Hello, my name is Brandon prater. I'm a stage 2 brain cancer patient and I use marijuana to help with my symptoms. I was in the Fulton Street cloud today with little money. Not too much cuz obviously I do not work at the moment and a God bless his soul named Brooke was able to help me out and hook me up with some free stuff while I was out with my dad today. Devon at the front was very nice! Though, one of the budtenders that helped out my mom wasn’t very attentive. There were a few questions that my mom had that went unanswered. Still a good experience, just had to mention that.

Fairly good dispo, don't expect for your pick up orders to be ready. Everytime I order for pick up, it's seldomly ready and have to inevitably pick up on the show room floor. Also identifying labels like "indica" "hybrid" and "sativa" have disappeared from the 'concentrates' menu. Not sure if it's a website issue but they were a nice indicator of what I'm expecting to purchasing

Came from Buffalo with my husband for our annual trip to Electric Forest and of course forgot our grinder amongst packing everything. Stopped by here to grab one really quick and the amazing workers behind the counter handed us one for free because it was the last one available! Not only that but the customer service was so amazing and encouraged us to get the Forest deals and we’re so happy we did! They really hooked us up and shared some great conversations with us as well! The products tasted and smelled phenomenal and they were very careful in helping us pick out product so that we received exactly what we like. And let’s not forget about how neat and organized the whole store is! Very easy and accessible. This place is a must one stop shop to get all your favors for the festival, or just simply for your daily toke! 10/10 recommend.

1st and only time I will ever shop there. Bought an 8th of flower that looked fantastic. Got home packed a bowl and noticed it was very dry.. took a one hit and it was so harsh and tasted like nasty chemicals I had to go rinse my mouth out with mouth wash to get the taste out. I called to try and exchange it or get some sort of credit and made up a lie about there being a law against returns on flower.. when I said I've done returns at many other dispensaries they said oh well it just must be our store policy. I said well the flower is unsmokeable and I bought it 20 minutes ago and said there was nothing she could do for me. I said I feel like I'm getting robbed and she laughed and said ok and hung up on me... for real..

This is to thank Christian at Cloud. Sometimes in life we have hiccups and we don't always get exactly what we want. To be very transparent, I was having a rough day earlier this week and the staff was seemingly confused on the certain product I needed. Because I use this product medically, it's rather important. (But not life or death ☠️)I hate to ask to speak to a manager. Some Karen's get thrills from it, however I find that kind communication will resolve my issues.Christian was great that day. I did leave with a similar product that day, and I did leave happy.Also, I phoned them prior to visiting today, and I again had the pleasure of speaking with Christian. He was waiting with my product ready within 5 minutes! Such a nice person. Great customer service skills. I think they need to put all same products and brand same area i got disposable didnt know had different flavors on other wall SMH. It sucks cant exchange flavors i didn't even leave building not like i tampered with them but dam alwell. Just idea what they should do with the products

By a landslide, this dispensary takes the cake. Best weef store in all of GR, seriously. The staff is warm and welcoming with absolutely affable and genuine personalities. They remember who you are and what you like and they really just go that rare extra mile. This place is a true gem. Grand Rapids is incredible fortunate, possibly even spoiled, having you around. I’ve gone there recently and it is a nice friendly place to shop but the bud tenders make it totally worth it going there time and time again. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff but my favorites are Ashley And Devin. Very nice and helpful ladies. I’m glad they work there. They should get a raise or huge tips by everyone that goes there!!
