Terrible experience. Placed an online order that included 2-1g carts after driving all the way back to allendale I found there where 2- 1/2g instead of 1g called the store an was told to call back in the morning to speak with a manager. When I called back I ended up speaking with the same person from the day before who said he was the manager an that there was nothing they could do to fix the situation cause I had left the store with said product even though they gave me the wrong product according to my online order receipt after pleading my case he said he could give me another .5 for “free” when in fact they where still trying to short me a .5. I asked to speak with the owner who I was told was going to tell me the exact same thing. He put the owner on speaker phone I explained my situation and he told them to give me the 2g’s like my receipt said. Crazy that I had to beg to get what I paid for after driving from allendale twice no preroll nothing for my inconvenience. Gas isn’t “free”. I’d give a zero star if possible. An I’ll never be back.

My first visit was great once I found the place. I met Chet who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful with check-in and shopping. Product variety and good prices distinguish Gage from other dispensaries, but it's the only place I've visited that doesn't provide any perk to a first-time customer.

Started going there when it open. Had great cart deals. Staff always really friendly. Literally down the street from my condo. But then Cookies kinda took over. Was a little nervous after watching a documentary featuring the CEO of Cookies. He seemed all about the cash. And rightfully so. But... Cart deals got better! I was wrong... flash forward to now. June 2022. What I thought would happen. Happen. No more daily cart deals. Maybe get a discount. They are going to take them selves out of the game.

Wish I could give zero stars.. went in for a deal adverton their website, but the deal expired two days prior.. their webteam doesn't work weekends to update the deals online is what I was told. They refused to honor the deal posted. Just a bad way of doing business, management should have offered some kind of compensation! They let that sale and future ones walk out the door!

Awesome store! I have been to all the others in the area. This one is by far the best. They have the most consistent stock, are better managed, and have the most knowledgeable staff. For example, during a recent visit Jordan knew exactly how to help me find the product I was looking for.If you have not been to Gage before give it a try. They have good quality inhouse products, such as vapes, at affordable prices. They ALSO have great higher end products. You can pick it up curbside after browsing online or go into the store and find somebody to help guide you to a decision.

Ordering online was time consuming. Had to place my information in four times before it saved.Was notified that order was ready.As I pulled up there was a stop sign. I stopped and proceeded to park. Nothing else was written, such as; stop and wait for attendant or any other verbage .I parked and stated(through the text/email -per the instructions) that I had arrived and the make/color of my car. I received a text that someone would be with me shortly.About 15 minutes later a gentleman approached and asked why I didn't wait at stop sign. I replied that I didn't know that I needed to do so because there are no instructions to do so. He rolled his eyes and went on with explaining that I was suppose to wait at the sign and how would they know that I'm there. I then showed him the text that Gage had sent me that someone would be out shortly. I even apologized and the gentleman would not let it go. Ugh.Finally, he asked for my id and information and then asked me to scan a QR code because they were having a contest, which I did without even questioning. He leaves.About 5 minutes later another gentleman approached and started the same conversation of, "why didn't you wait at stop sign?". Ugh. After another 5 minutes of being made uncomfortable, I explained someone was already waiting on me. He then was upset and asked me to scan QR code. I informed him that I already had with other gentleman and this made him upset and began to tell me that there was a contest between employees and I should have scanned his instead of other guys...ugh. He walked away and came back about 5 minutes later with product and gave my change(which was wrong because I didn't receive my first time discount). He corrected amount and I was on my way.Please note: the gentlemen were not mean and I did not feel threatened in any way. However, it was awkward, time consuming and irritating.I will probably give them another try in the future to redeem themselves but I'm not in a hurry to do so.

This is the best dispo I've been too. Always fast and the staff is very friendly. The gage carts are very flavorful and potent. The only thing they need is a sign out front so people know there's a dispo there. It's hidden back there so I think if they had a sign then more people will know about it. Other than that. this is the only spot to get my carts/flower.

9 months ago I left a great review....things have changed...got extracts (several)2 days ago,got home found product old and discoloration.Called gage they promptly responded and offered to replace that product that was 17 months old..I went back to gage and then found out all of that product was expired and got pulled of shelf by gage.Replacement product I got was 10 months old of different strain.I opened those products (both) today same thing discoloration on all concentrates. The replacement and the other strain I purchased and got were 10 months old today..also flower I got was 8 months old ..it was dry and crunchy..Im a medical patient and don't need expired product.$160,000,000 mo sales in Michigan monthly and I get old products??? Also maybe gage should take a hint from Joyology.keep concentrates in a refrigerator. Check product date codes people..maybe Michigan should put expiration date on this medicine. Cause I wasted $100 and 2 hours time and still need medicine.

They refused to honor the deal posted. Just a bad way of doing business, management should have offered some kind of compensation! They let that sale and future ones walk out the door!

For example, during a recent visit Jordan knew exactly how to help me find the product I was looking for.If you have not been to Gage before give it a try. They have good quality inhouse products, such as vapes, at affordable prices. They ALSO have great higher end products. You can pick it up curbside after browsing online or go into the store and find somebody to help guide you to a decision.

Ordering online was time consuming. Had to place my information in four times before it saved.Was notified that order was ready.As I pulled up there was a stop sign. I stopped and proceeded to park. Nothing else was written, such as; stop and wait for attendant or any other verbage .I parked and stated(through the text/email -per the instructions) that I had arrived and the make/color of my car. I received a text that someone would be with me shortly.About 15 minutes later a gentleman approached and asked why I didn't wait at stop sign. I replied that I didn't know that I needed to do so because there are no instructions to do so. He rolled his eyes and went on with explaining that I was suppose to wait at the sign and how would they know that I'm there. I then showed him the text that Gage had sent me that someone would be out shortly. I even apologized and the gentleman would not let it go. Ugh.Finally, he asked for my id and information and then asked me to scan a QR code because they were having a contest, which I did without even questioning. He leaves.About 5 minutes later another gentleman approached and started the same conversation of, "why didn't you wait at stop sign?". Ugh. After another 5 minutes of being made uncomfortable, I explained someone was already waiting on me. He then was upset and asked me to scan QR code. I informed him that I already had with other gentleman and this made him upset and began to tell me that there was a contest between employees and I should have scanned his instead of other guys...ugh. He walked away and came back about 5 minutes later with product and gave my change(which was wrong because I didn't receive my first time discount). He corrected amount and I was on my way.Please note: the gentlemen were not mean and I did not feel threatened in any way. However, it was awkward, time consuming and irritating.I will probably give them another try in the future to redeem themselves but I'm not in a hurry to do so.

This is the best dispo I've been too. Always fast and the staff is very friendly. The gage carts are very flavorful and potent. The only thing they need is a sign out front so people know there's a dispo there. It's hidden back there so I think if they had a sign then more people will know about it. Other than that. this is the only spot to get my carts/flower.

9 months ago I left a great review....things have changed...got extracts (several)2 days ago,got home found product old and discoloration.Called gage they promptly responded and offered to replace that product that was 17 months old..I went back to gage and then found out all of that product was expired and got pulled of shelf by gage.Replacement product I got was 10 months old of different strain.I opened those products (both) today same thing discoloration on all concentrates. The replacement and the other strain I purchased and got were 10 months old today..also flower I got was 8 months old ..it was dry and crunchy..Im a medical patient and don't need expired product.$160,000,000 mo sales in Michigan monthly and I get old products??? Also maybe gage should take a hint from Joyology.keep concentrates in a refrigerator. Check product date codes people..maybe Michigan should put expiration date on this medicine. Cause I wasted $100 and 2 hours time and still need medicine.
