As a patient it can be overwhelming to find a dispensary that has great service and genuinely cares about their customers. For the past two years I’ve been fortunate enough to not have to worry about this. Columbia Care has been nothing short of professional and kind every time I walk through their doors. When I have questions about new products or current promotions they always take time out of their day, even when busy, to assist me. I live much closer to other dispensaries but will continue to give them my business due to these great qualities. If you’re looking for people who have your best interest in mind, this is the place.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I honestly drive the extra couple miles just to go here. I love the environment, it’s so cozy inside like a stoner would like lol. The people are so friendly and I always ask what’s the popular stuff and they help me. The prices are better than anyone else’s, there’s always special deals going on, you can earn points and even pay cash. 10/10 recommended, if you don’t believe me give them a try sometime.

Excellent dispensary. These days they often have “happy hour” everything goes on sale for 30% off. You now get a $3 bag discount, too. The staff provides excellent service. They are knowledgeable and kind. Browse the menus during your visit. Sometimes there are things not posted online. Extensive menu. Highly recommended.

The online menu has different product and prices than in store. Everything was 25% off today, except for me. I stood there for 30 mins because they did not know if they had my product in stock, and they didn't give me 25% off, they called a manager over she said she would honor the sale price, like she did me a favor. She was so rude I hope I don't have to go back here. I stood there while everyone else was in and out, treated me like a jerk. I'm still not sure if they were trolling me or not or making fun of me, or making me stand there even after I told them I was light headed and about to faint. They couldn't care less. They made it my fault for their screw up in the menu. It's simple really every other dispensary can handle correct pricing and items that are out of stock updated on the menu, not here, poorly run business. Employees are lost, have to get approval for every transaction. I asked if they could give me any direction because my product was out of stock. The manager rudly replied we don't try everything we don't know. What's the point of having kids who know nothing be a cashier? Have it automated. I order, and pick it up pay with card. Why do I have to interact with rude people everytime? Again I hope I don't have to go back here. I tried to substitute for the out of stock item, but again they tried to sell it to me at regular price, so I said no. THE WHOLE STORE IS 25% OFF TODAY!!! EXCEPT FOR ME!! I LEFT WITHOUT GETTING WHAT I WANTED BECAUSE THEY STILL TRIED TO SELL ME SOMETHING AT FULL PRICE!! AGAIN, THE WHOLE STORE TODAY THEY SAID WAS 25% OFF!!! EXCEPT FOR ME!!! I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT JUST Happened. They wasted my time and money, stressed me out, and got nothing I came for. I wanted the Alaskan thunder to replace the northern lights. They did not give me the sale price, it's.not on the menu. I feel they were being deceptive with me for some reason on my first visit. I still do NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT JUST HAPPENED. Edit..Just had my girlfriend go back after I left to see if she would get what I couldn't. She got what they told me was out of stock, Northern Lights, and Got the Alaskan thunder for 25% off. So I guess first time male customers are NOT WELCOME. I KNEW SOMETHING was off when they had me standing there for 30 mins, cashier was going back and forth asking questions about my order. So what I thought has been confirmed. You were playing games with a disabled, exhausted person. Well done.

Also big shoutout Bubba, Keely, Jojo, Sara, Laural, Val, Derrick and of course Joe 🫶🏻 best dispo staff in PA they all deserve a raise!(Wish the intake system was more organized though. Having to stand in line outside on a 90 degree day and then standing again inside isn’t comfortable. Most dispensaries in the area have a large waiting area with adequate seating for patients on these busy days.)

Terrible pricing, actually the worse pricing I've seen (I go to at least 10 different dispensaries in PA). They rarely have deals on products that dont involve being a veteran or ssi. Some of the staff is very condescending and rude to customers who are returning defective products. Corporate cannabis handled like this is deplorable. I'm sure the ceo is making the most of their overpricing though. Edit. Pricing has improved and there are more frequent deals than several months ago.

Always appreciated of the customer service provided. I was having difficulties reading the menu board in store and tried using my phone to look. Didn’t know about the no phone policy inside. One young lady with short hair at the counter yelled at me across the store to put my phone away. As I approached the counter a young blonde male assisted me. When I explained to him that the menu board made my eyes hurt he rapidly went to the front and printed a copy of the menu out for me. Optic neuropathy has not been easy to deal with, but I’m glad there are associates like him out there willing to help me with little things like this.

I absolutely cherish every single employee in this establishment! Zach is the best thing to ever happen to Columbia! He’s so sweet, personable and knowledgeable about every single product. He made me feel at ease with my million questions and answered them with a smile on his face. I always look forward to going back knowing I’m in good hands no matter who’s helping me. This place is the best in the area by far. All the budtendors are very knowledgeable when it come to strains. The staff,from security to tenders make the trip well worth it. Keely has to be one of the most helpful tenders. I live right next to ethos and I'd rather drive to cc.

I very much enjoy going to Columbia Care, with their pleasant environment, relatively easy access, consistent product, and, last but not least, bunch of wonderful employees (incl. budtenders and door persons), that I’ve gotten know several now!I have become solely a tinctures and pills user, for health reasons. I have found that CC consistently carries, more than anyone else in the area, the products I am looking for. It can be very problematic when I don’t find them at other places.One last thing I’ll mention--on one of my recent visits, I overheard another patron speaking about how he noticed CC doesn’t provide a tip jar. I, too, spoke up. I just thought I’d mention that it might be something to think about. I know I’ve certainly been moved to tip at a couple of these other dispensaries around town, from time to time. The guys and gals here are certainly worth it! Many thanks.

One of the best dispensary’s in the valley, selection is almost endless! Definitely wished they put out TIP JARS for their budtenders though. See it at a lot of other dispensary locations and it’s a shame, these budtenders work hard and deserve to be blessed a little bit extra day by day. Especially while working 10 hour shifts day by day to make sure each patient leaves satisfied and happy. Columbia Care is one of the best but should accommodate their workers a little more! I love this place. I 100% go there for the staff. They are all so kind and welcoming and they really don’t know how much they help me every time I go there. I have been a regular customer going on almost 2 years now and I can say I have never once left there unhappy, unsatisfied or uncomfortable. I wish I knew everyone’s name who helped me, but I guess it’s a good thing because I would be typing forever thanking them all, but I can say that Keleigh(I’m so sorry if I spelled your name wrong) has been helping me for the past few weeks and has just been spectacular, best recommendations ever! So yea, best dispensary in the area, the only one I go to anymore, they rock. Thank you all for your excellent service, you do not realize how much you are appreciated.

Love this dispensary! My MMJ doctor recommended I go here first and I’m so glad I did! I will no longer go to any other dispensaries. None of them are nearly as helpful as the “budtenders” here… Just the vibes inside this place are AMAZING. Wish I could give a higher rating….

Columbia Care Allentown is the only place I will go to anymore for my products. All of the employees are very professional and knowledgeable about the products and they take the time to explain the items to you before you buy it, they also make you aware of any sales or discounts that are available. You have a sequrity guard named Dave this gentleman is the perfect person to be the face of your business he actually remembers your name before you show him your ID he acts like a brother, and I will tell you what if I had more relatives like him I would look forward to going to family functions. My wife’s doctor spoke very highly of Columbia Care and suggested we try them for my wife’s pain. He explained how his patients spoke very highly of them.I am my wife’s caretaker. We drove 1.5 hours to see them. Everything we heard we experienced first hand. Dave-security; and Derek-pharmacist, were remarkable. Their listening skills were impressive. Best dispensary in the Lehigh Valley! The staff are friendly, informed and happy to help. With a level of quality that is unsurpassed, their awesome selection of products offer top-notch relief at a reasonable price (they even offer discounts to those in need, though you must qualify and provide proof). Emails are sent out daily featuring specials and new additions to the menu. Half of the time, a security guard will open the door for you with a smile--if you open it yourself, he's waiting just on the other side to greet you. New patient registration takes all of 30 seconds (with one form to fill out after) and you can make an appointment for a consultation with a staff member who will explain any and everything to patients who either are new to the program or simply have questions. Though they can get quite busy at times, things run very smoothly and efficiently; the longest I've ever waited to be helped was about 10 or 15 minutes, and that was at 12:45 p.m. on Friday afternoon. My only complaint is that they are currently closed on Sundays. As a Monday through Friday worker, having that one extra day of access would be incredibly helpful. However, I am so impressed otherwise that I would give them 6 ⭐s if I could.Thank you, Columbia Care...for making my life easier to live! 👍👌UPDATE 2/2021: I'm still going to Columbia Care and they are still, hands down, the best in the Valley. This establishment has made my existence exponentially more enjoyable. #TipYourBudTender

Love this dispensary! My MMJ doctor recommended I go here first and I’m so glad I did! I will no longer go to any other dispensaries. None of them are nearly as helpful as the “budtenders” here… Just the vibes inside this place are AMAZING. Wish I could give a higher rating….

Columbia Care Allentown is the only place I will go to anymore for my products. All of the employees are very professional and knowledgeable about the products and they take the time to explain the items to you before you buy it, they also make you aware of any sales or discounts that are available. You have a sequrity guard named Dave this gentleman is the perfect person to be the face of your business he actually remembers your name before you show him your ID he acts like a brother, and I will tell you what if I had more relatives like him I would look forward to going to family functions. The employees are always so awesome and nice and just make you feel right at home! I actually forget to bring an extra 20 today and just needed two dollars to complete my transaction and I was going to go back to my car to get it when Rob got out two dollars and put it towards my transaction. Excellent customer service always!

Love Columbia Care in Allentown! Dave the security guard always greets us by name and goes out of his way to be helpful. I've also had wonderful interactions with "Blue Eyes" Bubba, Jacob, Val and Derek. My adult son is also a patient; he has a significant disability and the entire staff is always so kind to him--I appreciate you all so very much!

My wife’s doctor spoke very highly of Columbia Care and suggested we try them for my wife’s pain. He explained how his patients spoke very highly of them.I am my wife’s caretaker. We drove 1.5 hours to see them. Everything we heard we experienced first hand. Dave-security; and Derek-pharmacist, were remarkable. Their listening skills were impressive. Derek “thoroughly” listened to us before he made recommendations.My wife is trying the Medical Marijuana for the first time tonight. Best dispensary in the Lehigh Valley! The staff are friendly, informed and happy to help. With a level of quality that is unsurpassed, their awesome selection of products offer top-notch relief at a reasonable price (they even offer discounts to those in need, though you must qualify and provide proof). Emails are sent out daily featuring specials and new additions to the menu. Half of the time, a security guard will open the door for you with a smile--if you open it yourself, he's waiting just on the other side to greet you. New patient registration takes all of 30 seconds (with one form to fill out after) and you can make an appointment for a consultation with a staff member who will explain any and everything to patients who either are new to the program or simply have questions. Though they can get quite busy at times, things run very smoothly and efficiently; the longest I've ever waited to be helped was about 10 or 15 minutes, and that was at 12:45 p.m. on Friday afternoon. My only complaint is that they are currently closed on Sundays. As a Monday through Friday worker, having that one extra day of access would be incredibly helpful. However, I am so impressed otherwise that I would give them 6 ⭐s if I could.Thank you, Columbia Care...for making my life easier to live! 👍👌UPDATE 2/2021: I'm still going to Columbia Care and they are still, hands down, the best in the Valley.
