Very nice staff, somewhat helpful. We are used to being able to know all organic ingredients including neem, unfortunately for us, Missouri doesn’t have to put it on the label. That being said great product, great prices, nice staff and the sniffing table is cool.
Oh mannnnnn. The lady behind the counter today was AMAZING!!!! She helped me undo my booboo and was sweet, explanatory and just the best personality. I didn’t catch her name but it was about 10:30 this morning and she just deserves a shout out! Thank you! The guy that takes your ID at the front was also just a really pleasant individual. Very few times do i wish i can give more that 5 stars but i wish i could now. +10 ⭐️
First time customer. I ordered online and picked up. Chose this location over Rolla because prices online were discounted (in cart) as advertised. It was a simple process. Employees were friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that prices are generally high, and there's no sort of first-time customer discount (or teacher discount, which is a fabulous idea). Loyalty program exists, but it takes a whole lotta loyalty for the customer to benefit. Overall, I recommend the St James location because of proximity, friendly and efficient employees, and ease of process.

The staff at Trinity are always so positive, helpful and friendly! I have only had amazing experiences there and leave with more than I had on my shopping list because I want to try their new suggestions! They have a great rewards program and there’s always something extra they throw in to make the day that much better!!I have only ever been super happy with my experience and products! 😀💚
So I decided to give Trinity again. Well the ordering today was awful it kept zeroing out my order out then I finally got it to go through at the st James location since I had such an awful experience in Rolla. Well when I got there they said I didn’t have an online order it must have went to a different location. I have my texts where I put it in and it was ready. So I just left!!! Finished with this place always something not right. Guess it’s Good Day Farms for now on!!
I had a discrepancy with one of my online orders when I went to pick up and pay for my order. Jason was helpful and quick to get it resolved and even went as far to add on some extra points on my account to help account for the minor mistake. They truly do care about making sure their customers are happy and that is appreciated.
Sierra went above and beyond for me the other day when I came in the store and made sure to get me a product I enjoyed that was no longer in stock. She is very knowledgeable and an easy going person, allow her to help you on your next order and you will be greatly helped just as I was!
Jason was great. I had a good experience also five stars to Jason. He was very knowledgeable and very cool. We talked about marvel which was off subject and awesome. Will use these guys. Always keep it up. Wonderful store and wonderful atmosphere.
