The staff has been so helpful when coming into the store! I don’t know much about marijuana and the staff was amazing with helping picking the product and how to use the vape pens. The only problem is the tax is expensive but thats not their fault. Also Im from South Dakota and I cant buy medical from Minnesota. I wish they had more products and alway kept inventory full.

Great new location that used to be a bank and is right next to a bus stop. Kiosks to order and they offer a military discount.Vapes: This is the only store in town that I've been able to consistently get carts, even if it's just 0.5 gram carts for more than I want to pay ($40 is the current cheapest pre-tax) and they are still out sometimes. They sometimes have 1 gram for $70. Hard to complain about prices and availability when no one else has any vapes to sell or never ever has them in stock.Flower was good and unlike other stores in town, doesn't give you a headache or taste like earth/dirt. Drinks are cheap, too.

But don’t worry they will send you and email saying they are cutting prices, but turns out it’s only for medical, and it’s just a few dollars, but you’ll need to spend $99 for their medical program. "Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should do it"Sad to see places do what they are doing to folks. Prices are anywhere from 2-10 times higher what other markets charge. 1gram dist cart is almost $100 when taxes hit, and the quality is poor. Flower leaves you feeling like something is missing for the price paid. The worst part is they hide 80% of their products that are cheaper and of better quality from adult users on their site, but for med users there are tons of products to choose from. Right now they have 0 carts available for adults, but on the medical side they are offering dozens of options. To make it worse they will sell you a $99 medical card, so then you can have access to their entire catalog. I'll support them for now, but if they keep this up until competition shows up, I'll be sourcing my products elsewhere.Positive note, the staff are nice, and efficient...

Slightly better selection than Waabigwaan, but the quality is just as low. Out of 4 different varieties, not a single one had ANY smell when opening the bag. Smoking it is an absolute chore. The terps are completely missing. Same hay taste, harsh burn, and minor headache that I got from Waabigwaan. I thought maybe the reservation didnt have quality control, but it seems more like it is just a MN issue in general. Yall might not have any other options, but this is not good weed. Genetics, curing, whatever it is, it's being done horribly wrong.If youre a boomer just trying to smoke their first bowl in a while, maybe you wont care. But anyone looking for or expecting high quality, >20% THC flower you won't find it here. This is extremely overpriced low-mids that will taste like a barn when you smoke it.Personally, I don't want to support low quality flower at exorbitant prices because the Vireo Health CEO thinks he is the Elon Musk of weed. I'd wait for the duopoly in practice between RISE and VIREO to end. Once other dispensaries open up, they wont be able to get away with this level of quality and pricing.

Usually great. I’ve noticed since they opened the rec side, the medical products seem to be low/out of stock. The in-house staff is great, wait times are lower from when you order to pickup. The new Moorhead location looks great. It could use signage, because it looks like an abandoned bank. And it’s been a week, please get your phones working there and car side set up. I usually do curbside due to my disability. I know it’s not a legal requirement to offer, but it helps me and people like me out so much. Instead I had to go inside, since no one was picking up the broken phone, and ended up tripping and falling. The staff were really great, I’m poor with names but I think it was Roan who helped me out. They were super helpful after I fell. He went above and beyond and made me feel less embarrassed about the whole thing. If that’s not his name, I’m sure you can easily find who that staff was, but they were excellent!

I was a little unsure at how the medical/adult usage actually works in the state of MN. I see that there is a very limited supply for adult-use, compared to medical-use I had no idea that it was the state of MN that was to blame for this supply and demand shortage and it's actually due to state run testing of the products, with which they are very slow at doing. It holds up the product to be sold for adult use, rather than the typical patient medicine. Thank you Green Goods for taking the time explaining this to me, I appreciated that! Best of luck to you guys, and we all just need to have a little more patience for Green Goods to get things rolling, and they will! ☺️✌️

Absolutely amazing bud. 1000% better then waabigwan, their flower doesnt cause a headache smokes beautifully as well. Staff are friendly and very helpful very quick service as well. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a good recreational dispo. Just be prepared to pay extra if you use card

I go to the moorehead mn store and the employees are awesome there. The one thing that has made me travel an hour and a half away to st clouds rise store is they always have way more of a selection of flower and better potency right away they seemed about the same and all of a sudden rise just took off and green goods just stayed in the same spot.

The staff are experienced, educated, tactful, kind and professional. They have quality products with distinct characteristics that help an array of patients. This program has been helpful as a part of a pain management plan for me. After a strong internal debate, I decided to try the medical cannabis route. At first I was skeptical but there has been a big difference between from when I started and today. The physical health issues I suffer from don’t dictate what I’m doing from day to day anymore. I have been a customer here for years. I purchased a bad product and called in thinking they would allow a return or exchange- of an un touched/ unopened product.According to their policy they do not allow returns or exchanges.I called Rise and they told me they do offer returns and exchanges, green goods tried to make it sound like the state doesn’t allow returns or exchanges. Rise told me they would make sure I am a happy customer. This is one of the most dishonest policies for a retail business I have heard of personally. Be careful where you spend your money. Be sure the business you’re shopping at actually offers customer service for bad products.

The prices could be more friendly but they will get there and with the amount of care into packaging its really not terrible!

Their Gator Breath is their only strain with above average medical potential. So, they charge you 15 dollars a gram for it. Making it their most expensive pre-roll product. It is clear no one actually wants people to have enough good medicine. So, they sell their lowest quality stuff as if it is still worth full price, then when they get something decent in, they act like it is a amazing plant that is deserving of overly high cost. If Green Goods Moorhead was in a a different state, they would go out of business. Their quality is sub-par but their prices are INSANE. It is crazy to pay 45 dollars for 3 grams of pre-rolls, not even 1/8th for 45 dollars. This is what people charge for award winning strains in California, none of these strains are very good and none of them have won major awards. These guys are price gougers that take advantage of their customers lack of financial understanding.
