It was my first time in Provincetown and my first visit to Haven. Didn’t know what to expect, as each store and state had different customer experiences. Haven was warm (it was very cold out), and John invited me into the store. He was so helpful after I told him what type feeling/moods I was hoping for. I’m also not a smoker or vaper, so I primarily interested in edibles. John was a delight to work with to find the 3 moods I was looking for. Next time I’m back in Ptown, I will definitely be back at Haven hopefully John will be there to help me!

In Provincetown for a weekend trip and stopped in for something to calm my dog for the 5 1/2 hour ride back home. Pascal was great! Told him what I was looking for and he was able to show me exactly what I needed. And assured me that it works great because he uses it for his dog. And of course had to get something for myself for the stay for the rest of the weekend. Will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Great business. The checkout process is very different than California, but I’ll associates were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The decorations inside are pretty cool too. Not a fan of not being able to see products, but it seems like a regulation thing here.

Typically I don’t shop at rec only stores, because I have my medical card. While in Ptown I stopped in, and I am so very happy I did! I was greeted by Brooks, and we had a nice talk about product and random chit chat. He’s great and knows his stuff! He’s an asset to Haven for sure. Also in the store was Pascal, also knowledgeable, affable and accommodating.Great Dispensary 😃

The atmosphere was so peaceful and warm and Pascal worked with me who was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable on the products which Ihad no idea on. He explained what he thought would work for me or wouldn't and why. I have been purchasing ever since and it has been such a huge help for me.

My husband and I stopped in to check out the place this was our first time at a dispensary. We were greeted at the door by John who was super friendly and very informative , he helped us find everything we were looking for even though we were not exactly sure what we wanted. He was great explaining all the choices of products in depth. Jules was just as friendly and informative. Both of them had great customer service skills and were super easy to talk to. Overall great experience the atmosphere was nice and the employees were awesome definitely would visit again when we are in the area highly recommend.
