Went there bought a disposable vape left didn't work. Went back the next day told them the issue. Gentlemen in a Yankees cap came over and gave a working vape and sent me on my happy way. Best palce eva

Subject: Extremely Poor Service & Lack of ProfessionalismI placed an order for delivery around 6:40 PM. At 7:00 PM, I received an email stating my government ID was rejected and had to be re-uploaded. This felt like nothing more than a lazy excuse to stall and avoid fulfilling my order before deliveries ended at 8:00 PM on a Friday night.I immediately re-submitted the ID as requested, yet my order status has been stuck on “confirmed” for over an hour. In that time, my order could have easily been packaged and delivered. It’s hard to believe no one noticed the updated documentation in the system.This shows an outright lack of urgency and professionalism. If the staff cannot or will not process and deliver orders, the appropriate customer service response would be to communicate with the customer, not ignore the order. The lack of acknowledgment is extremely disrespectful of my time.Your staff needs serious improvement in both work ethic and customer service. This experience has been unacceptable.

Dog friendly dispensary. My first time there was a great experience. The store was decorated so adorable. They employees were such help with being informative with their products and willing to help you choose what items suited you. Their displays have information on each product that they sell which I really like and was such great help. Their procedure is you go to their electronic pads and make your purchase then proceed to the counter to pay and pick up your products. I went during Memorial Day weekend and they had such great sales going on.

I’m really impressed with Joy leaf overall! Coming from the west coast where the dispensaries and prices are a1. The prices at Joy Leaf are pretty decent for leaf and vape compared to a few other that I’ve purchased from. And the customer service is very good and helpful. Even the security guard in the lobby has such a pleasant and welcoming personality which is very much appreciated. Overall this is my new spot I’m locked in! Oh and P.S. giving points with every purchase is great definitely gives west coast dispensary vibes.

Absolutely love coming here over other dispensaries. The color schemes they chose to design the inside really make it welcoming, almost giving you a royalty feeling. The staff is very well educated and helpful when choosing what you want. They’re always doing events and have awesome promotions some weeks.
