I happened to stop in Neta because I was highly recommended by my uncle..I was not disappointed, My excellent experience started at the door, Where I was met with a kind, happy gentleman, who obviously loves his job , And then I went in, and I got lucky and was greeted by Rich, Who is not only the world’s greatest bartender, but also the manager, I was so impressed with his knowledge, his professionalism, how quick he was to point out all the deals that I might be interested in for my client. It was probably the best experience I ever had….I am and was so impressed by the prices the service just the overall vibe of the place that I’ll be driving 45 minutes to an hour just to go to Neta from now on..I highly recommend going and checking it out even if you’re not In the neighborhood, it’s definitely worth checking out and to top it off. They gave me $100 New first time customer credit which was awesome. They gave me the vet discount the hardship discount and everything helps for my patient. I happen to be a caregiver. Thank you very much NETA team. Your ppl are great Along with your prices, it’s a win-win !I will see you next week thank you again!Lisa

Medical users are provided with nearly instant 1:1 support with knowledgeable staff. They don’t rotate out enough and a bit more expensive, but lots of sales, order ahead, pickup, and the no tax medical make it great.

The ease of placing and picking up an order is top notch. Drive an hour to get product once a month or so to take advantage of deals and sales rather than use my own states terrible system. Plenty to choose from on the product lineup for all.

Management team is terrible. They know less than the people at the registers, and do nothing to help the staff. They do not allow their employees to be tipped because they are too lazy/incompetent to process it. Their product is sub-par for the highest prices in the industry. The people that run this company have no clue what they are doing, and the people running the building are even worse. You couldn’t pay me to shop here. I advise shopping anywhere else in the state

Love NETA!Never had an issue and staff (in person and VIA email) are always quick to respond and every bit helpful.Love that its medical AND offers medical delivery. The point system is gaaame changer.My only gripe? When going to NETA the exit door is confusing/it takes you by surprise at first. But now im a seasoned NETA "flyer" and its like rolling a blunt-confusing at first but now i can do it in my sleep.
