I stop by Vibe frequently and am always pleased with how attentive the entire staff is to whatever my needs are. Everyone is personable and inviting. Izy is phenomenal, he’s extremely knowledgeable and helps keep me informed on all the deals and incoming products. Best dispensary in the area hands down!!

This was my go to Dispensary until today. I've had the same discount since I started coming here and have never had an issue until today where I was told my discount would not apply anymore. When a GM tells a customer a set discount and then with no warning that discount is taken away with no reasoning is just bad business and apparently loyalty to Vibes brand doesn't matter. Sad that I can go right down the road and get the exact same (house brand Vibe) cheaper than in house. The receipt shows how not even a month ago I was given the discount for reference.

Sublime is some of my favorite weed. But when I got some smokey river gummies from the st.charles store, why did they only give me 30% off when it was supposed to be 40% an still is weeks later. An when I said something to another employee about it later on, the person said nothing at all about it. Bad customer service from this place. An then I got to heya tonite 15 mins till they closed, an they had a customer in there. But for some reason the guy turned the open light off an when the customers finally came out 7 mins till they closed. He signaled that he couldn't serve me. He couldn't even talk to me, I only needed 2 mins. I had a pre-order. I would understand if it was 2 mins till closing. Jus some bad customer service from 3 employees now. Wow! An they don't always honor things, of course ^ .. makes it hard to want to go In the st.charles store. An I'd really prefer to go there.

My husband went into the St Peters location and used his federally recognized tribal ID. They went and got the manager who also refused to take his identification card. This is no different than any FEDERAL valid form of identification and talk about feeling discriminated against. Someone needs to school the employees on all valid identification that is ALLOWED within the United States 🇺🇸If I could give a 0 star believe me it would have been given. Very poor customer service. I use to go here all the time before rec was legal… this place quickly became the worst in town!Prices are terrible!Selection is terrible!House products are expensive and weak!Staff always says something illegal to me like “they stock up before going to IL” you can not cross state lines with any marijuana!Jake the manager is a soulless anti social person and the gang of kids that work for him are semi stoned and truthfully are so ignorant it’s insulting, all while maintaining an element of superiority, as if I know nothing about my medication and their job is to test everything until they can’t even think…Again I’ve been here many many many times and each time I left wishing there were more options, go to kind goods!You asked for more info… you got it!Close and reopen for 5 stars since you’ve disrespected me to the point of no return.I’ve been composing that you only care about sales and disrespect med patients. Nothing changed on your end

Customers service is always over the top ,there’s friendly greetings and of course always happy endings . There’s always a deal so you’re always getting the most for your money . You won’t be mad shopping at the st.ann location .
