This dispensery used to be good. The new manager absolutely sucks.I checked in, then spoke to the counter lady. The manager proceeds to come up and start issues. Long story short. Both patients had valid ID and medical cards. 1 was buying. Both were checked in as patients. Proceeds to tell us we could not talk about anything, and if one wasn't buying, they had to leave.*Nice way to put this*

Highly recommend this place for your medical needs. They have good discounts when I am there, although I wish they would discount flower. I recommend the High Variety 5g 8ths, its generally A LOT better than the other flower they have.

I've spent a lot of money at the flower shop. And it's more and more frustrating the more and more I go there. Which sucks because I don't even know where to start to complain. Not to mention I also kind of like some of their products.The main problem with this establishment is their employees don't give a damn. They literally are ignorant and rude right to your face. Not to mention get rid of your "secret menu" you morons!! super frustrating to come pick up a $400 order only to see a sign on the counter with a "secret menu"numerous items on there I'd love to have. The girl goes on to tell me it's actually just a menu of random stock they have. It's just annoying that you can't see it on the website and you've already put your order in and you see it there. Come on!! Not to mention their percentage of their products the THC presented on the website never matches what's on the cart or on the flower. Get it together you slouch's, you guys charge way too much to have a joke of a business

Horrible store. The sign in the store about respecting others is because of me. My complaint was about the bad attitude of the employees and the disrespect to women they are because they can’t figure out what gender they are. My wife was so offended she walked out, So disrespectful. I told the pharmacist that I would not bring my kids around your type of employees. Apparently he didn’t understand my complaint. Brigham city dispensary is way better anyways, it doesn’t take an hour to get your order, super smooth process. The flower shop is a joke!

Loved this place before their new manager. Used to meet all my medical needs and was a safe place for all. Since management has changed I would no longer recommend this medical dispensary. Be cautious of new manager KJ. There were many HIPPA violations in my visit today. Hopefully something changes in the near future.

One of the worst dispensaries next to the Brigham one. They offer “delivery to Brigham” at their Logan dispensary. But literally every time you try to place an order it is a huge hassle. Works maybe once a month if I’m lucky. They are the only ones with a decent inventory (besides wholesome) but I can’t even order delivery because their site never works. Their rewards app doesn’t even let me log in either. I have sent numerous emails, calls, they never respond to me. So basically the only dispensary around here worth the hassle is wholesomeco. But when they run out of what I need I’m sol because this dispensary doesn’t do anything they offer. Utah sucks 👎🏻

Best pharmacy in Utah, other than the one in bountiful.. I won't mention their name and that's just my opinion! The only thing that keeps this pharmacy from being five stars is their inventory sucks. I like strong potent high THC products so this isn't the place for that... Also please stop posting the percentage of THC on your website only for me to come to your store and have it not be the correct percentage you guys are infamous for that!! what do you do? just type in whatever number you want on the website to get folks in the door? You need to correct that especially when people drive a couple hours to go there it's awfully disappointing... Sometimes I'm forced to go to the joint in Brigham City and that's fine they have a lot better products and plenty of potent stuff however the people are morons and extremely ignorant at the pharmacy in Brigham City...

Unfortunately these guys tricked me, they offered me $50 off my 1st four purchases over $100.. I thought, awesome! I’m gonna just go here!.. I went in the other day and they told me they discontinued that and I mentioned I had two uses left. They said doesn’t matter, they cancelled it.. so the two left that were linked to my account that they told me from the beginning were good was now taken away. If this business lies to its customers then I imagine they will increase costs over time and do other sneaky tricks. The staff is alright, but whoever made this decision to go back on what they original told me .. is a liar obviously. They could have emailed me and told me that it was going to expire, simple.. but instead I went in and found out AFTER I’m ready to check out which is annoying. There are other places you can go to and know your money is going to better management.

Updating my review, I still believe Perfect Earth deserves 5 stars because of their staff. they're very friendly and the atmosphere is calm. Their product always helps me so much. My only issue is I have noticed prices are going considerably up. I've only had my medical card for a year and some items I use to purchase have gone up 15-20$ in pricing. Whenever I find an item that I really like and want to stick with, the price gets raised. It's a bummer. They also don't really have items that are more affordable for those who are low income. Those prices just get raised too. I don't blame the staff for this which is why I'm keeping it 5 stars, just wanted to update on my view on pricing. I still love this place regardless though.OG Review: Went in for the first time today and would gladly say my experience was very positive. I'm updating my review...For full transparency, I was trying very hard to be optimistic and kind towards the INDIVIDUALS that were helping me at this dispensary for the first review. What needs to be corrected for my own comfort is that this place gives me such high anxiety, that I am no longer going to get medicine here.The setting continues to shift towards a corporate, retail feeling, and I'm concerned for other patients similar to me. We're here to get medicine, not "weed". I've been a recreational user in the past, and know both sides of this conversation quite well, I think.The Flower Shop assists in the State profiting off of minorities. They continue to restrict my abilities to simply be there, and now I feel like I'm shuffled through a line. The employees don't know how to relay my actual criticisms that are regularly mentioned, and instead of conveying that they understand my concerns, I'm simply shut down for feeling uncomfortable.And I am just that: Uncomfortable.This location offered my first real introduction to specific cannabis information that I could use towards my health goals. I've been a "regular" for over a year now. It's extremely uncomfortable to leave due to the location and cost of me going elsewhere, but after trying to speak with literally everyone I could reach in the building, and being shoved upwards to unreachable people who apparently are the only ones who can make change, I'm out.They just don't treat me well anymore. The staff that works in the back and the doctors=5/5 great people and service, however this was given a much lower rating as there have been around 29 issues I have had and have only been here around 48 times. The staff has no idea when any discounts are and everytime someone that did know something (such as a 20% off deal,etc.), they have never failed to tell me the wrong dates. The prices are significantly higher than the rest of Utah's dispensaries. The only thing about this place that works is the staff in the back, other than that, well, at least they are nice. As well, there were a few times I have saved up enough points to get a discount for two visits, however sometimes when I use the points only once, and I have an overfill, the points get reset back to zero, regardless of how many hundreds I have spent here.What bothers me the most is that THE THC PERCENT OR AMOUNT IS NOT THE ACTUAL AMOUNT, CHECK THE BRANDS DOSING, THAT IS ACCURATE, THE STORES IS NOT, and honestly seems like they just guess or make it up. THIS IS NOT A SOMETIMES THING, EVERYONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS THAT I HAVE GOTTEN, IS INACCURATE AS FAR AS HOW MUCH THC IS IN IT.

Been going here for years. I have chronic pain and need medicine. I choose to use a natural remedy. Obviously this is the point of going to a MEDICAL dispensary. 90% of the items they are selling now are SYNTHETIC! To make things worse these synthetic compounds do not work or have very minimal effect for a small period of time. The final kicker is that they are trying to sell these same trash compounds that dont work at the SAME PRICE as a good quality natural product. The flower shop has sold out and are chasing profits. Clearly they could care less about patients that need medicine. Guess i will have to drive down to SLC and go somewhere like Dragonfly wellnes where their bottom line is only naturally authentic products. If you are a patient and spend money here i would urge you to go elsewhere until they pull their head out. Maybe if they loose enough profits they have been chasing they will listen.

Absolutely loved Sam, the pharmacist, and all the employees. After he left, and it went from A Perfect Earth to The Flower Shop, everything seemed to go downhill. They got rid of several employees that were so knowledgeable about the products, to employees that seemed to know absolutely nothing and I actually had to guide them threw my orders. Selection is very sparse now too. Prices didn’t go down like I was told they would. Very disappointing. Been giving my business to Wholesome Company now.

If you look on their website currently, I bet almost every % listed is higher than the testing has ever said. I guarantee no true north cartridges have ever tested near to 90% potentcy; more like high 70's- low 80's on a good day. They just need to be honest online about the products they are selling. So if you look right now they have a green C cartridge that says on logans website is 89%, but if you go to Ogdens website it is listed at 77% which is probably the correct amount. I don't see how I can order something online but when I show up is not what the website said. That's false advertising in my opinion.

I used to drove to Wendover but now I don't have to! They are constantly adding new inventory and compared to even a year ago the variety of options they have available has grown a ton. The budtenders are some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet and are always willing to answer questions. I started going here a little bit after 'rona hit and go back regularly. Ive had a lot of questions about different items and i felt like some of the questions were pretty stupid to be asking but they have never made me feel bad about asking anything. If the bud tender doesn't know the answer they will find someone who has the answer to your question. Seriously can't say enough good things about this place.

Nice staff, but price is big for sometimes mid-level quality. Stock is also spotty with few options as far as flower goes. Cartridges are also quite expensive for small quantities.I have actually edited this review from before because state restrictions cause supply and demand issues, and the growth options are limited by regulation, but at least these guys are a step in the right direction.

Nice staff, but price is fairly absurd for mid-level quality. Stock is also spotty, with Indica strains never seeming to be around for some reason. My impression is that most of these strains tend be older grassy/wood varieties rather than the smooth high end herbal boutique strains found out of state. For how much it costs to have access to THC in Utah, and for how much is charged for the herb itself, the quality should be nothing less than a -Kush Mountains- level of strain quality, which is not what I have found here.

A long wait for the mandatory visit with the pharmacist, finally gave up and left. Some workers not wearing masks. The product is overpriced, as expected. You still have to go out of state to get high potency products because of how Utah does things. The facility struck me as sloppily put together - a fresh coat of paint over a seedy interior. But that is just my opinion. It is better than nothing!Update: there always seems to be at least one employee not wearing a mask. I'm in the COVID high risk grip. That is is very NOT COOL.

Unfortunately these guys tricked me, they offered me $50 off my 1st four purchases over $100.. I thought, awesome! I’m gonna just go here!.. I went in the other day and they told me they discontinued that and I mentioned I had two uses left. They said doesn’t matter, they cancelled it.. so the two left that were linked to my account that they told me from the beginning were good was now taken away. If this business lies to its customers then I imagine they will increase costs over time and do other sneaky tricks. The staff is alright, but whoever made this decision to go back on what they original told me .. is a liar obviously. They could have emailed me and told me that it was going to expire, simple.. but instead I went in and found out AFTER I’m ready to check out which is annoying. There are other places you can go to and know your money is going to better management.

Updating my review, I still believe Perfect Earth deserves 5 stars because of their staff. they're very friendly and the atmosphere is calm. Their product always helps me so much. My only issue is I have noticed prices are going considerably up. I've only had my medical card for a year and some items I use to purchase have gone up 15-20$ in pricing. Whenever I find an item that I really like and want to stick with, the price gets raised. It's a bummer. They also don't really have items that are more affordable for those who are low income. Those prices just get raised too. I don't blame the staff for this which is why I'm keeping it 5 stars, just wanted to update on my view on pricing. What needs to be corrected for my own comfort is that this place gives me such high anxiety, that I am no longer going to get medicine here.The setting continues to shift towards a corporate, retail feeling, and I'm concerned for other patients similar to me. We're here to get medicine, not "weed". I've been a recreational user in the past, and know both sides of this conversation quite well, I think.The Flower Shop assists in the State profiting off of minorities. They continue to restrict my abilities to simply be there, and now I feel like I'm shuffled through a line. The employees don't know how to relay my actual criticisms that are regularly mentioned, and instead of conveying that they understand my concerns, I'm simply shut down for feeling uncomfortable.And I am just that: Uncomfortable.This location offered my first real introduction to specific cannabis information that I could use towards my health goals. I've been a "regular" for over a year now. It's extremely uncomfortable to leave due to the location and cost of me going elsewhere, but after trying to speak with literally everyone I could reach in the building, and being shoved upwards to unreachable people who apparently are the only ones who can make change, I'm out.They just don't treat me well anymore. The staff that works in the back and the doctors=5/5 great people and service, however this was given a much lower rating as there have been around 29 issues I have had and have only been here around 48 times. The staff has no idea when any discounts are and everytime someone that did know something (such as a 20% off deal,etc.), they have never failed to tell me the wrong dates. The prices are significantly higher than the rest of Utah's dispensaries. The only thing about this place that works is the staff in the back, other than that, well, at least they are nice. As well, there were a few times I have saved up enough points to get a discount for two visits, however sometimes when I use the points only once, and I have an overfill, the points get reset back to zero, regardless of how many hundreds I have spent here.What bothers me the most is that THE THC PERCENT OR AMOUNT IS NOT THE ACTUAL AMOUNT, CHECK THE BRANDS DOSING, THAT IS ACCURATE, THE STORES IS NOT, and honestly seems like they just guess or make it up. THIS IS NOT A SOMETIMES THING, EVERYONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS THAT I HAVE GOTTEN, IS INACCURATE AS FAR AS HOW MUCH THC IS IN IT.

Been going here for years. I have chronic pain and need medicine. I choose to use a natural remedy. Obviously this is the point of going to a MEDICAL dispensary. 90% of the items they are selling now are SYNTHETIC! To make things worse these synthetic compounds do not work or have very minimal effect for a small period of time. The final kicker is that they are trying to sell these same trash compounds that dont work at the SAME PRICE as a good quality natural product. The flower shop has sold out and are chasing profits. Clearly they could care less about patients that need medicine. Guess i will have to drive down to SLC and go somewhere like Dragonfly wellnes where their bottom line is only naturally authentic products. If you are a patient and spend money here i would urge you to go elsewhere until they pull their head out. Maybe if they loose enough profits they have been chasing they will listen.

Absolutely loved Sam, the pharmacist, and all the employees. After he left, and it went from A Perfect Earth to The Flower Shop, everything seemed to go downhill. They got rid of several employees that were so knowledgeable about the products, to employees that seemed to know absolutely nothing and I actually had to guide them threw my orders. Selection is very sparse now too. Prices didn’t go down like I was told they would. Very disappointing. Been giving my business to Wholesome Company now.

If you look on their website currently, I bet almost every % listed is higher than the testing has ever said. I guarantee no true north cartridges have ever tested near to 90% potentcy; more like high 70's- low 80's on a good day. They just need to be honest online about the products they are selling. So if you look right now they have a green C cartridge that says on logans website is 89%, but if you go to Ogdens website it is listed at 77% which is probably the correct amount. I don't see how I can order something online but when I show up is not what the website said. That's false advertising in my opinion.

I used to drove to Wendover but now I don't have to! They are constantly adding new inventory and compared to even a year ago the variety of options they have available has grown a ton. The budtenders are some of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet and are always willing to answer questions. I started going here a little bit after 'rona hit and go back regularly. Ive had a lot of questions about different items and i felt like some of the questions were pretty stupid to be asking but they have never made me feel bad about asking anything. If the bud tender doesn't know the answer they will find someone who has the answer to your question. Seriously can't say enough good things about this place.

Nice staff, but price is fairly absurd for mid-level quality. Stock is also spotty, with Indica strains never seeming to be around for some reason. My impression is that most of these strains tend be older grassy/wood varieties rather than the smooth high end herbal boutique strains found out of state. For how much it costs to have access to THC in Utah, and for how much is charged for the herb itself, the quality should be nothing less than a -Kush Mountains- level of strain quality, which is not what I have found here.

A long wait for the mandatory visit with the pharmacist, finally gave up and left. Some workers not wearing masks. The product is overpriced, as expected. You still have to go out of state to get high potency products because of how Utah does things. The facility struck me as sloppily put together - a fresh coat of paint over a seedy interior. But that is just my opinion. It is better than nothing!Update: there always seems to be at least one employee not wearing a mask. I'm in the COVID high risk grip. That is is very NOT COOL.
