Untrimmed outs for $6 a gram.. that’s just sad. Get it together or cut your losses and close already. Employees are nice, product is depressingly bad. Y’all were once great, now it’s by far the worst dispensary in Southern Oregon.

Probably the worst quality weed at the highest prices I've seen. Only thing worth getting is their 25 dollar ounces...when available...which is very hit and miss. Otherwise expect to pay triple what other stores are offering. Customer service is also incredibly lackluster and not knowledgeable about their products. Would not recommend to anyone.

This place has really gone down the hill over the years. Used to be a favorite back in the day. But clearly owners and quality control have changed. Some of the worst quality pre rolls I’ve ever had. Definitely go somewhere else. 💯

Worst dispensary in the valley, use to work there manager has a coke problem and don't like to come to work after the weekend, there parking lot in the back is so sketchy at night can't even see to walk to your car, if you're car get hit no camera to notify authorities with. Hardly have the suppies you need to do your job ridiculous situation no wonder they have lost so many customers. Most the time there out of what people are looking for. And very rude customers service 🙄

Love your selection, but your new employee is rude. I want to keep shopping here, but she does not smile, ask “how are you?” Or “what are you looking for today?” Very basic manners are not there. I am sorry, but I might have to stop going here if she doesn’t fix her customer service work ethic, or lack thereof. Thank you.

You used to have the best cannabis around and cheaper prices what happened ? I liked the old Rvc who had many choices for flower , live resin cartridges and rosin cartridges. Go back to the farms you used to go through and get more indices very please like kush strains, purple strains, hashplant,northern lights, dj short blueberry, fruity pebbles etc

I love this store. I always get wonderful customer service. All the budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly. Kristen, the manager, is seemingly always there and quick to help. Randy is great!! Beau rocks! Madeline is always a friendly smiling face who has also helped me before. I will definitely be returning. Take all my money! ❤️

Yikes - what a disappointment ! The “manager” Kristen was condescending - and made what would be fun into a chore 🙄🙄🙄. By the end I just wanted to get out of there and not spend any money- what a disappointment of experience - tiny selection and super uninspiring displays. The “manager” says the owner is never there and it shows! Maybe invest some time into your business ? Lame - boring - bad experience - what a shame for such a pretty building.

This used to be my go to shop the staff is/was great until my last 2 visits. The first time shame on you but the 2nd, that's shame on me. They have product on display, that they do not have. The problem is when you order the concentrate, you had better check your bag. Dude put a sleeve of "shatter" in a bag , that I did not request. Went out to my rig opened the bag and saw the SHATTER once again. . I liked your products and your prices, that said I have found a couple of alternatives that don't make the mistakes and are very comparable in quality and price is even better. So enough of the headache. I hope you guys work it out. But I really don't see any reason to be coming back.
