Stopped by yesterday to pick up my online order and didn’t realize one of the vaporizers I purchased needed a battery, Arianna was super nice and explained simply what I needed & never was condescending or judgey which can be common in the space! They triple check the ID and write a 3 page report before you can get in, I had to ask..”Um, is there a problem?” Nope, just what they’ve got to do.Order on their app and pick up in the drive through would be my advice.I could see going here if it was the closest to my house, and I might come back, but I don’t see any reason to go out of my way

Megan did a great job listening to my needs and concerns. She weighed the pro's and con's against what I'd been recommended versus what she thought was more what I needed. I appreciated her consideration & confidence as she said both would work but expressed concern one might not quite hit all my needs. I went with her recommendation and can report later on how that goes. But as this is about customer service, and to that she is a mensch. Thank you much! I miss the White Castle (open one up next door, no-brainer) but have been a happy customer the whole time youve been open!

Update: I changed my one start to five stars because I spoke to Kelly finally after seeing she responded to my review and I decided to go back yesterday, and the service was AMAZING!!! She made up for the bad experience last time and I will DEFINITELY be going back!!! I'm so glad I'm the type to do second chances and I recommend this place for sure!! Thank you Kelly AND your team for being AWESOME!!!Past experience: Ordered on the website was given my total, got there and it was five dollars more and when I questioned it the guy was rude as hell and says their taxes are higher than the others and the website just gives an estimated total. I knew the previous owners and the tax wasn't that high and didn't receive anything less than five star service. Never again will I be going back and high profile was WAY better than them. I wish the original owners never sold this place.

Started coming here with intentions of using this as MY dispensary, but after this last visit, I think I'm done. I came in with a $10 off coupon that had been given to me my previous visit, gave it to the cashier and was told "It was expired and it couldn't be used" and then she ripped it up... It didn't have an expiration date on it...Is $10 off really worth your customers business? Like, instead of me having a good experience, getting my $10 off and coming back, I want nothing to do with your dispensary anymore. False advertisement.
