I was cool with Liv Cannibis, in Grand Rapids specifically. I use it every timeI come from out of town.Until the guy with long hair, glasses .. checked me out.I reached and picked up the bag before I pulled my card and he snatched the bag out of my hand saying “you cannot touch the bag until you pay”.Not sure if you have had people steal or if he had PTSD , but it was unnecessary.

I was really impressed out of the gate. Good service. It was nice the bud tenders dressed nice for a change. And dont look like they just woke up. I bought 5 Mike Tyson pre rolls that were junk. I couldn't even smoke them and they are top shelf $5 a piece. Not cool Mike. Your bud taste like miracle grow. Each of the 5 i tried. Couldn't even smoke 3 of them

I’ve been to many dispensaries in a handful of states. This is the one so far I’d want to go back to the most! Warm, enthusiastic, and genuine customer service. A very nice waiting area with a tv, which I was literally only in for a couple minutes before being taken back to the bright and colorful purchasing area. Great job by the gentleman who assisted me!

I had a great experience. The women at the desk are so friendly and get you hooked up with rewards. My first time today,6/22/24, Brian was awesome! I'm old toker and he is very well informed and hooked me up with really great flowers,😁. Didn't have what I went for but what Brian got me is the bomb! Thank you 😊

We’ve ordered for delivery about 25 times from Liv, at first they were always on time with the delivery but over the past few months they just don’t seem to care. You can put an order in for delivery, it’ll say “30-90 minutes away” and then the driver shows up 3/4 HOURS LATER! No calls or texts to let you know they’ll be that late. If you call them, they give you the run-a-round on where your driver is. I placed an order this morning at 9:30 a.m, its now 12 pm, and still no driver with my order. I called the main building to question what’s taking so long, and they tell me that “no driver comes in until 11am”. So why are they taking orders at 9:30 and giving an estimate of an hour to and hour and a half? It just doesn’t make sense. The lady on the phone asks if u want to speak with a manager, but the manager doesn’t care either. This place is only good if you’re picking up, do not order delivery unless you plan on waiting on them LITERALLY ALL DAY.

I've been coming here for 2 or 3 years and always have a great experience.An acquaintance of mine introduced me to the concept of tinctures, which I had never heard of.I came in about a week or so ago to investigate them. My bud tender was pleasant and knowledgeable as well as being very funny. I wish I had gotten his name.P.S. Tinctures are the best.Keep up the great work LIV!
