I always have a great experience at Cannabist. All the staff are always respectful and very knowledgeable about the products. Ariel is usually who does my orders and is always pleasant to associate with. I always get smiles and greetings when I enter the facility and when I leave. They're definitely very polite and professional about everything the way it's supposed to be.

4/20/25 was my first time visiting Cannabist, of course it was bc of the deals going on and they were great, the products are great quality as well, but the best part of the overall experience was by far the staff, who all greet you upon entering and leaving, but most importantly, my budtender Joey!! He was incredibly nice, super personable, crazy knowledgeable, informative, patient, he didn't rush me, he took the time to see what I was choosing and recommend some items that he thought I'd like, and that were also on sale might I add 😉 (that I wouldn't have otherwise known about, that I ended up absolutely loving btw). If you're like me and you're experience/interaction with the budtenders matters just as much as the quality of the flower, check em out, ask for Joey!! 😁😁

Was disappointed with this visit. My pre order that had been confirmed by email and personal call by myself today was not correct when I arrived. The order was placed on Wed night, Ready for P/U email on Thurs. P/U schedule was for Fri. I arrive and only half of the order available. This was not my first visit and have always had a good experience. Item was no longer available.Disappointed

I was made to feel welcome and i was spoken to with respect . the associates were knowledgeable and very helpful in the decision making process.I had a question and she was very understanding of my needs and I couldn't have had a better experience, only a free tee-shirt would have made it over the top!!!!

So one visit to this store I was literally wondering if the security guard was giving me judgy eyes before I walked in (because I usually take forever getting out of my car), then when I finally got up to them to show them my card she was just like, "we're so glad you're here!" Apparently it had been a slow day so far, and she was actually just glad to see a customer. And I was both laughing but sad at the same time, because this store is literally fantastic and has everything you need at very decent prices! Why was it slow? I always feel like a VIP when I'm there and leave pleased. Give them a try!
