I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to. I walked into Ript for the first time after the clear but not so clear dangerous walk to the building. The faded signs on the floor makes it no better. So anyway I walked into an empty store. I should have known something was up then. There’s one kiosk in the middle of the floor for you to order your product. Unlike like Cookies Harrison, urbnd in Newark there’s no flowers to smell or even see. So at this point I’m doing a blind buy. So I said let me try the cherry lemon gusher. Then I ask the guy at the register how is it, he said this is one of our best products here. It was $65 plus tax and fees. I ask can I use my card he said yes. He then charged me $83 then gave me back my change in cash. I got home open the product it had no smell and was so dry it turned into dust as I was breaking it down. It was so bad I don’t even want a store credit or refund. I don’t want to be anywhere near that store. This store is OVERPRICED!!!!! Terrible product that you can’t even see or smell and clearly no one at the store have knowledge of good product. If you’re a smoker that like great tasting product goto Cookies Harrison or Urbnd you won’t be disappointed. Don’t get Ript off smokers!!!!

Love the convenience of shopping online using their website, quick and easy, place is also well protected, and let me include that the young lady at the counter, Crystal, was such a big help with the 2 times that I have gone there. Listen, if you’re looking for top shelf product, this is a good place in the area. I wish massive success to the people at Ript. Thank you.

It was nice until they didn't apply a discount on my first order, promised to add it next time, then the manager pulled a bait-and-switch and didn't honor the full discount. Your managers shouldn't act like this is the only game in town. Maybe it was just the one working 2/17 at 2 pm, but not interested in trying again. Keeping promises is good customer service, breaking them is trash. Too bad. I'll go elsewhere.

This dispensary is very close to my job that is one of the reasons that I come here but to be honest they are pretty high with their prices and other dispensaries have the same marijuana for $10 cheaper sometimes $20 cheaper but it's pretty cool in here it is always empty when I'm here and I come on Fridays so it looks like they don't have that many customers and on top of that they don't let you use your reward points it is not looking good for this dispensary they have to get it together and you have to do your research and realize that you guys are charging way more than all of the other dispensaries that are really close to you guys

I don't recommend for medical patients, this is definitely more of a recreational place. I've had 3 separate orders that were not there when I arrived. The last time I went, they again didn't have the strain I ordered and I couldnt even use my rewards, because their reward system was down. I left with nothing. The terpene information is always incorrect, and is not always provided anyway. Staff is nice and helpful, but really don't have any knowledge of cannabis. I'm happy that recreational is finally legal, however this has meant that there is no care for people who use this medicinally. Medical patients need accurate information and knowledgeable budtenders. I hope things improve. More locally grown products are desperately needed, as national brands use awful pesticides and chemicals that can make you sick. Feeling Ript off and missing Harmony.

I'm trying to Jersey City love but sometime it's better going else where. I live only a couple of blocks away. So it's easy for me to get to this place of business. Now for the second time looking at their website. I decide to order a product called grape bubbly. I put the order in I go to the location and they tell me that they do not have the it. Now I am a patient that has rheumatoid arthritis. That suffers from severe pain. So when I see your product that helps me tremendously, and leave my house to go and get it. I expect the product to be at the store as promise. This is the second time that they pull the same thing . They don't have the product and try to offer me something else for pain I feel like they're just trying to kind of trick me into coming in so I buy something. On top of that I suffer from an autoimmune disease and the gentleman behind the counter is full-blown sick. With no mask. And didn't seem at all stressed about the fact that the product wasn't there he just told me. I told them that they needed to take that off their site. I won't be coming to this location you really need to check your competitors like zenleaf or rise and see how to treat your patience.

RIPT Dispensary has an amazing team who is super helpful whether you know your product or are new to cannabis.Management is super nice as well!Went a couple weeks ago for their Halloween Kick Off and there were food vendors and brands like Fernway giving away merch.Overall love this place from the art, to the staff and the events they plan to host in the future.Congratulations on the grand opening!! 😃
