I have been going to Verilife for years and I can't say enough good things. I love how friendly everyone is and that I know most of the staff. Sarah is one of my favorite budtenders and she's always telling me about good deals or products I'd like. Cody and Eric also deserve shout-outs for being incredible, as does the tender they call Smoke. The pharmacists are so nice and are always willing to answer any questions the tenders can't. Ive tried many dispensaries around town and heard nothing but good things about Verilife. Gave it a try, ordered for pickup. Brandon made the pick up process very quick and easy. Walked me from the door to the register and the overall transaction took less than 2 minutes. Great place with great service.
Eric and Cody have provided me with superior customer service. Getting my med card and now utilizing Verilife for my medication been a game changer for me. To get Marijuana with such class and courtesy makes me feel boujee( it's a good thing). After feeling scratchy getting cannabis for the last 2 decades in New York, it's a nice feeling while also feeling like I am in a twilight zone. Verilife is my go to place in the capital district. Hours are very convenient and it takes no time at all to get in and out. Everyone is helpful, but if you’re lucky enough you’ll get help from Cody. Visited Verilife for the first time this morning and received great service from Brandon! He even offered me the last $5 infused pre roll which was a very pleasant surprise. While the items I got were on sale, the remainder of the inventory was far more expensive than what I am used to so I will likely not be returning for that reason. They also don’t carry my preferred brands (Incredibles and Rhythm) but I would love to see their stock expand with time!

Drive down for a day trip, it is a little tucked away, besides that it is an excellent store with a very large selection, prices are pretty standard, extremely good flower and extracts. Staff were definitely a stand out willing to help at a moment's notice, Brandon never made us feel rushed as some stores do give that vibe off. Terrible customer service. The manager Haley is a real B. Had an attitude from the start. I would imagine that is why most of the staff are also rude. Wouldn't stand behind their product that I saw them return/exchange for another customer last week (medical). Instead of trying to help me, the manager just tried to sell me more as a resolution. I don't understand why I just witnessed a return happen last time I was there, but they won't do it for me. Haley proceeded to accuse me of lying and saying I saw something else, exchanging a defective cartridge, which was not the case, and Haley wasn't there at the time so how does she know what I saw or what happened? I'm confused why they won't stand behind their product, especially if unopened and unaltered. Any other business I know returns/exchanges unopened and unused merchandise within 30 days, with receipt. Furthermore, it does not state no returns/exchanges on the receipt. Where is your written policy stating there are no returns or exchanges? I'm simply asking for the same courtesy I know they have given to other customers. The amount of money I spend in that place on top of it, and they can't do a simple return because they know their product is garbage. This place is all great, until you have a problem, and then you'll be screwed. They are not ones to fix an issue. Please get a manager that understands management and how to actually talk to people with respect and understanding. Being a manager is more than collecting a check and ordering your staff around. Your former managers were amazing, and knew how to be real managers - always friendly, and always helpful, went above and beyond to try and resolve customer issues.Now, we're stuck with the likes of Haley.
Visited for the second time. But actually made a purchase for medical use. Cody was extremely helpful in helping me with what I needed to use the magnitude inhalation cartridge. He even went above and beyond to find one that was my favorite color. This is an employee who loves what he does and it shows just in how he treats the customers. My first experience visiting Verilife Albany last Saturday was such a wonderful and pleasing experience. As soon as I got through I was greeted with a wonderful smile and hello from Lindsey. She was wonderful and very informative about everything and pointing me in the right direction as to what I wanted/needed walking me through the entire menu (which is huge) and giving me information on every product without even asking, she was very patient and happy to do her job. As my order completed and I got to the register I was greeted by Cathrine who was also wonderful and warned me about the CC up charge and that even though the ATM had a 3.50 charge I’d still be saving a little. All in all it was a wonderful experience and plan to make this my regular shop.
I came in today for my lunch around noon, and I genuinely had no what I was doing or where to look. Luckily, the staff there is amazing. Beyond helpful, the young lady that helped me (Isabella) made me feel as though I was in a place I could comfortably choose the product best suited for me without any judgment or attitude. I will most certainly come back, and I hope to see the young lady that helped me again!

Purchased a bag of Alaskan Thunder F##k because we had some a few years ago and liked it. Paid $44 and the buds were small stemy and dry. Nothing like the real deal we had before. Called and asked what their return policy was and she didn't seem interested in answering my question. Just said it was the vendors fault and she would put in a complaint. Never took my name or gave me any options. Better off buying weed from down on the block! And they don't tax you! Would not recommend this place to anyone who knows good weed! Terrible...

Visited here during a trip to see some family. I’ve been to many dispensaries before but the hospitality of this location blew me away. Josh was SUPER helpful and very knowledgeable about the products. He was amazingly kind and very personable. There has been times in the past where I have walked out of a dispensary unsure if I made the right purchase, but that was not my experience here!! I can’t say enough how awesome the staff is here.

Love this place and the people who work there. A certain level of care is involved with most employees remembering your name. It’s also really nice that they always make you aware of how you can save the most money with your points, promotions and so on when you’re making a purchase. I do wish a recycling program could be made so I can get rid of these containers that flower comes in now!

First time here. Staff was unbelievable. The pharmacist was very helpful explaining the products. Eric R was great explaining the products and the differences in each. Going the route of medical cannabis was somewhat difficult to decide on. However the staff made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I have been going to Verilife for a couple months now, they have great deals and you always know what you are getting. Brendan S has helped me multiple times he is very helpful and kind. This is a great medical dispensary. The staff are efficient and kind, and will go out of their way to solve any problems you may have. The products are also of very high quality, although some prices are too expensive. There are frequent sales which ultimately help offset the costs associated with being a medical patient.
A nice enough place. They have somewhat limited product as far as consistency goes. Upset with two things, not being able to claim it anywhere, as it is a medical neccisity, the inability to get what you want when you want. Seems like they should have a couple of hundred strains, available when you go there to purchase it. Not " we just ran out". For the money it's a wee bit of a sore spot. But all we've got!

By far the best interaction from a dispensary out of three. Courtesy and professionalism of the staff and driver were definitely deserves a 10 on satisfaction. The website was kinda of glitchy at times and when you log in the menu changes making it hard to navigate.Doesnt show the discounts and when you log in the address input magnifies the page. All in all though, the dispensary and staff went above and beyond through our process.
I enjoy coming here each time I need to make a purchase. Good variety of strains, I wish they had more thoughts . The representatives are very knowledgeable. The ability to order online cuts down on the need to wait. Even when I didn’t order online I was still in and out of the dispensary fairly quickly. It is very clean and welcoming.

This gives you a harsh smoke and bad taste, customer service told me that it is expected that flower is dry. They obviously do not read reviews which others have expressed the same feeling towards the brand as I have. Maybe lower your prices and have a better selection of product and I will change my review, until then good luck I will be over at Rise.

Worst customer service I’ve ever gone threw Everyone is polite but I’ve been goin there for two years cause I don’t have any other choice and every time I sit there for a half hr while three people try to find my acccount associated with my card I have every time and today I had the pleaser of being turned away cause I grab the wrong medical card which is still active by the way cause they told me it was so spent thirty dollars on Uber and two hrs of my life to get absolutely nothing would never go hear again if there where any other options
I’ve had my medical marijuana card for a few years now, and it’s been the best alternative for me to MOST drugs and medicines. I just finally found the PERFECT ratio for me for vape cartridges to soothe my needs, and can’t wait to talk to them soon.It is a professional, clean, and calm environment here which makes it easy to ask for guidance.Everyone’s journey is different, I could NEVER utilize while working for some reason but it changes my life drastically otherwise. I bought some stickers last time haha, need to rep to helps (maybe pitch this to doctors and make trillions?????).
Somewhat satisfied with the product... But I really wish to get a 30%thc and have a fruity taste... Good stuff but I feel like I'm missing out on something else an I dunno but praying for some super higher end percentage... I heard you can get 40%or so in Nevada and so on.... I wish we could get or grow stuff that is compatible or quality be the same.... An specials or sales... Clearance.. some of Promotion for medical customers reaching a 1000$ limit from purchasing at your store and get half off the next purchase... Any sorts of a sAle to promote more and or new customers and making your original customers a goal to reach out for in order to save a little money... And I'm sure it will simply make you more money and revenue for a bettering future in business..!!!??
Good selection for a New York dispensary. If you've been to then before, then you know, if not then here's the scoop. Unlike other neighboring states, such as Massachusetts for example, you cannot buy flower in these place. Also no edibles, no concentrates, or drinks. It's just vapes that are small. 500mg (Half the size of the ones I get) and they cost twice as much. $90 for a small cartridge is ridiculously high if you ask me so I try to steer clear of rip offs like these places. At least till some of the new laws and whatnot take effect and maybe then when the stores increase the availability, variety and selection of products in store for purchase, then I will return to check them out. Also, I found out today that they are now selling flower ground up only, nothing whole. But again, it's pricey so it's up for y'all to make that call if it's worth it or not at $90 for a nickel or quarter ounce, whatever you want to call it. It's 7grams.

While NY medical marijuana is an absolute joke and the prices across the board are outrageous/inaccessible (to the point where you can drive 5+ hrs to Maine with tolls and still save a ton of money) Verilife is definitely the cheapest option (2021) we have in the state and definitely the most organized. The process in and out is quick and easy whether you walk in or pre order. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, they are always a great help with input/advice on new products. Their delivery system is miles ahead of the competition, prompt and friendly with a 100 mile delivery radius.
Friendly helpful staff. I purchased a vape cartridge and it stopped working after a few uses. They offered a replacement and gave a free battery. I would give 5 stars if they had product on display with magnifying lens and non crushed flower.

I also don't like that when you call you reach a call center in another city instead of the dispensary itself. The phone system is terrible as I'll call and just get silence until I hang up or after following the navigation menu my call will simply be disconnected. Staff seemed friendlier and more personable when I started going about a year and a half ago. Since then they now appear to have a very high employee turnover rate and the staff doesn't seem happy like they used to be. Lost the personal touch they used to have.

My fiance picked up some gummies from here. She has bad neuropathy pain, usually THC helps her. The gummies did nothing. They were supposed to be the highest strength but they don't work.

Sub-par care for the terminally ill with inappropriate recommendations from persons who are NOT pharmacists.While during my visit from what was once Pharmacannis, a wonderful company which was bought out by Verilife, I was disappointed to learn that my normal medication was no longer available.Upon walking in, I was greeted by a young man who insisted on explaining to me which product was best for my body (granted, I'm a healthcare professional) with arrogance as he he NOT a pharmacist and insisted on telling me what a 1:1 ratio was. Excuse me? Well, thank you for your vote of confidence, good sir, as I wasn't aware of what that was. I'm glad that you felt the need to recommend a 50% THC product was appropriate for an epileptic which in fact is contraindicated after I told you that I cannot, CANNOT tolerate anything above a 1:4 at best since THC can interact with many AEDs and actually lowers seizure threshold.Still this young man told me to "just take edibles instead if I don't want to smoke anything" which completely disregarded my desire to take a tincture which is medically best for my body - not to mention, you lose most in the conversion process when you use an inhalant.He was most insistent on showing us the $7 new pen that was out on the market even though I told him that I was interested in the lime green and yellow tinctures and that I wished to see the strains which surprise, are NOT available to the public.EVERY employee insisted on touching objects, sharing pens, and even sharing keyboards when "assisting" us to log into our NYS.gov accounts which, were reset earlier to coming in. Unfortunately, this assistant had input our information wrong into the fields which reset our account and as a result, he passed the keyboard over and asked that I enter my own info so that he didn't have to perform his own work.As a "medical" place where the ill and sometimes the terminally ill come - this is NOT a place that was sticking to minimizing contact or social distancing...speaking as a small business owner myself who currently screens for COVID.Rest assure, I'm happy to call the dept of health to report them and plan on doing so later today.Thank you for helping me to spread the word on where NOT to go, for losing a client, and for pushing the movement forward on more reasons to assist NYS closer to growing.

There needs to be a serious talk about prices. Why are patients paying $75.00 for not even a 3 day supply? The “Deals” are not deals in the slightest. Your patients are experienced marijuana users. Not high schoolers who have no idea what an 1/8th is actually worth. I’d rather just use the extra $45.00 on gas and go an extra 30 minutes to Mass. to pay the actual price...

The staff are so friendly and the pharmacists are fantastic! They have great products and I enjoy that they have sales often so you can try lots of different products at a discounted price. The only downside is the matter cartridges aren’t the best I had one that was defective but they replaced it the next day and were great about it. The cartridges seem to have a lot of air flow and it’s not my favorite because it gives you a smaller dose. Overall they are great! I prefer them to others in the area.

this place was a good place however I used my debit card for the transaction and they only have like basically an ATM system there so you have to take out money and even increments but they did not tell me there would be all these hidden charges I was charged almost $5 on top of tax and tariff and if you know the marijuana industry then you know that is Way beyond affordable after paying what you have already paid for the product. Cartridges seem to act a little funny also. definitely not one of the best dispensaries I've ever been to and definitely way too many regulations and they want you to fill out paperwork and ask you a bunch of questions and that's great for somebody who wants to be question and personally got to know
By far the best dispensary in my county. Refuse to go to any other. As the employees were so nice annd caring. Offer great services and education. And amazing products. I have one that I stick w all the time and its to the point they know exactly what I need and what my purchase will be and some even know me by name.

I'd like to say to anyone who gives a poor review of this establishment first off this is very new for New York State you shouldn't be little this company it is something that New York state is trying out, and the other thing is, giving you a strong euphoric high is not NYS primary goal! This isn't going to be like the stuff you got off the street that could be mixed with who knows what got you a stronger buzz. This is medicinal! There are different ways that medicinal marijuana works in my case it cuts off the pain sensors in my sciatic nerve on the back of my right leg and also a disc in my neck needs that to be replaced. New York states #1 goal is not for you to get a high! Sorry to disappoint. If getting high is your goal at Verilife? Then maybe going to an NA meeting or two would be in order. And discussing your concerns with your primary. As time goes on I'm sure Verilife will get more of a handle on what New York state is allowing them to do and now with the Vape crisis it's one more issue for them to worry about. What ever happened to the good old days in high school where you got some really good hydroponic a nice bubbler filled with ice and Brita water 1 fat pull off it, all your aches and pains disappeared all your ailments in general soothed and you were good for 12 hours or longer. And for a quarter of the price everything is today! I do wish Verilife all the best!
The atmosphere was very pleasant, I had been worried about a "head shop" feel and it couldn't have been more different. Very professional, clean, and inviting. Everyone was very kind, and very personable. The employees are extremely knowledgeable, but also respected the knowledge that I had as well.To be honest I really can't put into words how happy I am with my experience. I would recommend this dispensary for everyone and anyone.
Very nice place. Staff is attentive and knowledgeable about the products they offer. They also have great music and a rocking coffee bar that's a must try.
I went for my first time yesterday. No words could explain how great all of the staff were. I went to the Albany dispensary and anyone who has a card needs to go here !! The facility is like a gorgeous contemporary home. Very family feel. I was nervous walking in , and with in 30 seconds I felt like I knew everyone for years. They took the time to listen to extended health issues and stories and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. We then saw the pharmacist who also was incredible. They have free delivery with in 90 miles!! Prices were soooo cheap. I will not even attempt to try a different dispensary and am looking forward to going back to see everyone!! Thank you !!!!
Amazing store and a very friendly professional staff. They have just lowered prices to be more competitive. The quality of the oils is top notch. Would highly recommend. New York State just needs to start allowing more options.
I had an amazing experience at this dispensary and I highly recommend it. I have a lot of medical issues. I spent over TWO hours with Corey and the pharmacist going over all of my medical history and medications and creating a treatment plan. The pricing wasn’t bad at all. It’s been two days and let me tell you I feel so much pain relief. I am so grateful. I am now set up to get home delivery too for free. Being disabled and not able to drive that’s just awesome. I really appreciate the time everyone spent with me. I can’t believe I was there well over two hours. Thank you Corey and everyone.

The staff here are very helpful. They're patient with new customers and answer questions in a friendly manner. The reception and waiting area are furnished with couches and chairs that make the brief wait a comfortable one.
