosin around 🔥🔥. I will be returning asap.. Well I think I’m stocked up a few days lol
