I realized way too late, my paragraph of feedback was lost and only posted my 5-Star rating. 🤦🏽♀️ I wanted to really let the people know this is the Cartier of dispensaries; I have been to dozens from Michigan out to Massachusetts. I keep returning to Mother Earth, almost daily. I feel at home when I go there. This place is just full of my people. The energy, the display cases, the bud bar!!!!! the whole vibe, the inventory, the playlists, the reward system, the DEALS!!! the freaking wicked events and of course the STAFF!!! They are amazing and truly understand what customer service IS. Always eager to help every single customer and the willingness to right a mistake or error. Staff is beyond amazing and so very well-informed.Not everybody knows my name there at all but it feels like Cheers whenever I walk in. Always feel so welcomed.

Alba was my bud tender the first time i visited mother earth, she was spectacular in every way! She named best deals, recommended strains based on my personality, and really took her time to get to know me so we can make the best choices that day. She was so great and made my transaction fun for the both of us, shes a great face to any company. I was so impressed by how professional and also outgoing she was that the second visit i had to ask if i could wright a review to give her credit on top of the amazing tip i gave her for her time and service. Been coming here for sometime and throughout all visits and experiences a particular employee named Lenny has always been a familiar face. Haven't always had the luck in working with Lenny but every time I am there regardless if Lenny is helping me or not Lenny is always very hard at work and involved with the customers and every transaction with a focused and friendly attitude. I had the luck to have Lenny help me this time and everything was accurate and all information was communicated and handled professionally with a smile. After going to Mother Earth Wellness in Pawtucket now for a few months now I'm absolutely blown away with everything.First the wonderful staff are just second to none. Beside making for a welcoming, friendly, and safe atmosphere, they pull out all the stops with thier knowledge not only about the cannabis products they carry but the actual science too.Secondly, the range of products and the prices with the deals they have is amazing. Mother Earth also have a great VIP program with great promotions.Third, the inside is just big beautiful,bright and clean. I love the displays of the different offerings of products and the info on the sales floor.In the end Mother Earth Wellness is the place I recommend all the time and hands down worth going to. They are definitely worth the trip for me and are my main goto place.

( all the times previously I came I never saw the extra deals available in store as well.

Never again. Ordered early for pickup. Got there in time. Order was ready. Girl could not get the order to ring up. Walks out back to talk to a manager and boom....the good flower from my order is no longer available to me because of some quantity issue in their computer system. How...it was in her hands? More like I had the last bit of decent flower in the house in my order and someone decided to keep it for themselves instead. Customer service is a zero...no explanation just sucks to be you. I was a regular customer...in every week. I will not be going back after that blatant disrespect. State should swoop in and see why your inventory is showing bad numbers. They should also look into how many people you been selling to without medical cards at the medical tax rate.... because I know you do it....I'll let the state use my account alone to look into it. Y'all ain't serious about this business and all your going to do is ruin it for everyone.

On a weekend getaway and found this place. My budtender Name was AJ she was very helpful. The prices here are fare and they have plenty of options to choose from. I’m very happy with my purchase,The flower looks amazing and smells amazing. I purchased 2 8ths of Mother Earth’s flower which allowed me to get a free 8th. This was the the best experience I’ve had so far at any dispensary in the northeast. The selections were amazing, the product is fire, all of it, the flower, the concentrates, the edibles ALL if it. AND the staff was so nice. Everyone. I bought a disposable pen that was off a little and the fixed it in seconds.Dani, my bud tender, was knowledgeable and set me in the right direction according to my needs. She did it with a a great smile and pointed me to the products I was looking for and describe the effects to a tee! I live in Brooklyn, but I will definitely be back. Soon!!

Not to mention the indoor waterfall and that really sweet Mother Earth logo giving you a little zen when you walk into this lovely interior. This place is AMAZING! Today was my first time here and everyone was extremely polite and helpful and the place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. 💚 Taryn was the budtender that waited on me. She was very nice and knowledgeable on all of the products and was able to answer all of my questions. As I was browsing the beautifully designed showcases of products & merchandise, Joe (one of the owners) introduced himself to me and showed me the "Bud Bar" where you can actually touch & smell all of the strains. I also met the executive chef. 👨🍳 The menu options are endless. I also love the fact that they have a loyalty rewards program. This is by far the nicest dispensary I've been to. Will be back again soon!
