I had an order for pickup received confirmation texts. Walked over here before 2:00Am, online Says open till 2:00 a.m. i get here and there's a piece of paper saying they close at 12. Security guard just sitting down inside for what if they close at 12? Wasting my time because there's no notice online but orders are still being accepted. 😑
This store is run so archaically. There is a manager there that doesn't listen, you tell him to stop talking and he keeps going. No one there even knows what is for sale on the website at the store and they rely on a book...a freaking book in 2024. Meanwhile, I see online a product on their website that has no Limonene listed as a terpene. Limonene is one of two terpenes that causes my anxiety and that's the last thing I need. It seemed to be the only one out of six dispensaries to carry such a product this week. I get there, I see they run it as if it's 1989, and he pulls out his book, and there is over 4.0 mgs of Limonene in what I wanted. That would have made me a crazy man. Also, when I ordered, the website it took me from the Exhale website to Dutchie, which took my order, turns around and then says it was denied. Denied? How can it be denied. Who gets denied buying marijuana? I found out from the manager, that they don't use Dutchie for orders anymore. Their phone number tells you to go to an unmanned email contact form, or you can leave a message. No one contacts you back ever.So let's add this upThey have a partially updated website, that pretends to take your order, and doesn't tell you the all the terpenes, which is dangerous and no phone, no email or text.People go find another place and never bother with Exhale again. Really now.
I go here pretty often, the service is good and so is the product, usually I never pay much attention to these kinds of things but I noticed the difference in size between the two .5g joints i bought today, one being smaller. I just want to point it out as I know these are weighed before they're sent out, and maybe someone isn't catching these little things and hopefully it's just my pack.
Not that impressed and a little pissed. Just needed a vape cartridge and was asked if I wanted a disposable or cartridge and I said I have a battery just need the cartridge... Employee should ask what type of battery the customer has. I have several 510 threads, not a stintz brand that is only used for stintz products. The dude gave me a stintz cartridge!!! I can't tell you how upseting that is. Got home and opened the impossible bag only to find that I can't get high, and now I need to buy something else that I didn't want. Shame on you!!! Plus no discounts for industry people. I'll be going to cloud that is right next door.
Even though I wasn’t a customer, but my truck broke down and I ended up in their parking lot, the staff was all cool with me. Don’t know if it’s because of the old truck I drive!!!! I was offered to step in the cool store since it was over 100 degrees and even offered me a cold bottle of water! Thanks John!! If I’m in the need of something, I’ll be stopping by!!
They are definitely not smart by putting a security that tries to be someone not letting people in by being rude and non sense…It’s not personal but definitely stupid not to accept a Canadian valid driver license as an ID for a 45+ years old personYou are letting your costumer go next door and buy and ignore the business that comes to your doorstep…It’s stupid isn’t it ?Law is law anyway in Nevada.I don’t want a favor or anything against law…Your neighbors were laughing about this stupidity.I don’t want a respond from you…Just hire a right person to welcome your costumers and increase your sales.Be smart or close down and watch others grow…Your first time and last time visitor.
1st time going and they do not disappoint! Discount after discount saved me way more than expected. Next time in Vegas I know where I am going!

This is my favorite American dispensary. The weed actually got me high enough to start doing that thing where you question if you are alright. Lol I was fine. Great service good deals this place is unbeatable. Thank you!
This was my first experience here and it was wonderful the budtender Neisha and I want to say her name was Tina her cashier number is 72506. well she has dark hair and they were very kind and helpful. I am definitely returning back to this dispensary. Great customer service and definitely a great place to go. Kudos to them for the wonderful customer service!!!!

The information provided is refreshing, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and tranquil. Thanks again for assisting in finding the best available products for my needs. Truly has been the best experience from being greeted and welcomed at door entrance to being assisted and back again to the door greeter. Fantastic place with an open-24-hour-drive-thru, and a really well rounded menu. The budtender was so very patient with us (4) out-of-towners who don’t have drive-through dispensaries and the ones we do have all close at ten pm. And when you’re in Vegas, if you’re visiting casinos you have no idea if it’s day or night let alone what time it is and it could be two am when you finally find an exit you’re $200.00 lighter, your nerves are frayed and you just want something soothing before you return t your no smoking hotel - go to Exhale. Leave happy.
