Wonderful dispensary! I’ve been to a multitude of dispensaries in the area, and I always come back to Nova. They have. A very knowledgeable, friendly, warm welcoming staff. I’ve never met someone who did not make me feel comfortable as well as long term staff will greet you by name. They’re dog friendly, have an array of accessories, a wall with all the dogs photos 🫶🏻 and treats for the pups. They have great deals, very fairly priced and an excellent array of bud. Would highly recommend

The place seems nice enough, but Nova farms down the road sells the same Rove vape cart for $14 less. That's 42% less expensive. That's a pretty big difference. Kind of a dealbreaker for me.

I had wrote an amazing review about nova Farms in Framingham. And I meant every word of it about how the wonderful staff is so welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately, one bad apple spoils the bunch. I went in Sunday evening and was waited on by an extremely rude, impatient , Snappy condescending person. I won’t say gentlemen. Because he was far from that I really do wish I got his name but I don’t mind describing the tall bearded fellow. I will not be purchasing from your Framingham Store, or any nova farms. You embarrassed me and belittle me, you do not belong in the customer service business. I wish nothing except for you to find a field in which you do not have to deal with the public.

I used to go here weekly and was my favorite store. Tonight I went in and it happened to be down pouring at the time, and when I went to check if the person getting their ID checked the guy behind the glass immediately said something along the lines of asking me to leave if I didn't wait outside. The doors are opaque, it's night time, pouring rain and my glasses are soaked. I didn't step foot into the little entryway area and merely opened the door to look inside. I don't know if he was having a bad night or something but I don't understand why he had to be so snippy over me checking to see if it was my turn yet. "We'll let you know when you can come in" never have I once had to have the person behind the glass tell me over the intercom that I could proceed inside. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Staffing is the Do or Die in a business, and your staff is the most accommodating, polite, and down to earth group of folks I've come in contact with in a long time. Your selections are great! Very Clean. Your hours are fantastic. But, it all goes back to your staff!!! Really Cool People

asked for something over 19 % and she puts it in the bag without showing me the label, it’s 25 dollars… was completely below 19%extremely rude manager tried to ask me “why i would buy something that wasn’t shown to me”, & didn’t even offer an exchange. It’s the job of the staff to display the label before putting in the bag, especially if the customer is asking for a certain percentage or above & what they are recommending is NOT above that level.I asked for a product with specific THC levels and did not receive it, this place is a rip off & the staff are foul

5 stars for the employees who work here. Always very polite/helpful, but upper management clearly sucks. I've noticed several things that have bothered me.1. The parking lot was an embarrassment full of massive potholes for months. I'm almost positive it's why I had to replace a nearly new tire. They have fixed it now, but it's absurd to have massive craters in the parking lot of a place that brings in this much money for months and months. Corporate clearly doesn't properly support their staff.2. Their VIP system is ridiculous. You will be spammed every single day with stupid meaningless texts. If you shut these extremely annoying texts off you aren't eligible for the promotions. It's pretty sleezy.3. The general way the store is set up us awful. Why can't you put your menu on one of the half dozen screens behind the counter instead of yule logs and Bob Ross on repeat? It's stupid. You make people get out of line to go to your dumb tablets to look at the menu. It's a terrible system. Customers should be able to look at a menu while they wait in line.Corporate clearly needs a little more common sense.

Extremely clean store plenty with of parking thank you very much.Please know that you need to provide a state license in order to buy products and thre are limits as to how much recreational you can buy.... about 500 mg.
