I am very upset. I came here to buy an ounce of shake as it was put online and as my bud tender told me. He doesn’t even let me see the product before he puts it in the bag and I pay for it. I opened it up and it’s nothing but leaves and it says shake/trim on the bottom of the bag but there is no shake. It’s only trim and I bought it for $60 and I’m very upset and I can’t even return it. I want something done about this. I don’t smoke leaves my bud tender, was not transparent, and was not communicative of what I was buying. I would refer people not to come here. it seems like it’s common practice to hand out trim and call it shakes here. Please don’t go here. Go somewhere else.

Whenever I pick up my medication although everyone is helpful & kind- it’s Dom- Gabby- or Neisha that have assisted me the most often. ALL are excellent bud-tenders; going above & beyond w/their assistance & patience! Tell them what I’m looking for- & each one has never hesitated to understand & deliver. Truly appreciate the level of service provided by these three staying helpful & kind throughout the transaction; as well as whoever is at the door!! ALL the gentlemen that work the door are courteous- kind- & welcoming. Nice vibe to walk into. Thank you to all your great staff that work here!!

I been coming here for years. The staff is welcoming and their product is fresh. They have daily and weekly deals and specials for locals. There is hassle free parking and I never have to wait more than 10 minutes from start to finish. Fast, easy and good smoke!

1 star because I had to leave one. This dispensary is a complete rip off, I preorder 2 oz, one for a small one says flower but they gave me this garbage 😡 that clumps together like it's been wet and the joint I tried to smoke gave me a headache and a dirt taste. I tried to call but they don't accept phone calls either lol. They also hide their spin wheel and don't give you the reward points until you ask. We have to leave our bag at the door only so they can rob us of the product we paid for. I was better off purchasing from the dude outside then to waste 2 hours of my check in here 😞 now I'm out 100 and nothing to smoke 😡 if y'all go here much luck Tree House is down the street with the same deals that are the real thing I'm going back to them

7/29/25: Last hour before they close (11p-12a), whichever 2 cashiers were working tonight (1 Black guy, gold foil glasses and braids, looked like a hater; the other an older Asiatic scrubby looking guy) must've had a slow tip day because their service was on tilt. After not being greeted in the first place, I asked for what I came in for and the scrubby Asiatic guy grabs it and rings me up. I ask him how many loyalty points I have as I want to use them and he says none. Mind you, I purchased earlier in the day and noticed a value on the receipt but forgot the total. I ask again, "are you sure?" again he says no points. He completes the sale, folds the receipt and seals it into the bag. I take out the receipt and while pointing to the "Loyalty Program" section of the receipt displaying the points earned on the current purchase, asked him to explain what the values we each saw meant. He replies, "oh, I dont know, but those are points you just earned." I asked him if his computer reflected ANY points balance like I showed him on the receipt, and he says, "well, maybe they're working on it in the system because you dont have any points." The other guy with gold foil glasses tried to chime in randomly while engaged with a customer himself. I made no fuss, but really? Hella weird for that

By far the worse dispensary in town. The budtender sold me an $80 ounce of Pheno Exotics that was suppose to be shake and small buds. It's 95% trim and stems. Shake is still smokeable flower, this is not! He sold me a bag of fan leaves and stems with maybe 4 grams of smokeable flower.I also bought the sunset sherbet. This is my favorite strain so I know what it taste like. This sunset sherbet is garbage. It's so dry out turns to dust when you touch it and it taste nothing like sunset sherbet.Finally they offer no deals. No first time buyer deals, no local deals, nothing special for me to ever return to this dispensary.I'm so displeased with my purchases and experience here I will never return. I've already told my friends and community about my experience so they won't have to go.Update: I see someone else a few days ago had the same horrible experience I had. Then I notice the Exhale team commenting on the positive reviews but have nothing to say to the customers they've ripped off. Good luck to anyone who buys trash from this garbage company!

We really gave this dispensary a try because of the weekly promos they have. But their flowers that are on promo are usually dry. We still went back. They claim if it says bakers batch it’s shake if it doesnt then it’s flowers. But today they had 28g for $55 “flower” of Phenom exotic, literally says “premium flower” in the pic on their website. When I got there the guys said it’s shake, we decided to give it a try but as you can see below…. It’s nothing but water leaves, twigs, and crap. I don’t know if this is the weed shop or the brand but it is complete false advertisement. We will Not Be Going Back. And I will be putting this review on the Phenom Exotic website as well.

I had an order for pickup received confirmation texts. Walked over here before 2:00Am, online Says open till 2:00 a.m. i get here and there's a piece of paper saying they close at 12. Security guard just sitting down inside for what if they close at 12? Wasting my time because there's no notice online but orders are still being accepted. 😑

This store is run so archaically. There is a manager there that doesn't listen, you tell him to stop talking and he keeps going. No one there even knows what is for sale on the website at the store and they rely on a book...a freaking book in 2024. Meanwhile, I see online a product on their website that has no Limonene listed as a terpene. Limonene is one of two terpenes that causes my anxiety and that's the last thing I need. It seemed to be the only one out of six dispensaries to carry such a product this week. I get there, I see they run it as if it's 1989, and he pulls out his book, and there is over 4.0 mgs of Limonene in what I wanted. That would have made me a crazy man. Also, when I ordered, the website it took me from the Exhale website to Dutchie, which took my order, turns around and then says it was denied. Denied? How can it be denied. Who gets denied buying marijuana? I found out from the manager, that they don't use Dutchie for orders anymore. Their phone number tells you to go to an unmanned email contact form, or you can leave a message. No one contacts you back ever.So let's add this upThey have a partially updated website, that pretends to take your order, and doesn't tell you the all the terpenes, which is dangerous and no phone, no email or text.People go find another place and never bother with Exhale again. Really now.

I go here pretty often, the service is good and so is the product, usually I never pay much attention to these kinds of things but I noticed the difference in size between the two .5g joints i bought today, one being smaller. I just want to point it out as I know these are weighed before they're sent out, and maybe someone isn't catching these little things and hopefully it's just my pack.

Not that impressed and a little pissed. Just needed a vape cartridge and was asked if I wanted a disposable or cartridge and I said I have a battery just need the cartridge... Employee should ask what type of battery the customer has. I have several 510 threads, not a stintz brand that is only used for stintz products. The dude gave me a stintz cartridge!!! I can't tell you how upseting that is. Got home and opened the impossible bag only to find that I can't get high, and now I need to buy something else that I didn't want. Shame on you!!! Plus no discounts for industry people. I'll be going to cloud that is right next door.

Even though I wasn’t a customer, but my truck broke down and I ended up in their parking lot, the staff was all cool with me. Don’t know if it’s because of the old truck I drive!!!! I was offered to step in the cool store since it was over 100 degrees and even offered me a cold bottle of water! Thanks John!! If I’m in the need of something, I’ll be stopping by!!

This was my first experience here and it was wonderful the budtender Neisha and I want to say her name was Tina her cashier number is 72506. well she has dark hair and they were very kind and helpful. I am definitely returning back to this dispensary. Great customer service and definitely a great place to go. Kudos to them for the wonderful customer service!!!!

Fantastic place with an open-24-hour-drive-thru, and a really well rounded menu. The budtender was so very patient with us (4) out-of-towners who don’t have drive-through dispensaries and the ones we do have all close at ten pm. And when you’re in Vegas, if you’re visiting casinos you have no idea if it’s day or night let alone what time it is and it could be two am when you finally find an exit you’re $200.00 lighter, your nerves are frayed and you just want something soothing before you return t your no smoking hotel - go to Exhale. Leave happy.
