Second time to the store, second time being disappointed. Totally different staff. But two days ago we arrived maybe 15 min to closing (rude I know) but we had placed orders hours prior for pick up, letting them know what time we would arrive in the notes. We got there and they were doing night time duties of closing things down. I mentioned our pick up orders and she got the receipts. Mind you the other gentleman in the store also with attitude. I get it, you're almost done for the night. But if they did the pre-order we would have been gone in one minute. Because they didn't she spent ten minutes pulling our order. Grumbling the entire time and glaring at us. She let's me know some items weren't available. I said I'd love to substitute that and she ignores me three times that I ask. At this point, I realize they don't won't me spending my money there. It's a huge inconvenience that I drove all this way to spend money at this store. So I give up and let them rush us out with their terrible attitudes I couldn't wait to leave. .we spent all day in the car to get here an this was the worst welcome. I can't say enough I should have never come back and neither should you. I didn't return the next day like I intended to, there are other stores that have a good attitude when I try and spend lots of money and tip them. It's a shame, it's not hard to treat people with respect that are spending time being polite and respectful as well...and if someone coming in at closing wrecks your day, don't work retail. I did my job to make yours easier by doing the pre-orders. So many other shops are happy and kind, is it really that hard to hire people with a better attitude towards customers that are spending hundreds each visit? Something to consider

Today was my second visit and because I asked about if I had points added for my two referrals one of the employees got upset and told me I can go somewhere else I was in shock like wow I referred two customers and made a second purchase today but that employee was rude and unprofessional the lady that attended me ARIEL kept her cool and understood I was just asking about my referrals to be rewarded with points to the owner I purchased today around 6:20 p.m so it was the other employee she kept on trying to get me to leave and take my services and friends and family and referrals elsewhere something must be done to avoid this mishap with other customers
