The first time I shopped at Restore, Mike from security noticed that I may need some assistance getting into the building. I had injured my knee that afternoon and I could not walk. Mike was so kind and brought me a wheel chair. He got me registed, through the line, and helped me until my purchase was completed. The entire staff at Restore in Pottstown is terrific. Mike is special!! He has continued to greet me with a smile and calls me by name each and every time I am there. I have been going to Restore in Pottstown for nearly 3 years and Mike is a huge reason I keep going back!!

I have a great experience every time i go here. Just now getting to putting a review . All the workers are friendly and always know what they’re talking about, & if they don’t they will certainly ask someone about it which is great. I usually work with the curly hair girl with glasses I believe her name is lily. She always says no eye contact makes the sales faster 🤣 as she makes eye contact and smiles. Love the smile makes me forget what I was getting. She always suggests great flower and we have great small talks. Ty restore team and to the managers for hiring people who know the products and love to learn about them.

This has to be the worst dispensary in the area by far. Not one single time when I have visited have a had a smooth, quick experience. It’s always the opposite in fact. A line that seems to NEVER MOVE, no sort of system in play at all to keep people from waiting while another customer looks at the entire menu deciding what they want. Go online make an order, if not don’t get in line it’s simple. I’ve walked to this location as well as I live a few blocks away. Now they badger me every time that I need to ensure I have my drivers license with me. Why would I carry something that sits in my vehicle when I’m walking. I pay a lot of money to have a medical card why do I need to prove why I have it?? Every time you give any push back or feedback there’s always an excuse never an apology and a promise to hope to get better. I have not a clue how this place remains in business. Just by time management alone any other dispensary within 5 miles would have you in and out 3 times before you get out of restore once. I’d like to say if you want a smooth experience it’s not this location, I would recommend Verilife in Pottstown, sunny side in Phoenixville and if your close to king of Prussia the absolute best CURALEAF. Please someone who cares in charge help this place.

I've been coming here for a while. They have a decent points system and offer a wide variety of discounts. The drive-through is convenient when you call ahead and beat the line. Staff is informed and helpful. Expect a brief waiting line sometimes on busy days like Friday. That is all.

So charming and welcoming me to the facility.😁 She knew it was my 1st time there. She asked if I would like to speak with the Pharmacist Jack. I did actually take her up on that offer. Again, outstanding help. Listened to me and then we sat at his computer and he tried to find me what was best suited for my needs!👍Then off to the agent Faly. Again, just an amazing individual! Listening and offering up some advises on what I was buying and how I could save money and get more for my money.😎 This is an eye opener, compared to the local companies I have around me. It's definitely worth the drive!! 💯🔥 Even the decor in the facility is amazing. Not locked up like a volt, like my local places. The atmosphere is so modern, warm and inviting. And lines can be long sometimes … every now and then the customer service is lacking too but I guess that’s expected. Also this location is often times more convenient for me than others .

I take a Friend there. I personally don't go in. He places his order and chooses a pick up time. They always have his order ready when we get there.. In and out of store usually within 5 - 10 minutes.. At times it does get a bit busy there but they still seem to get you takin care of quickly... People seem nice and respectful.

Their deals are always the best around BUT BEWARE this is the absolute slowest dispensary I have ever been to. They have so many registers, but there’s usually only ever 3 open with 20+ people in line. It’s ridiculous. I come here often and always have to wait so long. Please please make a separate line for people with preorders. I honestly really like this dispensary but the wait alone makes me avoid it.

Bought from this location haven’t had any issues before but this last time as you can see in the picture I received a container w/ wax leaking out of container I went back and informed them, they told me there’s nothing they can do since it was opened outside, I understand the policy but it’s pretty obvious it wasn’t stored in a dry cool place. The service is SLOW, i started ordering on line and using the drive through. the drive through is slower. now i get yelled at for booking the order online and not calling the store. i never had to do that before, i said to the guy, i have been doing this for months, this guy said no you did not, NOTHING changes. wait this guy just called me a lire??? i said 'OK i will call next time, just to stop this guy lecturing me. then he brings my stuff and starts in on me again, 'you need to review out drive through policies' you need to call ahead or you will not be served, do you understand!!' shopping in person SUCKS and the drive through is worse.

I did get awesome suggestions from one of the associates who rang me up, but I wish I knew a little bit more of what to expect or at least a book on what to look for.The store is in wonderful Shape and it feels welcoming. Technically they were never allowed to, but I would leave the extra cash. A recent crackdown had one of the employees instruct me to pick it up and that they can’t take it anymore, period. I’m not sure what this benefits, it’s surely not morale. Give the patient the option to treat your employees better than you do.

I used to enjoy this site, but after today I won't be visiting again. I get it, it's 420 so it's gonna be busy. What I don't get, is how you can tell us to put in online orders before we get there only to tell us that you don't have half the order once we arrive. I waited almost 2 hours for basically nothing since they literally had 2 of the 5 items I picked. Then when I tried to pick new stuff, half of the online menu isn't available. Completely disappointed, I've been going here since they opened. Guess I'll have to find a new shop.

Actually reminds me of an actual dispensary that you might see on the west coast. Comfortable setting with products on display. It still has the uptight PA feel of "don't touch" and "don't call it weed" but it's still way better than others in the area where you have to wait in a line in an empty room and they want you to get in and get out.Still have light years to go to catch up to the west coast experience but for PA this is as good as you can get.Oh and they have an every day military discount!! My experience with Restore has always been pleasant. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Just something to point out, about a month or so ago I ordered a Golden Goat #2 pax pod and when I went to pick it up, the cashier said "full nelson" which me being shy, I didn't say anything but I have to say it wasn't their fault because it said Golden Goat #2 on my order but on the receipt it said full nelson. Honestly, this wasn't a huge deal for me because full nelson is an awesome strain and I'm actually glad it happened. Using the canpay "app" has made payment so much easier. My visits have been probably less than 10 minutes every time I use it and I absolutely love being able to have quick "in and out" visits. Overall, I love this dispensary.

If dispensary by far has the most Pleasant polite staff, very knowledgeable and the inventory is well stock for all strains. Very conveniently located off of High Street in Pottstown. The first time I shopped at Restore, Mike from security noticed that I may need some assistance getting into the building. I had injured my knee that afternoon and I could not walk. Mike was so kind and brought me a wheel chair. He got me registed, through the line, and helped me until my purchase was completed. The entire staff at Restore in Pottstown is terrific. All the workers are friendly and always know what they’re talking about, & if they don’t they will certainly ask someone about it which is great. This has to be the worst dispensary in the area by far. Not one single time when I have visited have a had a smooth, quick experience. It’s always the opposite in fact. A line that seems to NEVER MOVE, no sort of system in play at all to keep people from waiting while another customer looks at the entire menu deciding what they want. Go online make an order, if not don’t get in line it’s simple. I’ve walked to this location as well as I live a few blocks away. Now they badger me every time that I need to ensure I have my drivers license with me. Why would I carry something that sits in my vehicle when I’m walking. I pay a lot of money to have a medical card why do I need to prove why I have it?? Every time you give any push back or feedback there’s always an excuse never an apology and a promise to hope to get better. I have not a clue how this place remains in business. Just by time management alone any other dispensary within 5 miles would have you in and out 3 times before you get out of restore once. I’d like to say if you want a smooth experience it’s not this location, I would recommend Verilife in Pottstown, sunny side in Phoenixville and if your close to king of Prussia the absolute best CURALEAF. Please someone who cares in charge help this place.

First if all, the place is really cool inside with a giant mural. Everyone who's there seems really happy. I went going to get a Bio Jesus concentrate but the guy started talking about Bigfoot (lol) strain. I got both with 20% off new customers, too much to choose from here is the biggest complaint. Staff was cool and knew about the menu can't wait to hear more about Bigfoot.

Even when i was unsure about something they would stop everything to listen to me and then was able to visually and verbally explain everything in a very comprehensive way. Everyone from the second i got there to the second i left was amazingly friendly and helpful. The store is clean as a whistle and has a very comfortable "business as usual" type atmosphere. I can assure you i will be coming here for any future needs and i highly recommend anyone else to do the same regardless of any experience level.

I used to enjoy this site, but after today I won't be visiting again. I get it, it's 420 so it's gonna be busy. What I don't get, is how you can tell us to put in online orders before we get there only to tell us that you don't have half the order once we arrive. I waited almost 2 hours for basically nothing since they literally had 2 of the 5 items I picked. Then when I tried to pick new stuff, half of the online menu isn't available. Completely disappointed, I've been going here since they opened. Guess I'll have to find a new shop.

Actually reminds me of an actual dispensary that you might see on the west coast. Comfortable setting with products on display. It still has the uptight PA feel of "don't touch" and "don't call it weed" but it's still way better than others in the area where you have to wait in a line in an empty room and they want you to get in and get out.Still have light years to go to catch up to the west coast experience but for PA this is as good as you can get.Oh and they have an every day military discount!! My experience with Restore has always been pleasant. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Just something to point out, about a month or so ago I ordered a Golden Goat #2 pax pod and when I went to pick it up, the cashier said "full nelson" which me being shy, I didn't say anything but I have to say it wasn't their fault because it said Golden Goat #2 on my order but on the receipt it said full nelson. Honestly, this wasn't a huge deal for me because full nelson is an awesome strain and I'm actually glad it happened. Using the canpay "app" has made payment so much easier. My visits have been probably less than 10 minutes every time I use it and I absolutely love being able to have quick "in and out" visits. Overall, I love this dispensary.

I've gone to a few dispensaries in a 60 mile area from in the Montgomery County area. If dispensary by far has the most Pleasant polite staff, very knowledgeable and the inventory is well stock for all strains. Very conveniently located off of High Street in Pottstown. Ironic if you ask me, but again I've been coming here now for months and have ditch going back and forth from Allentown or King of Prussia depending on what was in stock when I checked the day I would need to restock. Keep up the good work. Well trained well managed can't speak highly enough of this location and its staff

Another great dispensary experience. Staff was unsurprisingly welcoming and incredibly helpful. I'm still relatively new to all the variations of pot and devices to smoke or vape or eat it with etc and just as with my previous experiences with dispensaries staff was able to find exactly what I needed without me even knowing what that was in the first place. Lol. I am not the easiest critic you'll find on Google but every dispensary I've visited is definitely five stars.

Was there on the day they opened, and i loved the menu, the employees were very welcoming, knowledgeable and all wearing masks, and continuously cleaning...i had the pleasure of Midge being my budtender, sorry if she's not supposed to be called that, but thats what that job is to me..anywho, Midge was awesome.
