I came into the storefront on 3/24 looking for some decent live rosin pointed me towards some on a deal couldn’t smell it or see it told it it was great…….. this was the most disgusting darkest rosin I’ve ever seen taste so sour very dissatisfied with my purchase they got me now to find another store these people will sell you whatever they can and tell you it’s great it was 7/99 I don’t even wanna give this nasty stuff away into the trash it goes

I went nuts when I saw all the different varieties they had for CBD and THC; patches, peanut butter, water mix, pixie sticks; you name it.. and again, the prices almost seem criminal, they are so low. Really, I've had great experiences at all of the Muskegon dispensaries I've tried so I have nothing bad to say about any of them. But Cloud keeps me coming back. Bigger selection of what I'm looking for than most, and the service has always been amazingly friendly and efficient - never a bad experience. And today with Dani helping me it was on an even higher level (pun intended?) than its usual level of excellence. She's definitely an asset and I hope they pay and treat her well enough so she'll stick around.

These folks know what customer service is. The moment I walked in, everyone, from the security guard who greeted me, the guys and gals behind the counter, were super nice and welcoming. The prices are great as well. I was driving up to Silver Lake from Chicago, put my online order in at a rest stop on the way, and picked it up about an hour later. The store is only about a 15 minute detour off of 31. In and out, no muss no fuss. My friends were so impressed, they’re stopping there the next time they go up to Michigan. 10/10, will shop there again.

Cloud is always one of my favorite places to go. It's quick and easy, and they always have good specials. In carts, they are almost always unmatched in deals for them, if not they are very comparable with the area. They have gotten more efficient as they keep going, and are one of 2 in the area I frequent that doesn't have major concerns from fellow customers. Clara did an awesome job, they always let me in on the good deals they have going, and they are never upset at a change in pickup methods, or the order itself, they are flexible people. I appreciate having a fine establishment in the area. 9/10 when price is a major factor from budgeting, I will still come here first for the deals they have and getting me out the door ASAP. The delivery is awesome too, but I personally prefer to go in because the establishment is a pretty welcome place.

Today was my first time to Cloud Cannabis Co. I traveled an hour to get there and it was more than worth it! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.I use recreational, but for medical reasons, and I was excited to see that they carried the strain that I'd been searching extensively for. Their prices also are extremely reasonable for rec use. I know I could go the route of the Med Card but I prefer the freedom of getting what I want, whenever I want without "Big Brother" looking over my shoulder and it's places like this that make that possible!!I definitely plan on making them my go to place in the future!!

Would definitely recommend Cloud Cannabis. Was fast and easy. The only issue I experienced was with the website. Once I signed in with my medical card, the products would completely change. I understand if some items can only be purchased with a med card but why isn’t there access to ALL products on the website? This was the only problem I had. Otherwise they are very kind and had great customer service!

Clara did an awesome job, they always let me in on the good deals they have going, and they are never upset at a change in pickup methods, or the order itself, they are flexible people. I appreciate having a fine establishment in the area. 9/10 when price is a major factor from budgeting, I will still come here first for the deals they have and getting me out the door ASAP. The delivery is awesome too, but I personally prefer to go in because the establishment is a pretty welcome place.

Even if you’re someone like me who knows what they want, the staff experience can make or break it, as we know. I didn’t run into any issues at all. On top of a great staff, the selection was also great. Pricing remained competitive on the lower tiers, and they offered some premium products for a bit more. Today was my first time to Cloud Cannabis Co. I traveled an hour to get there and it was more than worth it! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.I use recreational, but for medical reasons, and I was excited to see that they carried the strain that I'd been searching extensively for. Their prices also are extremely reasonable for rec use. I know I could go the route of the Med Card but I prefer the freedom of getting what I want, whenever I want without "Big Brother" looking over my shoulder and it's places like this that make that possible!!I definitely plan on making them my go to place in the future!!

Would definitely recommend Cloud Cannabis. Was fast and easy. The only issue I experienced was with the website. Once I signed in with my medical card, the products would completely change. I understand if some items can only be purchased with a med card but why isn’t there access to ALL products on the website? This was the only problem I had. Otherwise they are very kind and had great customer service!
