Are you guys working on ordering efficiency? This used to be my favorite place but the last 4 or five times I went I’ve had to wait over an hour even if I’ve pre-ordered. I agree with another comment it would probably be faster to go to Bountiful or Brigham City pick up and be back. I may try one more order use all of my points and never come back. This shouldn’t be causing me anxiety.

The employees are always nice and helpful. The product is very slim pickings and half the edibles are duds. The also turned half their lot into curbside pick up but you can never select a pick up time cause the app is down and never has availability. The point system never redeems either. It is easier to drive to another state or Logan for better product and selection. They also started a number system but they skip numbers as well so why bother using it. It has the longest wait times as other shops as well.

Do NOT GO HERE!!!! Prices are high. Products suck. They don’t back up what they say if you have issues with your cartridges that they will replace. Staff are rude don’t care about patients. Go to bountiful. They need to do something about how they cheat the public. I won’t even renew my card ever again in this state. Terrible terrible experience. More than once. When I made my return the lady lied to her boss and said my cartridge work. Now I have to flip a lung trying to clear my tank if I can even do that. Bountiful store has twice the product to choose from, no wait EVER and they have deals all the time. Daily, weekend and special occasions like Super Bowl deals. You won’t find that in Ogden. And you can’t stack points. Bountiful you can. Absolutely HATE OGDEN STORE. The staff definitely needs to be replaced or retrained.

The last two orders I made were in the morning, first thing. On my way to get those orders, the first time they called saying they were out of the products because someone had just come in and purchased them all. Even though I had it on my order? Then the second order they called on my way there and said the slot for which I was picking up was no longer available. It was from 4-5, they called me at 4:03. Last slot of the day, so that was it. This is a medial pharmacy. They shouldn’t be able to do this type of stuff? Just super annoying and unprofessional. Won’t go there unless I have to.

Had a great experience here. I had COVID over my birthday and couldn't make it in for my discount. I was actually super afraid to say something to them, because I was afraid they would think I was lying. And they were so nice! I asked them if they could help me out at all, and they did! It was so helpful, and my bud tender was really amazing and kind. I can't remember his name at the moment, but I know he will know it's him if he sees it. I'm bringing him chili on Halloween next year. 😂😂

My experience with this dispensary has not been good. I called today to let them know that I would not be home by the time my delivery was set. The lady who answered the phone was so rude. She told me I don't know what to do about that. I'll have to ask a delivery driver when they get back because they are all on deliveries right now. I simply asked if I could reschedule the delivery or change it to in store pick up or if it just went back to stock. Again her answer was I don't know. When you call the phone prompts you to pick front desk help or delivery help. I selected delivery help. Why was she even answering the phones if she didn't know anything. I asked if she could ask another co-worker or if a manager was in and she told me no. Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. If your staff doesn't know the answer, they should be willing to ask for help to get the answer for the patient. If that means calling a delivery driver or reaching out to one of the other locations to ask protocol. She hung up on me and when I called back she wouldn't answer. Very unprofessional. If you can't be friendly or courteous to your clientele maybe don't do customer service 🤷♀️Edit: I was able to get a hold of a floor manager, Matt the following Monday. I was upset because the product and the sale were both no longer available online, which is how I typically order. He could only find half of the product I had ordered initially but he was able to find some! He also got the approval to discount the product to the sale price from the original order. When I went into pick up the order, everyone there seemed happy and helpful. I'm hoping I just caught things on an off day and my future experiences are like my most recent.

I would never pay a penny of that security guards check after he trespassed me when I was the only calm communicative cool headed one. You know it bad when your manager has to come apologize to me and tell me they will look at tape. I had my baby I don't yell or become impatient in front of her I had to go inside to tell the security guard to do his job and retrieve my drivers license, and then I can leave 😒. I've spent 1000 of bucks their not another penny!! I've never felt more disrespected and unappreciated as a customer in 40 years across real respectable professional establishments nor have i EVER BEEN TRESSPASSED. All of your competition has stellar customer service complimented by sweet nice respectful and educated security guards not bullys with a tazer power trip with zero communication skills or commen sense. Sad really ill never be back and I'll tell all my family and friends ,all about the better non stALE little selection and horrible customer care from the bottom to the top at in Ogden but Dragonfly and Wellness is much better in evry way not few issues that i encountered. Live long and prosper without my hard earned money. Manager told me they would investigate, HE ALSO HAD TO SUPERSEED SECURITY GAURDS INCOHERENT REQUESTS " he said i was not TRESSPASSED, you all are lieRS too. I was dating an agent (trevor) and when we broke up I was immediately blocked from coming into the pharmacy for no reason.This is medicine I need and this is so unprofessional. I only visited the drive thru and had no issue before i was blocked.A complaint has been filed with the state and the Utah Division of Consumer Protection.Trevor also told me the management and leads steal money and product. I have seen Trevor sell product to people without medical cards. Stay safe!UPDATE* My attorney has advised me not to discuss this issue with anyone else as we are seeking legal recourse against Trevor Hundley, Lacy Jo Bagshaw, and Desirae Robison in relation to the management at The Flowershop medical dispensary.

This place is ripping disabled people off they have stolen from me twice by selling me bad product. $90 1 gram vape pen broken & they would not do anything about it. Second time they sell me a gram of flower with 14 seeds in it. they wouldn’t do anything to remedy that either. They have no problem selling inferior products and ripping people off. Their staff turnover should give you a warning if the products don’t. Shop elsewhere, or risk it all. I am on disability and spend over $200 a month there and they treat me like garbage. I’ll drive to Beehive in Brigham city were they treat me professional and give me a 25% discount never had a problem there. Disclaimer: I hardly ever write a review unless I’m impressed.I’m from another state and here for a week. I received my Utah out of state license and chose to come here. The choice was solely based on closest to my location.Initial visit upon entering. I was greeted by the lady behind the counter. The shop was clean, organized and working like a well oiled machine.I waited for them to call for next customer in line to come in. ( I am guessing it’s a Utah specific thing ) this process wasn’t a long wait. Maybe 4-5 minutes and I was walking through the first door and I found myself thinking what the heck now? Before I knew it, the gentleman who opened the door pointed me in the direction to go and said “ follow the black mats to the counter and they will get you setup “Here is where it fell apart… or as I thought…As I approach the counter, three employees were engaging in a conversation..I finally arrive at the counter and they completely break away from their conversation to help me. The best part, they didn’t make me feel like I was interrupting their important conversation. Instead, they all smiled and asked me how I was then explained how MMJ works in Utah. ( much different than where I’m from and much much more pricey) I will say, the quality is excellent on the concentrates. Ok, back to the review of the store.I don’t remember who the young lady was who helped me, but her partner in crime next to her was just as friendly as can be, too. We had such a great conversation about the differences between where I’m from and Utah.The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable! I may or may not have given her some cool info on concentrates solventless vs solvent process in making the concentrates.Even saw a dog named forest while i was in! Just an amazing store filled with positive energy and good vibes. Highly recommend ! If you are traveling and have a Utah medical card just go here.

One of the best dispensaries in Utah! The staff is always so kind and funny, I feel so much more comfortable coming in here than any other dispensary across Utah. They don’t always have the products I want, but that’s the only time I’ll go to a different place. Their military discount, plus loyal customer rewards are more than generous and have helped me save SO much money. If it wasn’t for getting my med card and finding this place, idk that i would’ve been able to successfully get off of MANY medications I had been taking for years. Good service and staff is great! Selection is not as bad as some say but it's not the best. Not as slow as some say unless you go right when everyone is just getting off work or there's a deal. They need more normal carts and less pods in stock. That's my opinion. Pods seam like they burn out faster and there's more product wasted because it's stuck in the pod at the end. Also haven't had a pod that didn't taste kinda gross. More flower ounces would be nice too. 5 stars except for not having more normal carts and in general less selection than would be ideal.

It’s incredibly frustrating to have to wait in line for over an hour in the drive thru because some need time choosing what they want or asking questions but I just need to pick up what I ordered. There needs to be another line for online pickup orders only. Employees are generally kind and helpful here, but the wait for what should be a simple pickup order is just insane. For example it’s a regular Thursday and I ordered to pick up between 10-10:15am. I got here at 10:10 and am STILL in the drive thru line at 11:26 with 2 cars still ahead of me.

Made an online delivery order on a Thursday for delivery Friday morning, only to be called and told they aren't coming out out my house cause of a "wreck" on the freeway. And then tried to reschedule for next Tuesday!? I need my medicine, it's important! There was no wreck cause I found a ride and was on the freeway minutes later, right around the time they were supposed to be on the road. I even checked Google maps for any reported accidents and there weren't any. Both sides of the freeway were incident free.The time before that I ordered my medicine I got down there and was told it was out of stock. Nobody notified me about anything being gone so when I showed up there. And was not able to buy anything what I ordered. The girl made me feel horrible, looked down at me like it was my fault and made no effort to resolve it. She had an like oh well, not my problem attitude. And wanted me to get out of the store so she could help the next customer.

Do not shop here! The reason for my 1 star review is the employees. If you enjoy being treated with attitude and getting brushed off then by all means this is the place for you. If you want to be treated with respect and actually have your questions answered then find a new dispensary. The employees here will give you attitude and when you try to ask a question about any discounts on your account they will refer you to the manager who will brush off anything you say and tell you that you are wrong. Another thing is there website product % is not accurate. You will expect one thing and when you get the actual product it will be totally different. I would definitely recommend you to take your business elsewhere.

The place is trash. It's over priced and their cartridges are always 10% less THC than advertised online. They have the same low dose products for months at a time while other dispensaries have already cycled through to new product. Just bought an 1/8th of dry flower that was harvested in June 2022 for $60. This is unbelievable. If a pharmacy treated their patience this way, they would be investigated immediately.

Trevor behind the counter is the awesome! He always remembers my name and is fast, nice, and knowledgeable. Buuuuuut. This place is slower than the emergency room. It caters to a lot of elderly which is great but lets just say they do not know what they want… and they spend like 30 minutes on average to decide. Ive asked these guys for the last 3 years to make a quick lane for people who pre order or know what they are getting. I spend about 2 minutes in line. So lame.

I've been using Perfect Earth/Flower Shop for years since it's nearest to me. Generally more expensive /less product availability on website when you compare the exact same products at the dispensary in Bountiful. Service is nice (the employees themselves are fine) but like, really, REALLY, REALLY slow. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes in line regularly, so forget about quick trips. I've had much better experiences with Wholesome Co in Bountiful.

This is the slowest dispensary around. I waited about an hour in the drive-thru, just to be told they didn't have what I pre-ordered a couple hours before. They have no line for people who order ahead ,so you have to wait for everybody to look through the menu and decide what they want. At least a half hour 45 minute wait every time I've gone here. If you want good service and good product just take the drive to bountiful, or salt lake. Wholesome co has my business from now on.

Bought a cart that was half full of air yesterday. They push the True North brand by offering some affordable options from them but the product is low quality. Most of the flower they sell with the exception of the Dragonfly brand is too dry. When they get a good product they jack the price up and limit availability it seems. (Example being Standard gummies, the only brand that is not toxic sludge gummies..) I dislike that I find a product I enjoy and then they take it off the menu or jack the price way up later down the line when they realize they can. I dislike the emphasis on cartridges. There have been a number of studies tying even medicinal marijuana cartridges to health problems. God intended weed to be smoked. I hope they will be pushing legislation to make the Utah laws make sense. I dislike the excessive amount of packaging. So much wasted resources for a little weed cartridge that is going to also end up in the trash. At least the cartels were more eco friendly I guess. All that said the staff is friendly and everyone there works hard.

I’ve been trying to work with modern earth. But since they don’t list everything on the website, like beverages or drinks. Also there delivery has a ton of stipulations. Today was the last straw I called them to see if they have any beverages when no one answered I messaged them through the website. When they responded they said they had them, but when I showed up they told me they hadn’t had any for days. I’ve been switching over to wholesome co. As my new pharmacy and they are great. Their website is updated daily and there delivery system is super easy and on time.

The reps at the Ogden location are chill but I wouldn’t exactly call them nice. For patients who need an alternative medicine, this is the place to go! I was pleasantly greeted and quickly checked in. Wow, the decor inside is awesome. It was busy but not crowded. The staff treated me so well. The product I bought is a 'live resin' vape cart made by Wasatch Extraction, sold by The Fruit of Life. Ali at the front desk was amazing. I’ve tried since last night to place an order, but my cart wouldn’t show accurate purchase for me. ALI TO THE RESCUE! She helped me straighten out things so i could make it for todays delivery.Every time I visit the store, I’m so impressed by their knowledge and caring attitude. Beautiful store, super friendly staff. They always have what I want. Occasionally I’ve upgraded and been extremely satisfied. Don’t waste your money elsewhere. This is the only shop I use.

UpdateI just wanted to update this, I have tried the true north medical marijuana and it is definitely medical quality they've done a great job. Tryke unfortunately still is producing low quality medicine that I will never purchase again.I am a former California medical marijuana patient so I have been to a lot of dispensaries and I know when I see a good setup. This one is a decent setup for a Utah dispensary. Got the orange zskittelz which was the best quality they had. The potency was under par for the price I was charged. It looks good and smells okay but the flavor is very lacking. I'm sure a few more open up we will get better quality medicine.Update got a great response from them.Thanks tim

If you're getting it delivered absolutely tip. but that's just my opinion. I mean I'm buying medication... I don't think I've ever seen a tip jar at CVS or Walgreens or a mom and pop pharmacy. I really hope all the employees here get a good hourly wage and don't have to depend on tips like restaurant servers do cause everyone is so great. Still 5 stars though.

People can hardly make their rent these days and we’re being charged nearly double what it would normally cost. These people are unwell and have medical bills. $90 for a cart? $60 and 8th? Truthfully I have not been to this pharmacy, although I have had email contact with them and they were perfectly kind, helpful and friendly.My issue is high price and low THC content. Like others have said, it's a new operation and will take time to get established.In the mean time, neighboring states have variety, quantity, lower prices and much higher THC content.And I wonder why there is such a disparity in street prices and pharmacy prices.August 2021 update:Since my honest, yet less-informed review, I have seen these wonderful people take their fledgling business and turn it into a world-class operation. Don't get me wrong. The pharmacists who work here are awesome. The owner is super nice and very knowledgeable. And while the other staff that work here are pleasant and nice they don't really know anything about the products they sell. I do understand that prices on cartridges are high due to supply/demand. I blame the state. If the Cannabis ballot initiative would have passed as voters intended we wouldn't have this issue as people would be able to grow themselves. But Utah's laws allowed our theocratic government to butt in and gut the bill after it was passed. I updated my review as I don't think Perfect Earth deserves 1 star for things outside of their control.

I was kind of wary after reading some of the reviews about inventory, but that seems to have been resolved as the had exactly what I wanted!The staff was so kind and helpful! The gentleman at the front was extremely nice and took my information. When you go in for your first visit, you meet with their pharmacist, and she was so very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Then you meet with their bud tender, who was also very kind, patient, and super helpful!This is my pharmacy and I highly recommend it be yours, you won't be disappointed!

We should be paying the pharmacist the high cost of a 10 minute office visit with an "expert" just for a letter to take to the pharmacy. The pharmacist here spent 45 minutes with me explaining everything I needed to know, answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and literally spent the time getting to know me so she could thoroughly help and assist me. I'm blown away that they are not paid more. The staff here was also so friendly and welcoming. For newcomers, this can be nerve racking. I left here feeing better than I did the doctors office!

My grandmother and I had the pleasure of visiting this fine establishment today once she had her required paperwork and approvals. What else can we say but WOW! First of all a beautifully designed and decorated business. The staff were incredibly kind, informative, and considerate without trying to push any sales. We had the pleasure of speaking with Fern, our consultant, before checking out with Issac. Fern was very knowledgeable, kind, and overall fun to meet! She helped my grandmother identify what products may be best suited for her needs, as well as answering all questions regarding legality in Utah and usage. Issac was friendly, quick to provide assistance when needed, and made checkout a breeze. The best part of this entire experience was that in the 15 minutes it took to drive here, 20 or so minutes exploring inside, and 15 minute drive back home - we felt safe and secure without any fear of breaking any laws. Prices and inventory need improvement but no one is complaining here - I’m sure once more open and laws slowly get more reasonable, we won’t have to worry much about that. Can’t believe it actually happened here in Utah and couldn’t be more thankful! THANK YOU PERFECT EARTH!

I agree with another comment it would probably be faster to go to Bountiful or Brigham City pick up and be back. I may try one more order use all of my points and never come back. The employees are always nice and helpful. The product is very slim pickings and half the edibles are duds. The also turned half their lot into curbside pick up but you can never select a pick up time cause the app is down and never has availability. The point system never redeems either. It is easier to drive to another state or Logan for better product and selection. They also started a number system but they skip numbers as well so why bother using it. It has the longest wait times as other shops as well.

Go to bountiful. They need to do something about how they cheat the public. I won’t even renew my card ever again in this state. Terrible terrible experience. More than once. When I made my return the lady lied to her boss and said my cartridge work. Now I have to flip a lung trying to clear my tank if I can even do that. Bountiful store has twice the product to choose from, no wait EVER and they have deals all the time. Daily, weekend and special occasions like Super Bowl deals. You won’t find that in Ogden. And you can’t stack points. Bountiful you can. Absolutely HATE OGDEN STORE. The staff definitely needs to be replaced or retrained.

The last two orders I made were in the morning, first thing. On my way to get those orders, the first time they called saying they were out of the products because someone had just come in and purchased them all. Even though I had it on my order? Then the second order they called on my way there and said the slot for which I was picking up was no longer available. It was from 4-5, they called me at 4:03. Last slot of the day, so that was it. This is a medial pharmacy. They shouldn’t be able to do this type of stuff? Just super annoying and unprofessional. Won’t go there unless I have to.

My experience with this dispensary has not been good. I called today to let them know that I would not be home by the time my delivery was set. The lady who answered the phone was so rude. She told me I don't know what to do about that. I'll have to ask a delivery driver when they get back because they are all on deliveries right now. I simply asked if I could reschedule the delivery or change it to in store pick up or if it just went back to stock. Again her answer was I don't know. When you call the phone prompts you to pick front desk help or delivery help. I selected delivery help. Why was she even answering the phones if she didn't know anything. I asked if she could ask another co-worker or if a manager was in and she told me no. Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time. If your staff doesn't know the answer, they should be willing to ask for help to get the answer for the patient. If that means calling a delivery driver or reaching out to one of the other locations to ask protocol. She hung up on me and when I called back she wouldn't answer. Very unprofessional. If you can't be friendly or courteous to your clientele maybe don't do customer service 🤷♀️Edit: I was able to get a hold of a floor manager, Matt the following Monday. I was upset because the product and the sale were both no longer available online, which is how I typically order. He could only find half of the product I had ordered initially but he was able to find some! He also got the approval to discount the product to the sale price from the original order. When I went into pick up the order, everyone there seemed happy and helpful. I'm hoping I just caught things on an off day and my future experiences are like my most recent.

I was dating an agent (trevor) and when we broke up I was immediately blocked from coming into the pharmacy for no reason.This is medicine I need and this is so unprofessional. I only visited the drive thru and had no issue before i was blocked.A complaint has been filed with the state and the Utah Division of Consumer Protection.Trevor also told me the management and leads steal money and product. I have seen Trevor sell product to people without medical cards. Stay safe!UPDATE* My attorney has advised me not to discuss this issue with anyone else as we are seeking legal recourse against Trevor Hundley, Lacy Jo Bagshaw, and Desirae Robison in relation to the management at The Flowershop medical dispensary.

This place is ripping disabled people off they have stolen from me twice by selling me bad product. $90 1 gram vape pen broken & they would not do anything about it. Second time they sell me a gram of flower with 14 seeds in it. they wouldn’t do anything to remedy that either. They have no problem selling inferior products and ripping people off. Their staff turnover should give you a warning if the products don’t. Shop elsewhere, or risk it all. I am on disability and spend over $200 a month there and they treat me like garbage. I’ll drive to Beehive in Brigham city were they treat me professional and give me a 25% discount never had a problem there. Disclaimer: I hardly ever write a review unless I’m impressed.I’m from another state and here for a week. I received my Utah out of state license and chose to come here. The choice was solely based on closest to my location.Initial visit upon entering. I was greeted by the lady behind the counter. The shop was clean, organized and working like a well oiled machine.I waited for them to call for next customer in line to come in. ( I am guessing it’s a Utah specific thing ) this process wasn’t a long wait. Maybe 4-5 minutes and I was walking through the first door and I found myself thinking what the heck now? Before I knew it, the gentleman who opened the door pointed me in the direction to go and said “ follow the black mats to the counter and they will get you setup “Here is where it fell apart… or as I thought…As I approach the counter, three employees were engaging in a conversation..I finally arrive at the counter and they completely break away from their conversation to help me. The best part, they didn’t make me feel like I was interrupting their important conversation. Instead, they all smiled and asked me how I was then explained how MMJ works in Utah. ( much different than where I’m from and much much more pricey) I will say, the quality is excellent on the concentrates. Ok, back to the review of the store.I don’t remember who the young lady was who helped me, but her partner in crime next to her was just as friendly as can be, too. We had such a great conversation about the differences between where I’m from and Utah.The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable! I may or may not have given her some cool info on concentrates solventless vs solvent process in making the concentrates.Even saw a dog named forest while i was in! Just an amazing store filled with positive energy and good vibes. Highly recommend ! If you are traveling and have a Utah medical card just go here.

One of the best dispensaries in Utah! The staff is always so kind and funny, I feel so much more comfortable coming in here than any other dispensary across Utah. They don’t always have the products I want, but that’s the only time I’ll go to a different place. Their military discount, plus loyal customer rewards are more than generous and have helped me save SO much money. Good service and staff is great! Selection is not as bad as some say but it's not the best. Not as slow as some say unless you go right when everyone is just getting off work or there's a deal. They need more normal carts and less pods in stock. That's my opinion. Pods seam like they burn out faster and there's more product wasted because it's stuck in the pod at the end. Also haven't had a pod that didn't taste kinda gross. More flower ounces would be nice too. 5 stars except for not having more normal carts and in general less selection than would be ideal.

There needs to be another line for online pickup orders only. Employees are generally kind and helpful here, but the wait for what should be a simple pickup order is just insane. For example it’s a regular Thursday and I ordered to pick up between 10-10:15am. I got here at 10:10 and am STILL in the drive thru line at 11:26 with 2 cars still ahead of me.

These guys will lie to you and play favorites. They have let me down twice now and shown no customer appreciation. Made an online delivery order on a Thursday for delivery Friday morning, only to be called and told they aren't coming out out my house cause of a "wreck" on the freeway. And then tried to reschedule for next Tuesday!? I need my medicine, it's important! There was no wreck cause I found a ride and was on the freeway minutes later, right around the time they were supposed to be on the road. I even checked Google maps for any reported accidents and there weren't any. Both sides of the freeway were incident free.The time before that I ordered my medicine I got down there and was told it was out of stock. Nobody notified me about anything being gone so when I showed up there. And was not able to buy anything what I ordered. The girl made me feel horrible, looked down at me like it was my fault and made no effort to resolve it. She had an like oh well, not my problem attitude. And wanted me to get out of the store so she could help the next customer.

Do not shop here! The reason for my 1 star review is the employees. If you enjoy being treated with attitude and getting brushed off then by all means this is the place for you. If you want to be treated with respect and actually have your questions answered then find a new dispensary. The employees here will give you attitude and when you try to ask a question about any discounts on your account they will refer you to the manager who will brush off anything you say and tell you that you are wrong. Another thing is there website product % is not accurate. You will expect one thing and when you get the actual product it will be totally different. I would definitely recommend you to take your business elsewhere.

They have the same low dose products for months at a time while other dispensaries have already cycled through to new product. Just bought an 1/8th of dry flower that was harvested in June 2022 for $60. This is unbelievable. If a pharmacy treated their patience this way, they would be investigated immediately.

I've been using Perfect Earth/Flower Shop for years since it's nearest to me. Generally more expensive /less product availability on website when you compare the exact same products at the dispensary in Bountiful. Service is nice (the employees themselves are fine) but like, really, REALLY, REALLY slow. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes in line regularly, so forget about quick trips. I've had much better experiences with Wholesome Co in Bountiful.

This is the slowest dispensary around. I waited about an hour in the drive-thru, just to be told they didn't have what I pre-ordered a couple hours before. They have no line for people who order ahead ,so you have to wait for everybody to look through the menu and decide what they want. At least a half hour 45 minute wait every time I've gone here. If you want good service and good product just take the drive to bountiful, or salt lake. Wholesome co has my business from now on.

Bought a cart that was half full of air yesterday. They push the True North brand by offering some affordable options from them but the product is low quality. Most of the flower they sell with the exception of the Dragonfly brand is too dry. When they get a good product they jack the price up and limit availability it seems. (Example being Standard gummies, the only brand that is not toxic sludge gummies..) I dislike that I find a product I enjoy and then they take it off the menu or jack the price way up later down the line when they realize they can. I dislike the emphasis on cartridges. There have been a number of studies tying even medicinal marijuana cartridges to health problems. God intended weed to be smoked. I hope they will be pushing legislation to make the Utah laws make sense. I dislike the excessive amount of packaging. So much wasted resources for a little weed cartridge that is going to also end up in the trash. At least the cartels were more eco friendly I guess. All that said the staff is friendly and everyone there works hard.

I’ve been trying to work with modern earth. But since they don’t list everything on the website, like beverages or drinks. Also there delivery has a ton of stipulations. Today was the last straw I called them to see if they have any beverages when no one answered I messaged them through the website. Tryke unfortunately still is producing low quality medicine that I will never purchase again.I am a former California medical marijuana patient so I have been to a lot of dispensaries and I know when I see a good setup. This one is a decent setup for a Utah dispensary. Got the orange zskittelz which was the best quality they had. The potency was under par for the price I was charged. I really hope all the employees here get a good hourly wage and don't have to depend on tips like restaurant servers do cause everyone is so great. Still 5 stars though.

And while the other staff that work here are pleasant and nice they don't really know anything about the products they sell. I do understand that prices on cartridges are high due to supply/demand. I blame the state. If the Cannabis ballot initiative would have passed as voters intended we wouldn't have this issue as people would be able to grow themselves. But Utah's laws allowed our theocratic government to butt in and gut the bill after it was passed. I updated my review as I don't think Perfect Earth deserves 1 star for things outside of their control.

This was my first visit and I am very impressed and happy with the experience.First, the inside of the building has a very modern, sleek and clean look. Very appealing. Second and the most important, the employees are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The pharmacist was awesome and helped answer our questions as I’m new to this and I didn’t know what to expect.Their prices are competitive and pretty appropriate for the line of business.The product is a high quality and delivers what it states. I absolutely recommend them to all. You can also order online and pick up at their drive thru in the same day.Awesome experience.Thank you!

The cost for Medical Cannabis in Utah at the present time is ridiculously expensive. I understand there are huge costs involved in this new undustry but there needs to be more done to bring actual Compassion into play. It should be about Public Health helping people, not making profit off the backs of sick patients.The Utah State program is helpful but far too controlling and limiting in how it compassionately cares for needy patients with little financial means to pay for medical cannabis in this program. The patient can't even grow their own medicine. Utah State wants a MONOPOLY on all the income stream generated by Cannabis grown in Utah. It is extremely greedy and unfair to prevent patients in desperate need for pain relief in the midst of an Opioid epidemic that the Big Pharmaceutical industry and our government are fighting to reign control of and not allow humans to care for themselves as nature had intended! It is a plant that will grow and provide much of the relief I need and it could be easy for me to help myself. Unfortunately there are many that control what goes on here in Utah but it isn't the tax paying citizens. Give patients ALL their rights! The Fed needs to reschedule Cannabis and end the drug war lies. Utah needs to loosen up!

I'm happy to have a place like this, I just wish the prices were better. My guy has the same herb, for half the price, but he's not as reliable. So I understand the need for it.....I lived in California, and Vegas when it became legal.....never had prices like this. I just hope you guys start helping your customers and not your pockets. Oh, you guys are working on the selection, prices still high.

I went in to Perfect Earth for the first time today, the 28th of January. I was kind of wary after reading some of the reviews about inventory, but that seems to have been resolved as the had exactly what I wanted!The staff was so kind and helpful! The gentleman at the front was extremely nice and took my information. When you go in for your first visit, you meet with their pharmacist, and she was so very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Then you meet with their bud tender, who was also very kind, patient, and super helpful!This is my pharmacy and I highly recommend it be yours, you won't be disappointed!

We should be paying the pharmacist the high cost of a 10 minute office visit with an "expert" just for a letter to take to the pharmacy. The pharmacist here spent 45 minutes with me explaining everything I needed to know, answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and literally spent the time getting to know me so she could thoroughly help and assist me. I'm blown away that they are not paid more. The staff here was also so friendly and welcoming. For newcomers, this can be nerve racking. I left here feeing better than I did the doctors office!

My grandmother and I had the pleasure of visiting this fine establishment today once she had her required paperwork and approvals. What else can we say but WOW! First of all a beautifully designed and decorated business. The staff were incredibly kind, informative, and considerate without trying to push any sales. We had the pleasure of speaking with Fern, our consultant, before checking out with Issac. Fern was very knowledgeable, kind, and overall fun to meet! She helped my grandmother identify what products may be best suited for her needs, as well as answering all questions regarding legality in Utah and usage. Issac was friendly, quick to provide assistance when needed, and made checkout a breeze. The best part of this entire experience was that in the 15 minutes it took to drive here, 20 or so minutes exploring inside, and 15 minute drive back home - we felt safe and secure without any fear of breaking any laws. Prices and inventory need improvement but no one is complaining here - I’m sure once more open and laws slowly get more reasonable, we won’t have to worry much about that. Can’t believe it actually happened here in Utah and couldn’t be more thankful! THANK YOU PERFECT EARTH!
