I recently purchased THC carts from here for the first time, and I was excited to try their product. Unfortunately, my device wasn't functioning when I inserted the cart. Thinking it was the device, I headed to my local vape shop to purchase another one. The cart ended up being tested in multiple devices, and it turned out not to be my device that was malfunctioning, but a bad cart. I called the store, they were extremely professional and nice on the phone, and told me to stop in for a replacement. When I did, I expected a simple exchange. Their customer service goes above and beyond. Not only did Melissa, the manager approve the exchange my cart but she let me keep the malfunctioning one, and gave me a battery free of charge. There is an awesome rewards system their prices are reasonable and I'm basing this on medical since I'm a medical patient. You can easily order online and pick up through the drive-thru or inside. I keep returning to Mother Earth, almost daily. I feel at home when I go there. This place is just full of my people. The energy, the display cases, the bud bar!!!!! the whole vibe, the inventory, the playlists, the reward system, the DEALS!!! the freaking wicked events and of course the STAFF!!! They are amazing and truly understand what customer service IS. Always eager to help every single customer and the willingness to right a mistake or error. Mother Earth also have a great VIP program with great promotions.Third, the inside is just big beautiful,bright and clean. I love the displays of the different offerings of products and the info on the sales floor.In the end Mother Earth Wellness is the place I recommend all the time and hands down worth going to. They are definitely worth the trip for me and are my main goto place.

Never again. Ordered early for pickup. Got there in time. Order was ready. Girl could not get the order to ring up. Walks out back to talk to a manager and boom....the good flower from my order is no longer available to me because of some quantity issue in their computer system. How...it was in her hands? More like I had the last bit of decent flower in the house in my order and someone decided to keep it for themselves instead. Customer service is a zero...no explanation just sucks to be you. I was a regular customer...in every week. I will not be going back after that blatant disrespect. State should swoop in and see why your inventory is showing bad numbers. They should also look into how many people you been selling to without medical cards at the medical tax rate.... because I know you do it....I'll let the state use my account alone to look into it. Y'all ain't serious about this business and all your going to do is ruin it for everyone.

AND the staff was so nice. Everyone. This place is AMAZING! Today was my first time here and everyone was extremely polite and helpful and the place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. 💚 Taryn was the budtender that waited on me. She was very nice and knowledgeable on all of the products and was able to answer all of my questions. As I was browsing the beautifully designed showcases of products & merchandise, Joe (one of the owners) introduced himself to me and showed me the "Bud Bar" where you can actually touch & smell all of the strains. I also met the executive chef. 👨🍳 The menu options are endless. I also love the fact that they have a loyalty rewards program. This is by far the nicest dispensary I've been to. Will be back again soon!

( all the times previously I came I never saw the extra deals available in store as well.

Never again. Ordered early for pickup. Got there in time. Order was ready. Girl could not get the order to ring up. Walks out back to talk to a manager and boom....the good flower from my order is no longer available to me because of some quantity issue in their computer system. How...it was in her hands? More like I had the last bit of decent flower in the house in my order and someone decided to keep it for themselves instead. Customer service is a zero...no explanation just sucks to be you. I was a regular customer...in every week. I will not be going back after that blatant disrespect. State should swoop in and see why your inventory is showing bad numbers. They should also look into how many people you been selling to without medical cards at the medical tax rate.... because I know you do it....I'll let the state use my account alone to look into it. Y'all ain't serious about this business and all your going to do is ruin it for everyone.

On a weekend getaway and found this place. My budtender Name was AJ she was very helpful. The prices here are fare and they have plenty of options to choose from. I’m very happy with my purchase,The flower looks amazing and smells amazing. I purchased 2 8ths of Mother Earth’s flower which allowed me to get a free 8th. This was the the best experience I’ve had so far at any dispensary in the northeast. The selections were amazing, the product is fire, all of it, the flower, the concentrates, the edibles ALL if it. AND the staff was so nice. Everyone. I bought a disposable pen that was off a little and the fixed it in seconds.Dani, my bud tender, was knowledgeable and set me in the right direction according to my needs. She did it with a a great smile and pointed me to the products I was looking for and describe the effects to a tee! I live in Brooklyn, but I will definitely be back. Soon!!

Love the place, very relaxing vibes w the water features but my favorite part is that (most of) their flower has a little bio to let you know what kind of high to expect which is super helpful for someone like me who only smokes very relaxing strains. Not to mention their selection far outshines other local spots...They've got a new regular for sure ☺️

This place is AMAZING! Today was my first time here and everyone was extremely polite and helpful and the place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. 💚 Taryn was the budtender that waited on me. She was very nice and knowledgeable on all of the products and was able to answer all of my questions. As I was browsing the beautifully designed showcases of products & merchandise, Joe (one of the owners) introduced himself to me and showed me the "Bud Bar" where you can actually touch & smell all of the strains. I also met the executive chef. 👨🍳 The menu options are endless. I also love the fact that they have a loyalty rewards program. This is by far the nicest dispensary I've been to. Will be back again soon!
