Visiting from about 2 hours south and the selection at this location was incredible so many options. Kiosk system is very user friendly and I had a great interaction with a technician named Sam who was super knowledgeable and had answers for every question. The cashier was super friendly overall just a good experience thanks to everyone there for all the help.

I’ve been coming here for a while, but the service has gone downhill. The wait times are always extremely long, and the staff’s attitude is consistently unwelcoming. They also keep introducing new rules without any explanation, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating. There are plenty of dispensaries around — this one really needs to work on customer service and communication

The wait times here are ridiculous. Every visit feels like you’re wasting half your day just standing around. On top of that, their prices are insanely high easily some of the most expensive in the area. It’s pretty obvious they’re charging whatever they want because they basically have a monopoly on the market. If you value your time or your money, look somewhere else.

My first time here. I was first impressed with how friendly the desk was, then again with how clean and organized it was. I interacted with 2 people in the back, Mariam and a gentleman with long blonde hair. They were both super friendly and helpful!

The listing needs to make it more clear that this is a medical dispensary. Drove well out of my way just to be told I needed a medical card despite there being no indication of that until I walked in the door. Extremely dissatisfied with this.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY SO BEWARE!!!!The delivery drivers are supposed to give you change back each time when you use debit. Only one ever did & the other man that delivers must either be pocketing the money or the company is.I have received a veterans discount as the wife of a veteran with an active & valid military id as their website states very clearly. The Woodbridge,VA location decided they weren’t going to honor that but were instead going to charge me full price without any explanation on 8/11/25. I called immediately & was told it was being looked in to, I sent my online receipt & the receipt from the deliver via email to the person Brian that requested it. Then after it was received by Brian & was “being looked in to” Brian became a ghost. I emailed again for a status on 8/18/25 & received no response so I emailed again today 8/282/25.I was sent an email that said a pharmacist told this person that they reached out and told me that it was due to them not honoring the veterans discount. That was a lie and I have emails & phone records to prove it. I was then told I would be contacted by the pharmacist.The pharmacist calls me & tells me that as a spouse with a valid military id I don’t qualify. I tell him that the website says it just has to be a valid id which I have. He told me I was looking for a loophole. I said I’m not but I have never had this issue with ANY other company & my id. He laughed at me multiple times & said look you’ve already been talked to about this and I cut him off & said actually today is the first time this has been an issue. He again laughed at me & said I was told someone talked to you & I tend to believe them.So in summary they have stolen money from me with every delivery except 2 when the female driver came. They overcharged me & the pharmacist is either very rude or heavily sampling the products. Either way go here for overpriced mediocre product at your own risk.

Easy process from getting the medical cannabis card to enrolling in beyond hello and finally purchasing the product only problem is pricing. I’ve been all over and I’ve seen prices from $7.50 for 1 g cart in Michigan to $40 in DC. Prices are to high and I’m sure taxes have a lot to do with it but…$$40 to $60 tax?? 🤷🏻♂️ hopefully with time the prices come down as other businesses open.

The bag and the Dutch. Ya heard me?Quality is premium. Staff are beautiful and accommodating souls, who are in fact knowledgeable on all products. I know. I'm a THC expert and I can vouch out loud for this group of people. Their selection is fantastic. The waiting period is almost non existent. The people are very personable on a human level and they have great personalities and never hesitate to show empathy or to flash a comfort bringing smile.I live 45 minutes away without traffic, and Beyond Hello has eliminated my need to have to drive to DC, and their prices and deals are better than DC. This is also a testament to their top notch service.....the fact that I drive 45 minutes, or 90 with heavy traffic, to go to Woodbridge to patronize their establishment. They are more than worth it. I like the place so much that I don't even bother with getting my orders delivered. I enjoy seeing them all that much that I'd rather drive there personally.So consolidate this into a bong pack (because I don't do nutshells), this place gets a 20.....on a scale of 1 to 10, and you didn't read that wrong, and I didn't type that wrong. Workers are awful. Store opens at 10 but don't expect to be helped until 10:30. The cashier that just helped me walked in at 10:10. I would assume her shift started at 10 lol. Jushi must be making hand over fist with their virtual monopoly on medical cannabis in the state of Virginia, maybe they should use those funds to hire better quality employees who don't use your product before/on the clock. I placed an order for delivery at 3:14 that said it would arrive between 4-7. It never came. At 7:15 I jumped in chat where they basically said I ordered after 3 so it won't be delivered and will drop off at the end of the day so I'll have to redo it after it resets. They said I could come pickup... well, except they'd be closed by the time I got there because no one notified me at 3:15! No where does it say that would happen or have any times listed that reflected this policy.. I checked the website, the email, nothing. All they had to do was let me know right away and it would have been no big deal.They had no explanation why they didn't call or notify me. Totally ridiculous. Now that I have to pickup, I'll go elsewhere.

Not that $2 is going to break me but they give no explanation either. Especially if it isn't the price you're quoted at check out from kiosks or online. - please not this was not the additional $3.50 card fee, which I am aware of. It was on top of that. Since this original post it has been corrected and I have not had the issue since.
