First time visiting this store for me. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly (even when I took the entrance as my exit) little pricy, but it was top shelf. Give it a good rating- would be great but... kinda pricy for me.

Always the most friendly and helpful people such a large variety in the shop to really have to take a minute and research what you want whether it be flour or Vapes or gummies or drinks plus they have a nice little variety of gift shop type things in their ashtrays and bud holders and all different wikwonts and dohickys what time of day is important because it can get extremely busy there they put two ATMs just to help with the flow of traffic because it's a real populated area that's Underwood construction here lately we even got a Chick-fil-A can a new drink shop just opened and we've got an Olive garden a little bit ago so pick the time of day because it all gets congealed into the one little bitty road they've got going in and out of that place the city people did not have the foresight to think about the population density going into the mall in Walmart area and a good day Farms area because it all is horrible instead of having a good two or three lanes in and two or three lanes out it's got one lane to go left one lane to go into the right exact same lanes to come out even though people are traveling and only 2 to 5 mi an hour there's been several head-on collisions from the incoming Walmart side and the outgoing Good Day Farm from McDonald's, Bank, strip mall and that new drink place they opened up down there by the Whataburger it's called something thing but trouble people are waiting 45 minutes and I'm calling all kind of traffic backed up so you can't get in and out of any other stores

I’ve been a long-time, loyal customer at Good Day Farm West and have always heard the same message: “Customer service is our top priority.” Unfortunately, that philosophy seems to have gone completely out the window.During my most recent visit, I was met with an attitude that was shockingly dismissive and unprofessional. The woman with the short pixie haircut couldn’t have made it clearer that she wasn’t interested in helping me. When I asked basic questions about product strengths and milligrams, she brushed me off as if I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. It was an unpleasant reminder that not everyone behind the counter actually values the people walking through the door.What makes this even more disappointing is the clear decline in the overall atmosphere since several of the store’s best team members left. One in particular, Brighton, consistently set the standard for what customer service should look like: knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping people find what works for them. He’s the reason I kept coming back to this location, and without employees like him, the quality has dropped noticeably.It’s sad to see a place that once stood out for professionalism and care lose that identity. When your customers start to feel like they’re a bother instead of a priority, something is seriously wrong at the management level.Until Good Day Farm West remembers what “customer service first” actually means, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

So disappointed in my recent visit. I had been in here before months ago and it had felt kinda family run compared to others in town. Staff was happy and laughing, I really felt like I was no burden and everyone was interested in my experience and helping me out! Brighton was such a big help I asked his name and did not forget it. I wanted to return to have the same type of experience. Came back last week with my partner. We left without buying anything….. the vibe was a complete flop from the last time I went in, and we drove probably 8 miles out of our way and took a detour due to construction to visit this location. Definitely has taken a turn and I can’t say I’ll return to this location again

The whole process was quick and easy and the online features were easy to access. For my first time I used the drive through, which is another great feature of this store. When I pulled up Jerred was very helpful and made the process a breeze while also being kind. Overall I'll definitely be returning and enjoyed the experience!

This was my second time going inside I usually use drive thru. I went to get what I needed sometimes between him walking away to get my product I blacked out hit my head on the floor. They helped me up had me sit down after about a minute or so I threw up they got me a trash can cleaned up and told me things happen. They even went and got my husband as he was in the car. They were attentive and alert. Asked if I needed emergency help and got me water told me to sit as long as I needed. They even told me my husband everything that happened. They all made sure I was okay. 10/10 for friendly and helpful staff.

First time there and I will definitely be back! I had no idea what I was really looking for so I explained it to Dan and he got me exactly what I was looking for. He taught me how to use the kiosks and I'm sure I could do it by myself now. It was a great experience!!

Everytime I've been into Good Day Farms the staff is amazing, very fast and very knowledgeable. They have great products and a large selection of anything from bud to topicals.... I have heard there are suppositories but didn't ask about them and did not see them personally. However I'm sure they got them somewhere. Anyway back to GDF! Absolutely 100% recommend this dispensary (The one on West Sunshine by the Wal-Mart). They are my 2nd favorite dispensary around and if you haven't been you definitely need to go. They even have a drive-thru service!

Great store. But I usually come in around after 5 pm and notice lack of budtenders so it gets pretty hectic! Otherwise I love this store and prefer it over the other ones

Very kind customer service.This was my second visit as well I had Laryngitis….Cyler Dalton was very very helpful, very knowledgeable and very kind.He was really well mannered…it was very hard to hear me.My order was perfectWe discussed the product, laughed about my personal experience and he helped me shop for a product for our dogs!!!!!Way kudosAhBut sadly they are currently sold out!The product flew off the shelves so hopefully based on popularity they will request more product.Thanks again Good Day Farms on W. This is a fast and fresh dispensary. Went here on 4/20 and didn't even wait 5 minutes. Product is always top notch as well. No complaints from me. I also have enjoyed the staff who works at this location. We have some Good conversations as well. Applied here for a job as a budtender. That's how much I like this G.D.F. location.

When recreational sales had 1st started, this store gave me a couple bad experiences but they've changed something because i always feel like I have a great Experience in there everytime I go! One bad experience was, i waited in the full waiting room while every single person besides me got called back and even several people who arrived way after i did had been helped before me. The other bad experience was I purchased two different 1/8ths that were both dry upon opening them when I got home.

Dude was nice and check on discounts for me and everything. Only bad thing is I get home open up my vaporizer and it's half empty or only half full depends on your outlook on life haha. But anyway I paid 45$ for a half of a vaporizer lol They never all the way full of course but this isnt the first time only having half in one. So this is the last time I buy vapors from this store. Flora farms has better vaporizers at better prices and you get a full cart at better price. They sale live reason 2g carts for 100$. FLORA FARMS HAS WAY BETTER PRODUCTS. I to the other side of town to get another cart becuase of gooddayfarms half empty one wasnt going to last me. And now I found a store that will take care of me as a customer.
