I absolutely love this place! I travel over an hour to go there. When I have a medical card in CT and I'm 5 minutes away! These $99 an ounce deals are great and the pot is better than my dispensary paying 3-4 times as much! Staff is super friendly and helpful!

Amani A++. I went in on my normal dispensary tour. Theory was my last stop after Northampton on the way back to ct. had to stop for the good sales on diamonds and sauce.There was a bit of a line when I got there and Amani got everyone moving fast but with such great detail. She helped me add on to my order some .5 jack herer carts that I didn’t think I’d be able to afford. She made it so easy and judgement free.

This place sells mid grade as high-grade. Spent damn near 200 on a half oz and 5 joints. Well beyond 27% thc (indica). Opened up the BLACK jars and got a handful of migrade brownish buds with a weak scent. Doesn't even get you stoned. If it's not mids it's def CBD. Super shady. I wouldn't step foot in here ever again and I def don't recommend anyone else does either. Straight trash. Thanks for nothing.

Very disappointed today. Went yesterday , was able to use a $50 coupon on one of the deals. Go today to do the same deal cuz you can't do two in one day and today you can't do the deal and use your coupon. Please stay consistent the employees need to talk and figure out what's going on it was a long drive to go over there and get nothing.🙁

I will say I am a woman of a different era in regards to marijuana so even considering using it for my arthritis was a wild decision for me. My husband David had begun using it medicinally and it was then I began considering it for myself when I saw the difference in him. Seeing him be able to stand the pain that weed helped ease it made me optimistic it may help with my aches I get. Now with my own condition I was terrified of even trying anything but I have to truly say what a wonderful experience I had at this location. Joey was the person who helped me and he was wonderful helping me, someone who knows NOTHING about any of this, in selecting the best fit for what I was looking for. Truly he was so wonderful suggesting items and being personal that it made me feel less scared about this new experience, and I was very greatful because I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes debating even going in and knowing how kind he was to an new user like me was wonderful. The products thus far have helped, as he said, and I feel more open now to the idea. I really am just happy that this experience, that I was terrified of mind you, went so well and would go back again if only for the high quality customer service I received. First and foremost, the staff gives amazing service. They are knowledgeable, and will answer any and all questions, and will go out of their way to help. I got to speak with the manager on site and she was incredible. The facility is inviting clean and just gives you a good sense that you’re going to be taken care of. Very poor customer service. Bought an ounce every week for 3 weeks straight here. Decided to try a new eight labeled as the staff pick. Upon opening it I found very nasty degraded, moldy, and brown cannabis. I figured I’d see if there was anything that could be done to remedy the dissatisfaction. No one should smoke nasty brown cannabis. When I returned to buy another ounce I brought the nasty eighth. I didn’t ask for anything in particular. I was told even though it was brown it was smokeable and just “a little old” even though its harvest day was the freshest on the menu the day it was purchased. All sales are final I knew the risk of it being bad anytime I walk in there and buy something I can’t even see, but what made things worse was the manager’s extremely poor attitude. Typical of an insecure individual with a neck beard in a managerial retail position he couldn’t wait to say no, and be condescending about it. The one time of the day he could feel powerful. I still bought my ounce and left. The brown cannabis will go in the trash where it belongs, and I’ll never spend another dollar at this place. If your not that educated of a consumer this really isn’t the place to go to learn about quality . The cashier/associate informed me they don’t even ask the staff which one they pick, and the people who make the menu and make that stuff up aren’t ever even in the building. Typical corporate sham of a company just ripping off as many people as they can a day.

Upon arrival I was met with ample parking. Special parking for Medical & Handicaped, easy check in process. First thing I spotted to my right as I skipped in was a coffee machine, woohoo 🙌 love free coffee (and it's good), to my left were three different self explanatory lines to get in. The far left (Medical) is where I scampered off to. Bud Tender Drew is who was destined to to be the one to fill me with knowledge this day. I am one of those that asks a lot of questions. I was excited over his enthusiasm so I matched his energy. I got the strains I wanted at the dose needed to center myself. Because I had just renewed my medical card I was able to avail myself of the umm what I would call the loyalty rewards and got $50 off $100... You'll have to go in to get the rest of the details but sooooooo worth your time and money. With everything so high priced these days I am grateful I can still afford to center myself at Theory Wellness.

This place is has people who are racist and it shows. I’ve never had a more worse experience in my life with the hatred that came from these guys as the person in the front was very emotional and yelled at me saying I went through the parking lot too fast which was a lie and was deeply emotional after I said my bad and it was not intentional they banned me. Never had a problem before just one staff member with glasses decided to be emotional and instead of talking yelled at me and said “you people” always bringing problems here. This is a sad place and I hope they replace that guy because he was about to cry he was so mad in telling me. People like that should not work with costumers.

Staff were friendly and the cashier made sure to repeat my order out loud a few times to make sure I was getting the right items.The inside is very clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the different areas are clearly labeled.I bought flower and gummies. Both were amazing and worth the money. The only con I can think of is that some of the flower is highly priced but this should be expected from any dispensary, so it is still a 5 star for sure.Definitely recommend this dispensary.

I have never browsed the shop, only ordered online for pickup in store.Whoever does the hiring and training at this establishment is fantastic at their job. The staff is outstanding. They have a working knowledge of all of the products and always seem to know what's "in the back".The store is immaculate, the bathroom spotless and the details of merchandising have all been applied.The product assortment seems to rotate so you may have to wait a month or so for something to come back into the rotation.There is signage everywhere to direct you to the correct line. (Medical/recreational)The sales are great. This is the first dispensary I've gone to and the experience is so good I've no desire to try elsewhere.The bads:The large banner on the top of the website makes the cart pop up too large to inside the frame so you can only see your total for a split second when you scroll.The website doesn't calculate in discounts or sales so your total is different when you get to the store.

Fairly frequent customer. Glad that the lines aren’t out the door anymore. Maybe I’ve been getting there at the right times. Staff seems fairly attentive. Most times sales folks will move from one “zone” to another to help keep lines moving. Not entirely sure what constitutes their tiered pricing though. Had some prerolls this weekend from them. The tier 2 that I got were so much better than the more expensive tier 3 that I also got. Oh well, smoke and learn I suppose.

I always have a good experience when I go to Theory. It’s a super easy process to go in a pick up my order. I like how I can choose my items online and it’s ready and the time you request. Theory is very organized and does have great products. My only gripe is not having the same items that I truly enjoy. It changes constantly and the same product you like can be hard to come by again.

Inside can be a bit overwhelming for a first timer because of the med/rec separation and overall design of the sales floor, but there's usually enough staff to guide you through. They do not have an ATM inside but there is one within a block (my card didn't work at pos, a bank issue not on merchant). Just wish they were a bit easier to get to as they are not near a bus route.

I’ve been a customer of Theory for the past few months and have always been a satisfied customer until yesterday. I picked up my online order, driving directly home. When I opened 1 of the container’s top, the usually secured foil was not fully attached. It was sealed on 1/2 of the container and the other 1/2 was not sealed and there was a crease in the foil, which made me suspicious, because I’ve always had to use a sharp object to get the foil off. I called Theory and had to leave a message. I received a response from I believe her name was Ariel, who when asked identified herself as the CS manager. After expressing my concerns she went on to tell me that the containers are manually sealed and all of the security precautions that are used in the process. She did say I could bring it back and she could weigh it. My only issue with that was the waste of gas driving back there from CT, which when I told her that, she decided to tell me that it was illegal and a federal crime for me to cross state lines with my purchase. Of course I begin to be discouraged, because if that’s true, I had no idea, seeing that it’s legal in both states. I than asked for future purchases if the top can be removed just to insure everything is intact. She stated that it was illegal to open in the store or on the property and it could only be opened on private property. My issues with her responses is that when customer’s present their out of state licenses to enter the building and purchases, nobody states it against the law to cross state lines with your purchase. She pretty much gave me all of the legal implications, but she failed to mention that it’s illegal to sell opened containers, which was the reason for my call.????????????

The problem is with their menu and pickup ordering.Cartridges and other products are often misrepresented as being a higher percentage in TAC/THC online than what is actually kept in stock, due to a "third party website glitch they're unable to fix" as explained to me by an employee.So if you live further away, you should probably make your drive here expecting to get ALMOST what you reserved on the menu, but I've experienced arriving to pick up 3-7% less TAC/THC than they advertise online multiple times and nothing is ever done about it. (Pics included for proof)The good news is at least they don't charge you until you're able to see the product you're getting, you just have to ask what's actually in the fine print on the packaging before they let you pay for it

Just don’t buy the cartridges, they leak constantly. When I asked about tips to prevent leaking, they said to buy their T-Pen battery because the carts aren’t compatible with other brands. I bought their T-Pen and they still leak. Really disappointing and a lot of wasted money.

I'm just overall really disappointed in Theory. We're in the middle of a pandemic, numbers are rising and what is the company doing to help the public, let alone their own employees??? I was there with a friend yesterday and could not believe they were not enforcing customers to wear masks. The employees were so that is one level of protection, but come on really? If a company truly cared about the public / customers / patients that it serves, they would enforce their own rules - screw the state / city guidelines. Its absolutely ridiculous. There was also one employee walking around without a mask. This company should do better, not only for customers, but for the workers too!!!Won't be shopping here until you do better.

Staff is not professional… went in to get some seltzers while they were on sale for the holidays & the staff made many comments about how many i was buying, i am a patient too so kinda of really awkward for me to be in that position to say the least. I also had a few of my punches left & they were not applied to my transaction so i went back in to find out why & was told they “didn’t apply my discount to this transaction and didn’t understand what i was looking for further help with” so i just left, there is nothing worse than being met with rude customer service as a patient especially. Kind of really annoyed too because your punches are automatic, so it literally had nothing to do with me & was a cashier error. Thanks theory.. probably wont see me back any time soon????♀️????♀️

I don’t really get high at all, slightly and I’ve tried multiple strains and still not much..I think their best is their wedding cake strain but even then I’ve had waaaayyyy better wedding cake. I recently picked up a few items and one of the gram containers was entirely popcorn buds and seeds. I really am not sure if I will return to this location after the past month of negative experiences.I am planning to try other businesses in the area since their selection/prices/and offering overall seem to be more robust.Until things turn around, this edit will stay. I just love the staff here, Zach is one of my favorites! Very knowledgeable and such a sweet guy. Always wanting to help and just seems like he cares about what he’s doing. A lot of places are not like that and I feel rushed or like I don’t think they know what they are talking about. But Zach is always chipper and his customer service and knowledge is always there. I've had good experiences here since the beginning, but I had an especially great time working with Tia this morning. I'm a trans person that gets kind of stressed out about being in situations with my license and my deadname, I haven't always necessarily found dispensaries to be the most inclusive places, but Tia was really patient listening to my concerns and thoughtful about offering suggestions. 7/4/21 update- well after waiting in line about 30 minutes only to have the bud tender pull out the 4 packs of seltzer we wanted minus one; said I can’t sell you these they are for a pre order. Well imagine having your items you want to purchase on the counter in front of you then being told they are not able to sell them to you cause they need them for someone not in the store. So for that lack of customer service you have lost me as a customer. Understand you don’t need me but that’s no way to treat a customer in store. Plenty of other shops, that appreciate customers in the store not ones who may comeGet it. Train your staff better pull from your online menu when you get down to 10.Ordered online got the pick up time nice and easy. Staff especially the door staff (they know what they are doing and appear organized and friendly I started at a dispensary working the door, underrated position in the dispensary, they Set the tone) inside staff was friendly and store was clean. The watermelon chews definitely on point, wife had zero complaints. Was hoping to see different flower and better numbers on the menu. The 1 gram Critical + didn’t impress, and the contents of the container was seriously disappointing. Price point of 55 (plus tax) are a bit high as I don’t feel the numbers (Sub 20%) and less than ideal trim in my opinion don’t equal the higher price point compared to other dispensaries.

Where’s the weed?!So I arrived home, opened up the bag, popped open the package only to find an EMPTY CONTAINER! This was a waste of my time and gas and therefore my money. I’ve noticed that this has happened to other people so just go to another dispensary or if you really need to go to this one make them check that they’re not giving you an empty container. It is a huge inconvenience to be told to wait until you get home to open the package, only to see an empty container. And then not be given anything for your troubles. Any other company there’d be a free item or at the very least 10% off your next visit. And it doesn’t even have to be expensive. I’d be satisfied with a damn lollipop. Loyal customer gone.

This is not a bash the staff was cool. I just want everyone to know my what happened and always check your stuff. I went for the first time to spend a few bucks but when i got home one of my jars was completely empty no flower and that was the main reason i went there. Theory handled it very professionally but i thought it was kind of strange that no one really wanted to discuss it they just handed me a gift card and that was that. I can't be the only person this has happened to judging by their reaction so remember to always check your purchase just to avoid the hassle. I don't think I'll be returning just to expensive.

Good product, lovely sales floor and friendly staff. I did have to explain to the medical agent that I qualified for vouchers which seemed a little odd. The only reason this is a mixed review is that about a third of the staff casually had their masks down or were wearing their mask incorrectly (nose out). I waited inside for about 10 to 15 minutes which I was happy to do but in that time I only saw one agent wiping down the counter between guests. For anyone who is immune compromised I would say check out Theory, after the pandemic is over.

Ended up calling the police to get my money back and they cause me extreme anxiety on top of that. This place is not friendly and the staff even touched me. Shame on you. Disgusting. Drove from CT to this location, i pre-ordered the same day and when i got there it was fast friendly service. They sanitized their stations after they’re done with customers, making you feel safe and clean in there. This place sells mid grade as high-grade. Spent damn near 200 on a half oz and 5 joints. Well beyond 27% thc (indica). Opened up the BLACK jars and got a handful of migrade brownish buds with a weak scent. Doesn't even get you stoned. If it's not mids it's def CBD. Super shady. I will say I am a woman of a different era in regards to marijuana so even considering using it for my arthritis was a wild decision for me. My husband David had begun using it medicinally and it was then I began considering it for myself when I saw the difference in him. Seeing him be able to stand the pain that weed helped ease it made me optimistic it may help with my aches I get. Now with my own condition I was terrified of even trying anything but I have to truly say what a wonderful experience I had at this location. Joey was the person who helped me and he was wonderful helping me, someone who knows NOTHING about any of this, in selecting the best fit for what I was looking for. Truly he was so wonderful suggesting items and being personal that it made me feel less scared about this new experience, and I was very greatful because I sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes debating even going in and knowing how kind he was to an new user like me was wonderful. Very poor customer service. Bought an ounce every week for 3 weeks straight here. Decided to try a new eight labeled as the staff pick. Upon opening it I found very nasty degraded, moldy, and brown cannabis. I figured I’d see if there was anything that could be done to remedy the dissatisfaction. No one should smoke nasty brown cannabis. When I returned to buy another ounce I brought the nasty eighth. I didn’t ask for anything in particular. I was told even though it was brown it was smokeable and just “a little old” even though its harvest day was the freshest on the menu the day it was purchased. All sales are final I knew the risk of it being bad anytime I walk in there and buy something I can’t even see, but what made things worse was the manager’s extremely poor attitude. Typical of an insecure individual with a neck beard in a managerial retail position he couldn’t wait to say no, and be condescending about it. The one time of the day he could feel powerful. I still bought my ounce and left. The brown cannabis will go in the trash where it belongs, and I’ll never spend another dollar at this place. If your not that educated of a consumer this really isn’t the place to go to learn about quality . The cashier/associate informed me they don’t even ask the staff which one they pick, and the people who make the menu and make that stuff up aren’t ever even in the building. Typical corporate sham of a company just ripping off as many people as they can a day.

Upon arrival I was met with ample parking. Special parking for Medical & Handicaped, easy check in process. First thing I spotted to my right as I skipped in was a coffee machine, woohoo 🙌 love free coffee (and it's good), to my left were three different self explanatory lines to get in. The far left (Medical) is where I scampered off to. Bud Tender Drew is who was destined to to be the one to fill me with knowledge this day. I am one of those that asks a lot of questions. I was excited over his enthusiasm so I matched his energy. I got the strains I wanted at the dose needed to center myself. Because I had just renewed my medical card I was able to avail myself of the umm what I would call the loyalty rewards and got $50 off $100... You'll have to go in to get the rest of the details but sooooooo worth your time and money. With everything so high priced these days I am grateful I can still afford to center myself at Theory Wellness.

I’ve never had a more worse experience in my life with the hatred that came from these guys as the person in the front was very emotional and yelled at me saying I went through the parking lot too fast which was a lie and was deeply emotional after I said my bad and it was not intentional they banned me. I have never browsed the shop, only ordered online for pickup in store.Whoever does the hiring and training at this establishment is fantastic at their job. The staff is outstanding. They have a working knowledge of all of the products and always seem to know what's "in the back".The store is immaculate, the bathroom spotless and the details of merchandising have all been applied.The product assortment seems to rotate so you may have to wait a month or so for something to come back into the rotation.There is signage everywhere to direct you to the correct line. I’ve been a customer of Theory for the past few months and have always been a satisfied customer until yesterday. I picked up my online order, driving directly home. When I opened 1 of the container’s top, the usually secured foil was not fully attached. It was sealed on 1/2 of the container and the other 1/2 was not sealed and there was a crease in the foil, which made me suspicious, because I’ve always had to use a sharp object to get the foil off. I called Theory and had to leave a message. I received a response from I believe her name was Ariel, who when asked identified herself as the CS manager. After expressing my concerns she went on to tell me that the containers are manually sealed and all of the security precautions that are used in the process. She did say I could bring it back and she could weigh it. My only issue with that was the waste of gas driving back there from CT, which when I told her that, she decided to tell me that it was illegal and a federal crime for me to cross state lines with my purchase. Of course I begin to be discouraged, because if that’s true, I had no idea, seeing that it’s legal in both states. I than asked for future purchases if the top can be removed just to insure everything is intact. She stated that it was illegal to open in the store or on the property and it could only be opened on private property. My issues with her responses is that when customer’s present their out of state licenses to enter the building and purchases, nobody states it against the law to cross state lines with your purchase. She pretty much gave me all of the legal implications, but she failed to mention that it’s illegal to sell opened containers, which was the reason for my call.????????????

The problem is with their menu and pickup ordering.Cartridges and other products are often misrepresented as being a higher percentage in TAC/THC online than what is actually kept in stock, due to a "third party website glitch they're unable to fix" as explained to me by an employee.So if you live further away, you should probably make your drive here expecting to get ALMOST what you reserved on the menu, but I've experienced arriving to pick up 3-7% less TAC/THC than they advertise online multiple times and nothing is ever done about it. (Pics included for proof)The good news is at least they don't charge you until you're able to see the product you're getting, you just have to ask what's actually in the fine print on the packaging before they let you pay for it

They are rolled loose and don’t even look like the full amount is in there. it’s just a waste of money.

The carts, as others have said, are leaky, and they supposedly work better with their proprietary pen, but if that's the case, they should probably be telling people that at time of purchase instead of letting people drive home to find that it just will not pull. Prices are fair for the most part and staff was friendly but recently bought a 1/8 from them and the seal on the jar is ripped open and not humidity packet inside. Also makes me think is it actually 3.5 or did I just get ripped off and is it still safe to smoke?

Just don’t buy the cartridges, they leak constantly. When I asked about tips to prevent leaking, they said to buy their T-Pen battery because the carts aren’t compatible with other brands. I bought their T-Pen and they still leak. Really disappointing and a lot of wasted money.

I'm just overall really disappointed in Theory. We're in the middle of a pandemic, numbers are rising and what is the company doing to help the public, let alone their own employees??? I was there with a friend yesterday and could not believe they were not enforcing customers to wear masks. The employees were so that is one level of protection, but come on really? If a company truly cared about the public / customers / patients that it serves, they would enforce their own rules - screw the state / city guidelines. Its absolutely ridiculous. There was also one employee walking around without a mask. This company should do better, not only for customers, but for the workers too!!!Won't be shopping here until you do better.

Staff is not professional… went in to get some seltzers while they were on sale for the holidays & the staff made many comments about how many i was buying, i am a patient too so kinda of really awkward for me to be in that position to say the least. I also had a few of my punches left & they were not applied to my transaction so i went back in to find out why & was told they “didn’t apply my discount to this transaction and didn’t understand what i was looking for further help with” so i just left, there is nothing worse than being met with rude customer service as a patient especially. Kind of really annoyed too because your punches are automatic, so it literally had nothing to do with me & was a cashier error. Thanks theory.. probably wont see me back any time soon????♀️????♀️

Everyone is super chill and nice and everything looks great but.... and I promise I’m not lying... the weed is not the best.. I don’t really get high at all, slightly and I’ve tried multiple strains and still not much..I think their best is their wedding cake strain but even then I’ve had waaaayyyy better wedding cake. Just seems crazy to pay more than $50 an eighth for something below 20% THC. I’ll definitely still be going here and there but it’s usually a last resort

I recently picked up a few items and one of the gram containers was entirely popcorn buds and seeds. I really am not sure if I will return to this location after the past month of negative experiences.I am planning to try other businesses in the area since their selection/prices/and offering overall seem to be more robust.Until things turn around, this edit will stay. I just love the staff here, Zach is one of my favorites! Very knowledgeable and such a sweet guy. Always wanting to help and just seems like he cares about what he’s doing. A lot of places are not like that and I feel rushed or like I don’t think they know what they are talking about. But Zach is always chipper and his customer service and knowledge is always there. I never been disappointed when it came to the quality of the products, i really love their flower and tinctures. Definitely worth a visit and there drive through was so convenient, hope one day it will return. Thanks theory!

I've had good experiences here since the beginning, but I had an especially great time working with Tia this morning. I'm a trans person that gets kind of stressed out about being in situations with my license and my deadname, I haven't always necessarily found dispensaries to be the most inclusive places, but Tia was really patient listening to my concerns and thoughtful about offering suggestions. The bud is always worth the trip but the staff also comes through as genuinely sincere and helpful. Very cool place

Awkward customer service at best, not the warm endearing kind either. It’s rarely easy there, I don’t feel welcome, I often feel ignored. There are other places to choose with a more welcoming vibe. They put too much on the med customers to have to advocate for, other area dispensaries go above and beyond in this way. I often feel like a burden or hassle, id rather just avoid it.

7/4/21 update- well after waiting in line about 30 minutes only to have the bud tender pull out the 4 packs of seltzer we wanted minus one; said I can’t sell you these they are for a pre order. Well imagine having your items you want to purchase on the counter in front of you then being told they are not able to sell them to you cause they need them for someone not in the store. So for that lack of customer service you have lost me as a customer. Understand you don’t need me but that’s no way to treat a customer in store. Plenty of other shops, that appreciate customers in the store not ones who may comeGet it. Train your staff better pull from your online menu when you get down to 10.Ordered online got the pick up time nice and easy. Staff especially the door staff (they know what they are doing and appear organized and friendly I started at a dispensary working the door, underrated position in the dispensary, they Set the tone) inside staff was friendly and store was clean. The watermelon chews definitely on point, wife had zero complaints. Was hoping to see different flower and better numbers on the menu. The 1 gram Critical + didn’t impress, and the contents of the container was seriously disappointing. Price point of 55 (plus tax) are a bit high as I don’t feel the numbers (Sub 20%) and less than ideal trim in my opinion don’t equal the higher price point compared to other dispensaries.

Where’s the weed?!So I arrived home, opened up the bag, popped open the package only to find an EMPTY CONTAINER! This was a waste of my time and gas and therefore my money. Oh and they’re closed right now so I can’t even make ANOTHER hour drive… very upset and dissatisfied.Update:Still a one star review for the customer service. Their only remedy was a refund or gift card which is the exact same thing. I’ve noticed that this has happened to other people so just go to another dispensary or if you really need to go to this one make them check that they’re not giving you an empty container. It is a huge inconvenience to be told to wait until you get home to open the package, only to see an empty container. And then not be given anything for your troubles. Any other company there’d be a free item or at the very least 10% off your next visit. And it doesn’t even have to be expensive. I’d be satisfied with a damn lollipop. Loyal customer gone.

This is not a bash the staff was cool. I just want everyone to know my what happened and always check your stuff. I went for the first time to spend a few bucks but when i got home one of my jars was completely empty no flower and that was the main reason i went there. Theory handled it very professionally but i thought it was kind of strange that no one really wanted to discuss it they just handed me a gift card and that was that. I can't be the only person this has happened to judging by their reaction so remember to always check your purchase just to avoid the hassle. I don't think I'll be returning just to expensive.

Good product, lovely sales floor and friendly staff. I did have to explain to the medical agent that I qualified for vouchers which seemed a little odd. The only reason this is a mixed review is that about a third of the staff casually had their masks down or were wearing their mask incorrectly (nose out). I waited inside for about 10 to 15 minutes which I was happy to do but in that time I only saw one agent wiping down the counter between guests. For anyone who is immune compromised I would say check out Theory, after the pandemic is over.

Ended up calling the police to get my money back and they cause me extreme anxiety on top of that. This place is not friendly and the staff even touched me. Shame on you. Disgusting. Edit 11/27 - I can no longer call this my store of choice between the lack of flower availability (1/4 limit for last 28 days), high prices for low THC flower and no selection of high THC flower (everything 15-16%) and their own employees suggesting other dispensaries I have no choice but to go elsewhereI love the store and the customer service and enjoy each trip I make. However, the price point for your products is not in line with other stores especially the low THC products. Additionally I would like to see more than one product of flower available at a time that is higher than 20% THC

Drove from CT to this location, i pre-ordered the same day and when i got there it was fast friendly service. They sanitized their stations after they’re done with customers, making you feel safe and clean in there. Nicole was nice she showed me the way to use their Tpens which helped a lot me being a first time vape pen user. Nice clean friendly place from the time you step in til you step out. Only thing is I bought "sap" extract and when I opened it at home there was an eyelash embedded at the bottom of the product. And I do also wish they would put pictures of the actual flower on the website so you could see it when you're pre ordering. Other than that great place to go!
