I have been shopping at this location and LaMota in general weekly since they opened and I regret to leave this review but my girlfriend was scammed out of 2 oils tonight worth between $16-40 depending on the day you purchase them. I sent her in with a clear text to obtain 10 for $80 which is the deal on Thursday and Sunday- instead, the employee gave her a lesser deal (2 for $20) x 4 that is available every day and equates to 20% more cost per unit, which only gave her 8 instead of 10. Whether by accident or intentional dishonesty, I have been deprived of 2 grams of oil worth $16-40 and this review will stand until the matter is corrected.

Where to begin with this business?The bud quality on the shelf? Mid at best.The price tier system? Intentionally confusing to make one think they are getting a deal.The harvest dates on the lab results? Pre covid at times[2+ years old]More than once I have gotten product that tastes off, like pesticides or maybe nutrients left over in the grow process.I do not recommend this shop at all, the prerolls are underweight, the employees do not look like they enjoy the establishment at all, and the more research I do on the business, the more disappointed I am in what they are doing to the industry.You get what you pay for, and I refuse to pay for this.

Just got thrown out by a man claiming to be the manager after asking about older supplies I was sold. The man accused me of having a bad attitude. Also I was told you get what you pay for, and physically intimidated by the manager to leave the store. He came out from behind the counter to follow me as I left physically pointing and telling me the shop didn't need my money or me as a customer. When I drove off the man was standing right outside the front door smoking a cigarette. I shop here once a week and never have been thrown out before here or anywhere. Not going back to this shop as long as he is working. I hope other customers and employees are treated better than I was.

Expired products. Bugs in their oil due to trash overflow in the store creating fruit flies since they refuse to use trash services. Sell the same products under several different “brands” and prices just to fool you into thinking you have something more expensive or a better product when it’s the same product as their $5 oil. The manager here is extremely rude. The owner is even worse.. only Shop here if you wanna lose your life to an armed gunman every other week since the company doesn’t care to hire security or even put in a buzz in safe door. Worst dispensary chain out there. Will never shop at this company again. Go check the indeed reviews from pervious employees if you need extra proof. Wish there was a way to give 0 stars.
