It’s been a long time since I’ve genuinely felt service was truly exceptional. This is not my normal dispensary, I came here today because it was the only one open past 11pm but Jordan has made me a dedicated customer for life. I will drive out of my way to come here. He was extremely genuine, friendly and helpful. I really liked how good natured and polite he was and his attention to detail and customer service. He is really the type of employee who deserves a managerial position; his ability to anticipate needs is unmatched. Lastly I’ll say I like the family atmosphere at this location. You can tell everyone is having fun and it’s a good time. This place isn’t the forced robotic over the top chic-fil-a-esque forced “my pleasure” bs, I guarantee if you have the please of interacting with Jordan (#23) you will leave feeling much much better about humanity as a whole. Yeah he picked out every good strand that I would’ve picked out. If I was working in the dispo he knows his weed. He’s very patient. I even watched him be patient with somebody that was a little bit challenged before me, he was really good on his upsell even though I didn’t have enough on me, but I want to buy every weed that he gave me so that one right there is a winner thank you 😊 this devil driver blow

Just went here for the 1st time and had BREE! She was defiantly great, we said we wanted good weed and that’s what she recommended! Will be back. They don’t just have deals for your first visit, but your second and third which is defiantly a huge plus in returning customers! Good business.

i had SUCH a good experience at this location!! i was helped by Sam who more than took care of me, and did a great job at accommodating all of my questions :)they have pre-rolls as cheap as 70¢ to a dollar and the infused ones aren’t too much either, just a few bucks 🤌🏼your first time they give you $20 off of a $60 purchase, and the deals keep getting better as you come back (next visit you get $30 off !!) 🥳 i thought the loyalty aspect was coolgood music and good vibes, 10/10 recommend 🫶🏼‼️

I have been visiting this location for years with no issues. Today they had a very small issue with my delivery order, which required me to resubmit some information. I called and spoke to Bree who handled the situation quickly and professionally. It's nice to see that even when things don't go as planned the staff is still just as helpful and caring.

This is my go to place! I'm willing to drive the extra distance. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sam is who I interacted with while I was shopping. He recommended excellent products and was able to answer all my questions. He was very friendly and laid back which eased my social anxiety a lot. So glad I met him. Thank you everybody !

I normally talk herbology up to everyone I meet. Today was the worst visit ever. After staying up all night and driving all morning to be one of the first 300 in the door, it was a total let down. The website said a free goodie bag with $300 worth of product free to the first 300 people. We'll we got it. I priced everything out and it came to $72.50. I'm sorry I was just there last week and spent almost $500. This was ridiculous, free or not. The time and gas for false advertising was upsetting. I did purchase a few things again. I am furious that I was charged for something I didn't even get. I'll post a video of what the product was and the crap they pulled. Yes I understand some was free but they lied so much. I tried calling several times and no one will answer. I'll never suggest them again.

What I actually received was:• A $50 ounce of brown, shake-looking flower• Two Dragonfly prerolls (bottom shelf)• One infused Dragonfly preroll• One Jungle Juice preroll• A 200mg edible• And a 10mg edible that was labeled as a sample — literally not for saleThat’s it. When I added it up using their own menu prices, the total value came to about $75 before tax. Not even close to the $300 they advertised.There was also no mention of a purchase minimum in any of the promos, but once I was already stuck in line for hours, I was told I had to spend $20 to even receive the bag — and had to use their ATM, which charged a fee.Staff refused to share the value of the bag, offered no help if you were dissatisfied, and acted like they had no responsibility over what was handed out.This was a bait-and-switch, plain and simple. I wasted my entire Easter morning for leftover products they clearly wanted to get rid of. Total disappointment, and I won’t be back.

For sure was not an upset, I have been here a few times and I see why it is always so busy. They have a a pretty big selection and all different price tiers to pretty much fit any budget. They only accepted cash the few times I went but believe they are now accepting credit and debit which is convenient. I’d for sure recommend you checking it out if you haven’t before it will be well worth the visit. Also the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! Enjoyyyyy
