I like the people and the dispo but their wax is super expensive. About double the price of some other dispos around. I can get 7gs of good wax from cherry dispo for 20$ and they want 35$ for 5g of wax. They say they will price match but they won't. The owner keeps telling me he's Gunna get better deals on wax but it just seems to keep going up. They need to look at other dispensary's and get closer in price. Ive been shopping there a for about a year but I prolly won't be back unless something changes.

Went shopping here with my Girlfriend and we used a coupon a member gave us last time we were here for $20 off $60. When we were checking out, my GF asked them to doublecheck the total and the Budtender insisted it was in. After leaving and looking at the receipt, the coupon didn’t apply so I call the store. The security guy answered and told me they would resolve it when I come back. I call back to double check again and he said that I’m not getting any money back. He said he looked into it, and everything rang up right. I told him that I have the receipt and it clearly wasn’t. So he starts getting upset with me and yells “Well then you’re going to have to come up here and prove it!” And with that I’m pissed off and driving up there. I open the door to “Sorry Man” and a half sorry handshake. He tells me he never looked into it and asked the Budtender who lied to him that they double checked. I called Nicole to address this and she apologized and told me I was credited, but this was absolutely ridiculous. There’s other places where I can go where it’s not going to turn into a fight.

I love your franchise but I have to give critique. It would be 1 star but the staff was genuinely good.The bag I bought works for bowls or blunts, but every joint I roll goes out in one hit. I've been rolling for over 20 years and never had that problem until now. Idk if it wasn't dried properly, or if it was handled improperly afterwards. The cure smells good. Had no way to know I would have this issue just looking and smelling... I don't think I'll be going back to this one for a while.Edit: I read the label wrong. I got the bad batch from Ann Arbor. This place is great. So sorry for any problems I may have caused.

I just so happened to be in the Jackson area and decided to stop by there. To my surprise AMARA transferred there and greeted me as if we were friends for years with the best deals! Hands down one of the BEST experiences I have had! The lady Nicole that was up front was very helpful and gave great recommendations before we even got to the good stuff. Once we got inside Katelyn took care of us, she was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction for everything that we needed. It was turning out to be a good store intel they forgot 2 of my joints of the ten I bought for 25...then I was working with a limited amount of money so I called to get a price for 1 Gram of wax.. they told me we can't disclose prices so had to go up to find out..I didn't have enough so I wasted my time and gass money to be turned away.....NOT ALL OF US OWN A F#$&ING POT STORE AND HAVE IT MADE. The staff member Emri who helped me was so informative and helped me pick out the best weed choices for me! She was very informative as well as being very nice. Really like my first visit here. Great deals and rewards they offer, Good products, Tremendous service. Dustin was my Bud Tender and he did a very good job with questions and providing options. Will be one of my favorite places to continue to go to. Plus bonus that they are open tell 11pm not many place do that and I like having the option of going late! Excellent work Dispo! Keep it up!

I went to the Lansing location and Amara helped me, I was very impressed with the service and knowledge that she knew on all the products. I just so happened to be in the Jackson area and decided to stop by there. To my surprise AMARA transferred there and greeted me as if we were friends for years with the best deals! I don't think I will ever shop anywhere different! My "local plug" for sure! 5 stars!
