Update: my caregiver had to open my container for me because I was having a panic attack. He opened it and handed me everything so I could take care of the panic. They reported me and now my card is suspended and I'm being charged with a felony. Never returning."sorry for the inconvenience" doesn't make the money I spent on an online order appear in my pocket after I get home and realize the product wasn't even close to as advertised. Having to just throw $80 in my drawer when I am disabled and living off of ssi because of not having a reliable online system for the disabled people who need it, is gross and unexcusable.

He is short, rude, gets irritated easily and gets annoyed when you ask questions.Im beyond uncomfortable around him....And I know of 4 other people who think/feel the same way....Otherwise Im grateful for this business!

Sorry I only said this tis a good store to get a promo they were offering sales if you gave a google review you got a discount … today I went inside and was absolutely amazed at how incompetent they are… I live less then 3 blocks away from that store and I will drive 180 miles to Fargo and back from now on that was the worst service ever they don’t accept credit cards which is 100% normal but youd think they actually have money in the ATM then right? I mean they only take cash 😂 Wrong! so they then sent me to a different store down the road which had an atm that was also out of money 20 minutes later i returned to the store and since the store opened there’s been a pay forward jar for and i happen to be two dollars short today and I always put at the very least leave my change in the pay forward bucket because I know it comes in handy when totals come to odd numbers or whatever but I asked today why they didn’t pull out the two dollars out they informed me they are now tips for the employees🤔🤔 and I needed to get the rest of the money so I had to leave the store again and to retrieve 2 flipin dollars which by this point has cost me well over 2 dollars in gas I’d have a different opinion if there was at least a different jar or even a sign that says tip jar just the but it’s the exact same jar with different rules hoping nobody notice would love for Pure Dakota to buy you out so we can get the same price and options as Fargo would love to hear your answers/ comments am I way out of line here? And when are you gonna start using the rewards you been talking about them for over a year your the only place in the state that doesn’t use em and please stop saying your system isn’t capable fix it

Some staff are nice but others are rude (Jessica is the worse) and need to learn customer service skills. Prices are insane for the dried out flower they sell. Lots of seeds in a few strains. Lots of sticks that weighs close to a gram or 2 in other flower they sell. The rest of the flower has either sat in storage in sealed containers. Since the middle of 2023 or even a little earlier. So when you finally open it you barely touch it and it turns to dust with how dry it is. Unfortunately that's all you can really choose from as they don't know how to order as everything else is sold out that's actually worth getting. Not to mention the people who buy up what's worth to sell on the street. So to sum it all up if you have a medical card in Grand Forks don't plan to actually medicate in this town the program in this Grand Forks is trash. This place needs to be investigated by the State of North Dakota.

I encountered a challenging situation at this dispensary where I was subjected to mockery and disparaging remarks from certain employees. This culminated in my dismissal, followed by an insincere apology. Subsequently, I experienced a PTSD episode during which I was yelled at by another employee. An investigation confirmed the instances of mockery and ridicule directed at me. The aftermath of these events resulted in a week-long psychotic episode. Upon my return to strive, I was assured that I would have minimal contact with the employee who had yelled at me. However, I find it difficult to continue going into an environment where I feel ostracized and unwelcome. My current state of well-being is severely compromised, and I kindly request your understanding and support in addressing this matter.

Very helpful folks. Pretty well stocked dispensary for a new one in ND! I was impressed. (Not that I'm that familiar with MM dispensaries, but I have been to a couple in CO - very hectic and it seemed like more folks were there for fun and not medical reasons.

Great staff, great product, great organization! These professionals aren't just trying to sell you herb, they try very hard to match each patient to the best strains, delivery methods, and doses possible. They are curious to see how each patient responds to each strain, for science, and just to be able to identify the best use. I changed strains, and my budtender cared enough to see how well it was going. One of the best run businesses I've seen in the area to be honest.

Very helpful folks. Pretty well stocked dispensary for a new one in ND! I was impressed. (Not that I'm that familiar with MM dispensaries, but I have been to a couple in CO - very hectic and it seemed like more folks were there for fun and not medical reasons.

Great staff, great product, great organization! These professionals aren't just trying to sell you herb, they try very hard to match each patient to the best strains, delivery methods, and doses possible. They are curious to see how each patient responds to each strain, for science, and just to be able to identify the best use. I changed strains, and my budtender cared enough to see how well it was going. One of the best run businesses I've seen in the area to be honest.

Very courteous and knowledgeable staff! I am new to medical cannabis and they took the time to educate me and help me pick the best products for my symptoms. Been to a few shops in Colorado and this one in Grand Forks is a beautiful dispensary! Will be going back soon!
