Prices are never right compared to their website.You can pre order, but it doesn't do you any good when they are out of stock on your pre orderAlso rewards seem to disappear when they change over rewards programs, which has seem to be a frequent occurrence.

Tristian is an amazing budtender and helpful guy. If you ever make it out to MHW, definitely ask for Tristian, if you don’t know what exactly you’re looking for he will work and talk through it with you. Solid guy and solid place!

Though the prices are expensive and they need a better manager, Tristan gets 5 stars as far as bud tenders go. He’s absolutely amazing and one of the best I’ve seen. People will wait for him to be their bud tender even if other people are open and available.

Tristian is the guy to see!! He’s always helped me at this location, and I always leave in a better mood than I come in. It’s not often you go somewhere to do business and leave feeling like you made a friend. I’ve been to almost every dispensary in town, and his customer service skills made me start shopping at MHW in Kirksville exclusively. Thanks again!! Just left with great service as always! What a great experience! The personnel were all very friendly and greatly appreciated our business. I gave them a GREAT BIG THANK YOU for taking care of A-G employees, and they gave it right back saying we were taking good care of them too. They did my order, and then it had to be double checked and verified...as it should...GOOD JOB!

Website states there is a drive-thru. Placed web order.. was texted that it would be ready for pickup at selected time. Arrived to find no drive thru option. Was told they are not staffed with enough people to have drive thru open.Order wasn’t ready … they couldn’t even find where it was ordered. So many people there that employee forgot to ask about “rewards”. Was just happy to leave. 😞

When this place opened up it was the best in town. For the longest time it was the only place I went. The staff was always fun and welcoming. Over the last year, the atmosphere has changed significantly. I do not feel welcome when I walk in the store. With the exception of two budtenders, the rest have been rude, and act like customers are more of an inconvenience. The last time I went, two employees were standing outside the door, and glared at me the entire time I was pulling in and getting out of my car. As I approached the door, they did not acknowledge my presence at all.

I use to LOVE Missouri Health and Wellness Dispensary. They use to have great deals, and were so kind! However ever since Recreational was legalized this dispensary has went down hill. The prices have went up (which I am aware some of this is due to the vendors, but there are other dispensaries with same products with better prices) The atmosphere has changed. I am not sure if they had a change in management but I stopped going because I feel rushed and unwelcome anytime I go. The drive thru is never open when you need it to be, and they don't honor medical patients in anyway. CODES is where I would go if you want a really great experience from the staff and they always have great deals and an awesome reward system.
