Alright. So after coming here for close to 2 years, your employee's still don't put saucy items up-right in the bag, they forget stuff from online orders ALL the time, at 11pm they put online orders away so I gotta wait another 10-15 minutes for them to dig through a receipt bin to re-fulfill the order (some people work late, lets push the time back to 11:30ish?), and sometimes they charge me for an item but forget to PUT IT IN the bag (what's the rush?). But hey, you've stopped trying to sell the most expensive items within the first 10 seconds of interaction. I guess that's a plus?

Listing prices are $15 - $25 more than anywhere else. They tout about their "out the door prices" but when your product is 50% off and still $10 more than somewhere that's 30% off... the proof is in the pudding.

This stores standard prices are 20-30% higher than all the surrounding stores so they can offer 50% off and trick you into thinking you’re getting a deal. Don’t fall for the sales tactics. There’s better prices elsewhere

Sodo is a great spot for zips, but hwy 99 got Will and he's super efficient. Knew exactly where my brands were. Got me in and out with a new Strio. Thx man.

Great prices but the staff😩… not attentive meaning the bud tender continuously messes up my orders. I’m fighting cancer and go here for what I consider my good medicine but they treat me very poorly… and even tho I order online and give them time to get my order it’s never ready making me wait and if it is ready 7/10 times it’s not the correct items or they couldn’t find an item that I as a customer have to walk them over to the product and ask them to look again since I can literally see the product. Than they look upset because I’m asking them to do their job. This new generation acts like they are not just drug dealers selling weed you’re not a doctor stop acting like you’re someone special.

I used to love this store Amazing prices great customer service.But lately, The nighttime security guard tall with the long beard is way too aggressive very unprofessional very rude there’s no need to be that mean at a weed store. We’re just there to buy weed. That guy is a liability and he is a ticking time bomb waiting to go off.I’ve been coming there for a long time before the store was zips. It was bloom and I was there almost 3 times a week after work. I will not be going there anymore. I do not feel comfortable. I do not feel welcome.

Ok. Prices are ok You can order online which makes things easy but I wish they update pictures so I can see the items I’d buy more. try and get a male tender they seem more knowledgeable and actually listen when u can find one. The girls tend to mess up my orders and try and flirt to get more of a tip but I just want my medicine it gets annoying like stop 🛑 I just wanna smoke get me the good stuff maybe I’ll tip.

This was my second time into this Zips location and I was lucky enough to have Sam as my budtender. I was treated with humor and amazing suggestions based off of what I said I knew I already liked. After purchasing my goodies and trying them out I can say that Sam knows their damn stuff. I’m so impressed and happy to have received such attentive and accurate service. You guys rock!

First time shopping at this dispo and it was a great experience…. Great friendly staff who welcomed me in, even shook my hand. They had awesome deals and a huge selection of ozs. Hailey who helped me was super patient and helpful! Definitely worth the 45 min drive down…. Thank y’all so much highly recommend this dispensary 💯💯
