They have grape stomper on sale right now, two jars and they were both incredibly dry would fall apart as soon as you squeezed it, I’ve been to so many different dispensary’s and even homegrown which if ykyk and none of them have sold me weed as dry as that, I don’t want to be disrespectful but reading some of these reviews I know now it’s not surprising (If this happens cut a little lettuce leaf preferably more towards the stem since they’re thicker and leave it overnight in your jar in a cold place, I put mine by the window since it’s winter and it’s moist now)

Purchased an item on Tuesday that I later realized was not what I thought it was. Today (Friday) I called to confirm that I could exchange this item for another. The attendant said yes. I arrive at the store to exchange the product and the manager said that he will not accept the exchange. The product was sealed with original receipt. This was the first time I had ever attempted to exchange anything (after spending thousands of dollars there). The manage could not give me any reason to deny the exchange other than because he didn’t have to. The manager was also incredibly rude. I am a patient at a medical facility and I was treated like I was a neusance. I will never be back due to this manager directly.

APOTHECARIUM is without a doubt the worst of ALL Lehigh Valley dispensaries. The prices are WAY TOO HIGH. Like incredibly high. They have terrible selection, and almost NEVER any straight bud (not talking ground and enhanced) above 32% tch.Also, in the past I have had some of the absolutely most abusive customer service from this place. Some of those employees have since been fired (they were behaving this way to many customers) but the bad taste has been left to remind me. I had my disabilities (for which I get Medical Marijuana) mocked by staff here, and just generally I get a super strong negative feeling whenever I go past this place. It's like an abusive ex-partner you have to cross paths with every now and again, it stirs bad feelings and makes me sick.Maybe twice a year this place has something priced competitively and worth a visit, but most of the time it's the opposite. Go to ASCEND, TRULIEVE, or if you want expensive prices with way better service go to CURALEAF. But STAY AWAY from APOTHECARIUM!

I haven’t been visiting dispensaries as often as I had been, but I am trying to do so more often now, because I want a safe way to manage my pain. Last time I went here, they were Keystone Canna Remedies. It looks the same and the process is the same, with double sets of doors separating the area you can browse and make purchases from the area you show your ID and wait if there’s a lot of other customers in the other area.This time I decided to ask more questions before choosing anything. I have very low tolerance now and need to build up more of a tolerance. It’s helpful to ask the bud tenders for suggestions or input on something I was considering. Otherwise I have found that I don’t use the products as much because they are be too potent or just don’t have the right effects. The bud tenders are so knowledgeable and they always help me to leave happier. I don’t waste my money if I ask them for help. It took me a while to realize this. So I was extremely happy with the girl who assisted me in making my decisions. I didn’t know what kind of vape I wanted and she suggested one, It worked out very well. Discovered that when I tried it the next day.I will be going more often. They have a great selection.I was given a very nice discount, which made the experience even better.

Additionally, they refuse to let people in based on their own will without letting customers know their full online. Either way the business is very unprofessional.

Set off a massive anxiety attack in a customer who was loyal, now refuses to have anything to do with either branch. Poor customer service, pathetic awareness of patient's conditions and lack of empathy for any of patient's conditions. They view you only as customers. Not as people. It was a terrible and sickening display to treat me such a way. They will sell out a customer to save their own even when it is well established they lied and screwed an order only to blame customer and inventory, but not do anything about missing order. There's no concept to some of them that these medications are PARAMOUNT to one's health and sanity. Pride is more important to them then customer satisfaction.

Today was my first time here. The lady at the front who took my information was very polite and swift. I was back and choosing my strains within 5 minutes of handing in my new patient registration. The sales person was also very polite and picked out 2 strains for me based on my interests. I do this a lot. I like to try new strains. The prices were some of the best. Concentrates at low as 35-40g which is a very good price, almost level with what the street price would be (pre legalization of course). I will certainly be returning. I recommend these guys as well as Beyond Hello, but I did have a much quicker transaction experience here at Keystone.

Was handed off to a youth who seemed more intent to hurry me out than answer my questions.Wrote an email about my poor experience, asking for help, no response. Went back this year asking for help, and was told they have counseling by appointment.Maybe respond to your emails before I drive an hour, or tell me that first time a visit. No further help or answered offered at that time.

Went to this dispensary today for the first time, very nice inside however there was a bit of a wait outside. Watch out when ordering online though - I had a difference in the order I placed online versus the price I actually paid in store. I placed an order at 10am on their website for a few items that totaled $230, arrived at around 11:30am and the total was $236.For quicker service Ethos in Allentown is much better, however Keystone is in a more convenient location if you live in Easton/Bethlehem.

keystone was very good until they got calypso very bad company over priced low THC i tryed 20 different kinds from gleaf treppain good grassroots all taste same a little chemical taste i say the cheapest taste the best ilera cherry ???? disel only 80 quarter plus ilera gives you .5 over because of untrimed bud stay away from grape ???? something looks like homegrown its a shame in Connecticut despeery are much better only 70 quarter for most not 120 100 in Pennsylvania and way higher thc

Love this dispensary. BudTenders are knowledgeable and easy to talk to! They are also fun to have cannabis related conversations with. I stop by weekly. I would give this dispensary a 5 of 5 but due to the non existent point rewards system that is lacking unlike the some of the dispensaries around.Picked up some insa flower, first time they had it!!

Went to this dispensary today for the first time, very nice inside however there was a bit of a wait outside. Watch out when ordering online though - I had a difference in the order I placed online versus the price I actually paid in store. I placed an order at 10am on their website for a few items that totaled $230, arrived at around 11:30am and the total was $236.For quicker service Ethos in Allentown is much better, however Keystone is in a more convenient location if you live in Easton/Bethlehem.

Everytime I go, the staff is friendly and knowledgable, the place is cozy inside, always playing something great on the TV in the waiting area. They have so many brands and gear. The online ordering is really convenient, and now they take cash and card. Love this dispensary.

keystone was very good until they got calypso very bad company over priced low THC i tryed 20 different kinds from gleaf treppain good grassroots all taste same a little chemical taste i say the cheapest taste the best ilera cherry ???? disel only 80 quarter plus ilera gives you .5 over because of untrimed bud stay away from grape ???? something looks like homegrown its a shame in Connecticut despeery are much better only 70 quarter for most not 120 100 in Pennsylvania and way higher thc
