Raymond was very efficient, as he always is. No nonsense or small talk. It was an almost sterile transaction. That kind of puts him in a no win situation. Sometimes a little small talk is also the Medicine a customer may need. But I wouldn’t judge him too harshly because he was doing his job so well. He was also wearing a mask so, a being able to pick up in some of those nonverbal clues were missing. I’d still give him 99 percent on the performance scale.

Over priced for low quality. Virginia is definitely behind in the cannabis game. I have never spent this much on cannabis. Hopefully there will be more competition opening soon so you can stop taking advantage of prices. However, I will give 2 stars because the staff is great and friendly!

Staff is super nice. However im a bit disappointed that my recent purchase is a full 7% lower thc percentage than what was advertised on the website.Almost feels like a bait and switch.First time this has happened but ive only shopped there 5-6 times.Hopefully its a one off situation
