I love this place, every time I have ever gone there I am greeted and treated very well. All the bud tenders that have ever helped me they are all friendly and very professional. They all have a knowledge base about their suppliers and the brand they sell. They have better service then the other places I have gone to. And they always seem to have a deal going on. So go out to House of Cannabis and just see what I mean and it is the cleanest place around the only place I go

5 stars, my go to since 2022- shout out to 38th ST!!!!Friendly- personable experience with staff. Even when stock is out, which is often!- I still find great alternatives at super affordable prices.Well designed casings, chill music, $.50 fee at ATM, discounts and more.I love this place- my second home 🤭

Stopped by here yesterday, staff was awesome, and hooked me up with exactly what I needed!I run a shop in Canada and it was refreshing to see a shop organized & super clean with a super solid selection of easy to look at.I rolled with a FSE cart and an edible to drink. Couldn't be more pleased! My only regret is I didn't get any PRs 😅 Next time!Wether youre coming from Canada and need a solid re-up or from around the area this shop is hands down a must stop with everything you might need 👊

I walked in and simply asked for anything that looks nice-like crystal heavy, and is also under $60, Indica or sativa I didn't care. I was given possibly the best strain I've tried in awhile, it ended up being an Indica for only $48. Then I earned rewards on top of that? I am so so satisfied with this place. Lucky me it opened up near my house. I finally got to visit and I WILL be back. Soon.

Awesome place. Sammy is my new budtender! She is bomb. I went in with lots of questions and little experience. I was greeted genuinely right away and made to feel comfortable. I get annoyed with fake greetings. But these guys were cool.

I had an odd situation that never happened to me before. I get sold "top shelf weed" that not only tasted bunk and like chemicals but 3g to the head should have had me feeling some kind of way but barely anything. I go in to talk to them about what they sold me as top shelf weed and I'm told they can't do anything about it and I have to contact the grower. Seems to me if a business sells a bad product to a costumer you should do what you can to fix it for them not tell them it's there problem now. I never had an issue before this but this left a sour taste in my mouth and I don't think I'll be back to this potshop which unfortunately they probably don't even care about since I'm just one customer.

This is my favorite dispensary in Tacoma. I’ve tried several dispensaries in the area and House of Cannabis is my favorite by far. Very chill, no crazy loud music blasting. The employees are nice and helpful. Good selection as well and they almost always have good deals going on.

They have the best dispensary staff I've ever encountered. I started casually shopping here because it was close to my ceramics class and its my teachers preferred dispensary in the area. Now, I drive a bit out of my way to exclusively shop here because of the amazing customer experience. I appreciate your staff so much. The awesome house deals don't hurt either!
