The Dr they use for certification is a RIP off. She took advantage of my mother that was unaware they she didn't have to recertify unit Aug of next year. The NM state health department called her after seeing her application come in to inform her that she didnt have to do that until next year. Told my mom that the Dr should of never submitted her application and took her money after seeing her card and dr should have seen the date on the NM health portal she used to complete my moms Recertification. My mom called back and asked for a refund because they are throwing her application into archives which will stay there but she will have to redo and repay Next year in Aug. Staff called Dr and Dr said no refund. Obviously all that Dr cares about is money. Not a good look on you ultra for having a DR that lacks knowledge, morals and value . Don't use this place for your Recertification. Mess up on the Dr side - NO REFUNDS, Unnecessarily Recertification - She will take your money and not make you aware of how the Recertification works Remember NO REFUNDS. Shame on that DR

Of all the dispensaries i’ve ever shopped at, this one has some of the best customer service i’ve ever experienced! Both Hector and Robert (managers) were extremely helpful, kind and understanding. Seriously, give them a try 😎👍🏼
Tried to place a order over the phone the girl said I had to do it online because they were new and not allowed. I told her I had questions, she put me on hold to ask her GM who told her to tell me to come in. Well if they can do it in person you should be able to take a phone order and answer questions. That's proper training. I'm a medical patient and you just lost over $1,000 in business for not taking the time to talk to me, answer a few questions and take my order. Your loss Pecos and SWOPs gain.
Don’t know when it happened, but I was so happy to see the new staff and management when I walked in today!! Hector Villa was a refreshing change…super cool and friendly!! His staff was great, too, so I look forward to shopping with them again soon!!
Just went in and left. the lady was so rude to me. I felt hurried and unwelcomed and I was the only one there. I don’t know why she was so upset that I walked in the door. Took my 100 around the corner to Pecos Valley. Friendly service there. Highly recommended.
The past few times I've gone in I've been very disappointed. Tonight takes the cake though. Yes I came in at 645 I work across the way and that's when we closed. The lady was very rude. Rolled her eyes when she saw I was there then snapped at me "what can I get you" she should check her tone tired or not. Then when I make my choice she took my ID and money to the back. Brought my ID back more cracked then it was when I handed it to her, she did not give me a receipt and when I get home and looked at what I purchased I was disappointed again because it's mostly stems.... I was a regular customer from now on I will be taking my business else where. I forgot to get the clerks name but this is not the first time she has been rude to me. And from reading other reviews it's an ongoing problem with rude staff here....
